Die Hotellobby geschmackvoll gestaltet.
Sehr aufmerksamer Service auch am Empfang. Unser Zimmer, Bad, Balkon sehr sauber. Die Betten, Kopfkissen sehr bequem. Unser war Zimmer mit älteren Schleiflackmöbeln und neuem Bett ausgestattet. Die vielleicht mal ausgetauscht werden müssen. Frühstück normal und schmackhafte süße Sachen. Joghurtprodukte leider zimmerwarm. Kaum frisches Obst. Außen Pool sauber klein aber hübsch. Es gibt keinen zusätzlichen Pool mit normalen Wassertemperatur. Würde das Hotel wieder besuchen.

Hotel pulito e personale gentile e disponibile. Per un 4 stelle mi aspettavo delle camere più moderne (soprattutto infissi/serramenti ) ma nel complesso, per il prezzo pagato, siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Colazione ottima. Piscine piccole ma tranquille così come il giardino ben curato. Comodo al centro di Abano.

trascorriamo da qualche anno un we ad Abano nel mese di gennaio. Scelgo questo hotel, con un po' di \"timore\", perchè quello dove soggiornavo di solito, eccezionale, non aveva posto, ed invece devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene. PRO: posizione, pulito, tranquillo, ottima zona piscine, colazione, servizio, camera spaziosa e piacevole. CONTRO: c'è solo una biosauna (no bagno turco, no sauna finlandese), per un hotel ad Abano questo per me è un punto debole; palestra ai minimi termini, però per fortuna il tempo è stato ottimo e siamo andati a correre fuori; zone comuni ai piani camere un po' datate con moquette che mostra i segni dell'età. In generale comunque lo ritengo un'ottima soluzione e, non irrilevante, prezzi più che accettabili. bene.

Nous séjournons dans cet hôtel depuis des années, malheureusement ce n’est pas aussi bien qu’avant . Le personnel est affecté à plusieurs postes ( réceptionniste qui fait le service au restaurant , puis le bar . Femme de chambre que l’on retrouve au service du petit déjeuner puis au bar ) on se rend compte que la direction fait des économies. L’extérieur a été entièrement rénové , mais les moquettes dans les couloirs qui mènent aux chambres est défraîchie, dans les chambres un minimum d’entretien n’est pas effectué, portes d’armoires qui ferment mal , robinetterie entartrée . Climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas toujours . Lorsque l’on demande de l’aide pour quelque chose à réparer , c’est le maître nageur qui vient vous aider . Hygiène et nettoyage dans les piscines non effectué. Mèche de cheveux qui traînent depuis plusieurs jours . Jets hydromassant qui ne fonctionnent pas toujours ( excuse ..( il manque les pièces )Parcours Kneip sale taches noires et jets qui ne fonctionnent pas . Auparavant , du personnel était affecté au nettoyage des piscine .Bref établissement vieillissant et en déclin par manque d’entretien. Nous avons rencontrés d’autres clients habituels qui ne reviendront pas .Il y a tellement d’hôtels autour que les offres ne manquent pas . Point positif.. on mange bien .Le personnel est disponible et souriant.

Per carità visto il prezzo pagato devo onestamente dire che sono disorganizzati, ho avuto dei problemi con il riscaldamento e ho dormito male, hanno fatto il possibile ma ho dormito con le finestre aperte per poter respirare. Il cibo e il vino al tristissimo ristorante buffet era veramente banale. La piscina è passabile ma l insieme della struttura relax è scarsissima. Sono spesso in zona è l offerta di molti hotel è superiore al medesimo prezzo e addirittura a metà di ciò che ho pagato.

L'albergo è molto carino con uno stile classico.
Camera spaziosa con il letto molto grande e comodo. Colazione a buffet con varia scelta e tutto molto buono, dal dolce al salato. C'è anche la sala ristorante che offre menù diversi ogni giorno con una buona scelta di piatti per tutti i gusti. Nel complesso ho fatto week end molto rilassante e bello, ideale per staccare la spina dal lavoro e dalla solita vita anche se per pochi giorni.

Albergo altamente consigliato, bellissime le piscine termali. L'unica pecca: nel prenotare su Hotels.com, il prezzo della camera non era chiaramente spiegato (nel senso che probabilmente Hotels.com ha trattenuto una commissione per la prenotazione). Avrei avuto piacere di esserne informata al momento della prenotazione. Per il resto, un soggiorno molto rilassante.

Personale della reception scortese, camera da letto imbarazzante..le finestre sono quelle di 60 anni fa..il materasso è duro ed i cuscini scomodi..in bagno c'è la tendina per farsi la doccia che è pressochè inutile. Gli unici aspetti positivi sono la piscina ampia e con un atmosfera gradevole ed il buffet per la colazione.

Relax e Gentilezza

Siamo appena tornati da una minivacanza di 4 giorni in questo hotel.
Personale molto cordiale, stanze molto pulite, non abbiamo usufruito del servizio ristorante, ma per tutto il resto ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Purtroppo la piscina interna era in fase di restauro; speriamo di tornarci quando sarà finita.
Provate anche il servizio SPA, noi abbiamo fatto un paio di massaggi veramente piacevoli.
Se siete giovani potete sempre godervi l'acqua termale nelle ore più calde della giornata, gustarvi un ottimo aperitivo all'hotel e poi visitare le zone vicine ricche di castelli, abazie e paesini caratteristici.

Hôtel bien situé pour un séjour à proximité de Venise et sa région, sans les inconvénients des prix excessifs rencontrés à Venise.
L'établissement est de construction ancienne, ses aménagements également mais le service irréprochable fait oublier ces quelques inconvénients.

l'hotel è molto bello e le camere sono grandi e confortevoli, l'arredamento è un pò vecchio ma ben tenuto. le piscine e la spa non sono grandissime, ma sono pulite. Il personale è estremamente gentile. Le piscine non sono propiamente collegate, ma puoi immergerti nell'acqua all'interno per poi uscire. Sono stati due giorni di vero relax
