The place is beautiful but that’s about it. We didn’t know you needed swim caps to get in pool. Not very friendly about that or anything else. Like a ghost town and average age is 80. Which is fine unless you have children like we do.

Excellent hotel with great service and accommodations. The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom supplies were a bit skimpy: one tiny square of soap and small bottle of body wash. (These were good quality, but we could have used a little more of them). Also, could be nice to have a washcloth included with the towels.

Love the Hotel

This was our third stay at Thermae Sylia and it was great, The hotel is a true 5 star, its relaxing and clean and the mineral water was changed every night to my surprise and pools were scrubbed thoroughly. The breakfast is great offering fresh natural juices and variety of foods. The staff were very professional and well deserve their rating.
We will return.

Wonderful hotel, probably the best in Loutra Edipsou! Nice rooms with robes, tea and coffee, comfortable beds. Beautiful warm swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, with water aerobic class twice daily. Berakfast with plenty of choices.Room service offers quality food; try carob bread, its delicious ! Cant wait to come back.

Nice Spa Hotel.

An updated, clean and comfortable facility. The staff adheres to a strict Covid prevention protocol. Breakfast is very good. The hotel is very close to an outdoors natural hot water spring and pools. Elenie at the front desk is very professional and helpful. The spa staff is nice and available. I enjoyed a relaxing, short stay. The one big advantage is having all the spa facilities under one roof which is a great advantage on rainy days.

Beautiful place and very clean. Staff was very friendly. The outside pool is half thermal water and half sea water. The inside pool is all thermal water. They empty and scrub their pools every night! The spa services are wonderful. One minor negative for this facility - gift shop was never open at the time posted on the door. Also, EXPEDIA needs to update the standard room to no balcony. All standard rooms are on the first floor and have windows but no balconies. I highly recommend this facility.

Nice hotel for relaxation

Excellent pool facilities. I would absolutely love this hotel and recommend it to everyone if it was more \"family friendly\", with facilities and staff for the children. As it was, the parents were fully responsible for keeping young children busy and quiet all the time, which was actually quite difficult and stressful.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!

This happened to be my first visit to Greece by myself and they made me feel at home. I plan on going back again next year. The city was empty from tourist so if you want to go and enjoy a quiet relaxing time go during the off season. I was able to get a number of spa treatments and enjoyed them ALL!

Nice hotel but transport's a big problem

Superb hotel, but our additional wishes would be:

a) for the hotel (or Expedia) to set up transfer arrangements for its guests to and from the Athens airport as public transport connnections are complex and time-consuming (you have to change two buses and board a ferry and the journey from the hotel to the airport takes 5 hours, if you are lucky!). The hotel reception quoted euros 220 for a taxi direct to the airport - clearly the local taxi mafia is milking it! The hotel currently offers free transfer but only to those guests who buy some therapy packages at their spa at the cost of more than 2000 euros.

b) for the hotel to set up an excursions/trips desk, because the town of Loutra Edipsou is not foreign tourist orientated and finding organised trips even to the closest beauty spots can prove to be a challenge, even if one speaks fluent Greek, like I do. A taxi driver quoted 50 euros to take us to a place 15 minutes away from the town. That's not a good deal in my book, for the traveller that is!

c) please please ask the hotel to remove a reference to tennis facilities from their web-site. That is a misrepresentation because there is not a single tennis court in the town. The nearest is allegedly in a neighbouring town which is 40 minutes by foot. Not even a tennis fanatic like me was ready to make that kind of a journey to play an hour of tennis.

d) troops of mosquitos can eat you alive in your room in the evening. The hotel must do something about this.

We visited the place for a romantic get-away. We are a couple in our early fourties’. Check-in was very quick. The room was cute, it had everything we needed. Pros: the room had a little fridge, empty though, where we could keep water bottles cold. There was plenty of warm water all day/night long. The swimming pools were lovely. We both did some spa treats, like massage, mud therapy, peeling, steam room etc. We were both very happy with the spa. Also the swimming pools were emptied and refilled on a daily basis. Snacks in the swimming pool were tasty and ingredients seemed fresh. The breakfast was very good. The room service was good. Cons: the room was not properly cleaned and definitely not at 5-star hotel standards. We mentioned to the reception that the floor had marks and I showed the receptionist a short video of me using a baby wipe rubbing the floor and the wipe coming really dirty. The receptionist seemed shocked and said the manager would call me to discuss, as it was important to them. He never did. Next day when we said the receptionist that no one had called us, she said that we have to let them know when we want to have a chat with the manager. We did not bother, as it was obvious that no one really cared for the cleanliness status. Also the hotel attracts older generation that use the thermal springs for therapeutic purposes, which is absolutely understandable, but might set different mood for the ones who are looking to spend the place for relaxation.

10 minuters promenad från färjan. Svårt att hitta ingången till hotellet, på hörnet mot vattnet. Badrockar och tofflor så man klär direkt om på rummet ovh går ner till det varma vattnet. Bra mn slitna bassänger inomhus och utomhus. Väldigt fina sällskapsutrymmen men lite tråkig middsgsmat, 5-star frukost i vacker matsal. Byte sv badrockar öch poolhandduksr flera gånger om dagen Brs service, bra säng. Långsamt wi-fi. Rekommenderas för äldre pa med gott om pengar.

Η διαμονή ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη και άνετη, το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό, το φαγητό στο εστιατόριο του ξενοδοχείου και το πρωινό αρκετά νόστιμο. Οι πισίνες καθαρές και το περιβάλλον ευχάριστο. Ωστόσο επειδή η περίοδος που το επισκέφτηκα ήταν εκτός καλοκαιρινής σεζόν η περιοχή τριγύρω δεν είχε ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον.

Σταθερή αξία!!

Είναι η 3η επίσκεψη μου στο Θέρμαι Σύλλα και είναι το ίδιο ικανοποιητική όσο και οι προηγούμενες. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ένα ιστορικό όμορφο κτίσμα, με ικανοποιητικά άνετα δωμάτια, ευγενέστατη εξυπηρέτηση, πλούσιο πρωινό, πολύ καλό εστιατόριο, αλλά κυρίως εξαιρετικές πισίνες ιαματικού νερού και πολύ καλές θεραπείες σπα. Δεν είναι τυχαίο που συναντώ ανθρώπους που το επισκέπτονται κάθε χρόνο. Έχω χρησιμοποιήσει με πολλή άνεση την εξωτερική πισίνα Δεκέμβριο μήνα, Μάρτιο και τώρα Φεβρουάριο με μηδέν βαθμούς Κελσίου έξω. Φεύγω πάντα ανανεωμένη. Μικρή σύσταση, να ρυθμίσουν τη θερμοκρασία δωματίων στον 4ο όροφο της νέας πτέρυγας.

由緒があり、ギリシャでも優良スパホテルに認定されているホテル

エディプソスの主なシンボルとして活躍する歴史あるスパホテル。町では唯一ここでスパプールが楽しめる。屋外と室内でプールがあるがどちらも温度はぬるく、日本人には物足りないが、長く浸かって泳ぐのにはいいかも。周辺には特に何か特別なものがあるわけではなく、ここに数日泊まって療養するための施設だ。サービスはよく、驚いたことに毎日水を抜きかえている。地震の後源泉からの温泉水の出量が少なくなっていてもしっかりとしたサービスだ。
海に源泉から流れた温泉に浸かれるスポットも道を挟んですぐだ。

Amazing hotel & spa!!

This hotel is built around a natural hotspring and uses the mineral water for their spa! An amazing experience to float in the pools. This is not a kids destination (though there were some families there with kids) but the perfect place for a couple or group of friends. The food is top class, location beautiful, rooms wonderful... Nothing but praise for this hotel, worth the long drive for sure!

The place and position cannot be better.\n

It was a fantastic experience although for winter time weather was like springtime.
We have been in Hotel a year ago with some snow...that was fascinating to bath outdoors in white surrounding.
