The Hotel was okay for the price, with basic facilities, and local style breakfast. The evening meal was simple local food.
The main problem was aircraft noise which kept us awake, well into the night, as the hotel is right under the flight path.

I stayed here during the Paperex Exhibition in December 2025. The room was tidy and clean, even though the property appears a bit old. It needs a few improvements, but this was more than compensated for by the very personal and professional service from the staff.
If I visit Delhi again, I would definitely stay here once more.

The cleanliness and amenities are as expected for the price I paid. The room was not clean, sheets and towels had stains and felt damp.
The service however was excellent. The check in was fast and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming.
When I asked for samosa which weren't on the menu, he sent someone to pick it up and served it to me. He didn't even charge the delivery fee. Restaurant food was descent and well priced.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating and willing to correct the issues without arguing
the sheet were soiled, that grossed me out. However, they did replace them.
The waiter sticked his finger int he rice when I told him it was cold.
There is an inappropriate poster on the restaurant wall with a naked woman (? that was surprising in India!). it's a family hotel they should take it down.

Taxi to/ from the airport is quick and convenient.

Hotel is infested with swarms of mosquitoes. As soon as we entered room we were bitten from 3 to 5 places before we rushed out of room. They sprayed the room and we returned after couple of hours and fall asleep to catch early morning flight.
You could not tell if sheets and towels were washed. Linen was very old and worn out.

.Front desk person was very dishonest. They charged me 500 inr more than I booked on line. When I produced Visa he pretended and said the card does not got thru. I told him to process manually because nothing wrong with my card. He finally swiped my card and the amount was exactly what I booked online for. He was obviously dishonest.

1 room was left wide open when we arrived and locks appear to have been damaged and tampered. Looks like someone attempted to open it with screw drivers. Decided just to cancel it and go stay in descent place. Taxi driver also warned us the area is not safe for family stay.

I had booked Hotel Delhi Aerocity from Fri 17 to Sat 18 May 2019. They have changed my stay to another hotel and didn't even bother to informed me. After reaching Delhi, I tried to find location for this hotel but it was not easy. There was no hotel as per the location mentioned in Hotel.com app. When I called the hotel number for the location then only they inform me that your stay was arranged to another hotel. Worst experience I have with this booking.

It is not as listed. We had our driver call the hotel when the address listed didn’t exist. We were taken to a completely different hotel down the road and assured our reservation that we had already paid for would be honored. They swore they owned two hotels but were unable to show proof of that. Since we had no where else to go we stayed there. We didn’t pay double so I guess they told the truth. It was sketchy. In the end, it was serviceable but absolutely not as advertised, not even close.

If you are arriving to Delhi in the middle of the night and looking for a basic and not expensive hotel near the airport, this hotel can be OK for you.
The bed are comfortable, the stuff is friendly, and they have a good breakfast. On the other hand, our AC was very noisy as the shower was very basic with almost no hot water.

The staff at the hotel was super nice but the place could use a renovation. The bed and room was clean but the bathroom was in poor condition. The water from the sink basically leaked right onto the ground and your feet get all wet. The shower didn’t have hot water and the bucket that was in my room had a huge crack so it didn’t catch any of the warmish water.
The hotel is right off the main road so it gets really noisy. I would only stay here if you have a flight to catch the next day.

I booked this hotel for a quick rest before a 4 am flight from Delhi. Transport picked me up and dropped me off efficiently for a good price - no issues. The front desk was also efficient and friendly. As a solo traveler I felt safe here. I had a quick dinner in the restaurant and it was decently tasty and I didn't have to wait too long. Lacking in even budget atmosphere - walking from my room down to the basement restaurant felt kind of creepy in the cold, institutional hallway. The room was very cold (early January) and I tried to nap in all my clothes. Didn't try the shower as it was just too cold in the room to want to deal with being even colder. Would not stay here again as I had a better experience at a similar hotel in the same area.

If it is the only thing left.

Very disappointed the hotel tried to cheat us as we left, maybe a serviceable Stopover location, but between the broken ac, dirty rooms and linens and fake photos of the rooms, not in any way ideal for a multi day stay.

Beware bottled water is NOT free, and neither is breakfast (even if you paid for it in the reservation).

Of the three rooms we booked the toilet was broken in one and the ac worked in none.

Overall very disappointed.

Great Location and ideal for a transit...

The area the hotel was located was very convenient particularly for a transit via IGI. The service was really good on the whole and checkin process was very quick. The Hotel also offer transfers at a reasonable rate (would recommend that rather than waiting for one at the airport particularly if like myself your Hindi isn't amazing). The AC in the room is really loud (not sure if this is avoidable) and the bedsheets could have been cleaner. To be honest for a brief transit it was ideal and priced reasonably too- food was also decent!

Needed a place to stay near the airport. The taxi driver couldn't find the hotel at first, and when he did, after calling the hotel, it was on the edge of a redlight district. Room doors were open when I arrived. The air conditioning didn't cool the room, and the fan didn't work consistently. The bathroom in the room only had a sink, toilet and bucket. The area rug in the room was dirty, though the bed seemed clean. I would not stay here again

This hotel is a 5 minute drive from the airport. It's located near the highway and is noisy/busy outside but couldn't be heard from the room.

Rooms are clean but small and the AC is awful.

Difficult to find as it's not actually in the aerocity complex.

Big spacious clean room. Helpful staff who get you what ever you need. Traditional indian bathing with bucket, no shower, bit dated but very clean so as long as the aesthetics don't bother you, it should be fine.

We only needed to stay here for an overnight stay (8 hours). It was absolutely perfect for just being able to relax on a comfortable bed before making your trip back to the airport.

One to avoid!

We stayed here for 1 night as we had an early flight the next morning & needed to be within close proximity to the airport. We called the hotel first as we had a wheelchair user just to verify whether there was lift access to the rooms & were told that there would be 8 stairs to climb before we reached the lift. Upon arrival, with the assistance of the staff, we managed to get the wheelchair user up the stairs only to find that the lift wasn't big enough to fit the wheelchair in! We had to dismantle the wheelchair in order to get it in.
We had booked 2 rooms (there were 4 adults & 2 kids in our party) & both rooms were as bad as one another. The sheets on the bed were very old, worn & ripped & there was a bug on the bedcover! The overall room was very dirty & poorly maintained & the noise from the ac unit kept us awake all night.
The breakfast was a disaster! When the food came it was inedible; the yoghurt was in bowls that had chips and cracks all the way down the sides - not ideal for hygiene. The toast we ordered never came, it was reordered & asked to be sent to the room for the wheelchair user along with toast for the kids but nothing arrived. We had asked the hotel the night before to arrange a taxi to the airport & when it arrived there was not enough space for us all and our luggage! The wheelchair had to be put on the roof rack & was not tied down in any way!
We paid the hotel Rs500 for the taxi but the driver told us the rate is actually Rs250! Scandal!

Cant sleep due totraffic noise. Rest all fantastic

I stayed at the largest of the rooms they have and it was very good. Clean. Big. All well. Location is also good in terms of proximity to airport.

However 3 things were negative.
1. It faces the main road. With a multiple lane highway in Delhi outside your window, its like trying to sleep in a war zone. Vehicles keep honking 24 hours. It is just not conducive to sleep, unless you are anyways used to that much traffic noise.

Other 2 issues are minor.
2. Restaurant looked deserted during dinner. (Though bfast was lively and good)
3. It is actually not in AeroCity. That is a real misnomer for someone that may be imagining the pristine surroundings of Aerocity. It is like a highway motel surrounded by the real Delhi basti (I dont have a problem with that, but just to let you know, it is not Aerocity).

Near Airport and Subway

We initially chose this hotel based on proximity to the airport. We arrived early morning, and they allowed us to check in around 6:30AM. Delhi was having a very cold snap, and although the room had no heat, we were supplied with a heater.
Cleanliness was good for an Indian hotel, and the bathroom and shower were very good. The price was very reasonable. Wi-Fi was included in the price, as was the taxi back to the airport.
The restaurant service was friendly and pleasant (if a little slow), and the food was good quality (8/10) and good value. Breakfast was included.
Staff were very helpful in every respect.
We re-booked for a second stay, and were rewarded with a nicer room.

Downside is the noise from the street outside (Indians drive using the horn constantly).
I would recommend this hotel as a good budget-conscious stay for those who want to experience India (rather than trying to duplicate the U.S.A. Marriott or Hilton.)

Fine for an overnight layover

I stayed here with my family for an overnight layover, since we had about 12 hours between flights. The location is fine, but a little hard to get to. We took the Airport Express metro from the Airport to the Delhi Aerocity stop, and then a taxi. The total cost (approximately Rs. 360) was much less than what the taxis at the airport were quoting (Rs. 500-700). However, if you're planning on leaving the hotel at all, realize that the name is very confusing for taxi drivers, and they will try to take you to the main Aerocity area of hotels rather than the actual location of this hotel. It is best to explain that it is near the Radisson. There is not much in the neighborhood surrounding the hotel. However, the rooms were clean, there was hot water available, good wifi and the staff were friendly and helpful.

the people at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. After seeing the room, we said that we would like clean sheets and pillowcases. They came immediately and removed the soiled linen and put clean sheets on the bed - they also immediately brought the tea and coffee making facilities, after we had asked for it.
The price of this hotel is vey reasonable - very near the airport - it was ok.

It was a nice hotel to stay for short period. The rooms are nice. The staff helps whenever required. We had a kid which required home made food. They made separate food for our kid without any hassles. Ramesh and Jai in the kitchen provided left no opportunity to serve us and our family. The hotel is located on the side of a bridge providing not a very nice view outside the hotel.

Staff was great arranging cabs to the airport (even in the middle of the night). Restaurant was good. Room was clean (a bit of mold at the top of the shower). It is a great place to stay going to and from the airport. Tell the cab driver that it is just a little past the Radisson (because it is a small hotel and the cab driver may not know where it is). Have the phone number on you so the cab driver can call.

We had 16 hours in Delhi arriving in the afternoon and flying out again really early the next morning. We were able to check in to our rooms very promptly, which seems to be uncommon at airport hotels that are really running on a 24 hour schedule. The lovely guy at the front desk made sure that my friend and I had rooms next to each other.
We had a quick bite at the hotel, room service and the food was fine.
Sahil at the front desk arranged a car for us at a reasonable price and he even checked our destination online so we would have some idea of where we were going. I was impressed by his focus on being helpful and his understanding of what it's like to be new in town. Gave a nice impression of Delhi which I am sure many people are working on!

Basic hotel near airport

Good location, and they even provided shuttle van to airport for Rp200, which is better than having to negotiate with a taxi driver. Negatives: Breakfast nothing much and additional charge which I wasn't aware of... Sheets nylon/polyester - this is India... How difficult is it to use cotton sheets!!

This was my second stay at this hotel. Reception was effective. Vehicle arrangement to IGINA T1 was on time at 5:00AM. Very good hotel for this budget.

Good for overnight stay near the airport

Nothing fancy, but, good hotel extremely close to T3 and staff is helpful. Hot water available in the toilet 24hrs and you can ask for a room heater free of cost. Airport transfer is also quite cheap at Rs. 200. However, avoid the restaurant - it serves horrible food.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight out of Delhi. Our room was actually ok, clean enough and reasonably well furnished. There was free Wi-Fi in the room with a good signal and TV with a few English channels. The bathroom was very small and wet room style, so not very practical. The window in our room would not shut properly so the room was draughty and cold. We asked for a heater and when it was plugged in, it caught fire! We were told we would get another one, but it never arrived. During the night, the window blew open, so it was noisy and cold. The dining room is grim, not very clean, filthy carpets, poorly maintained and depressing. The breakfast buffet was horrible. Location is very close to the airport but it overlooks a flyover and the neighbourhood is very shabby. Would recommend paying a bit more money and going somewhere nicer.
