This is a very old modest hotel. Basic, but clean & comfortable at this time of year (autumn)
Staff were very kind & I was let into the room early.
4 mins from the beach itself. Pool tiny, room tiny, shower tiny, price per night tiny!

Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. Housekeeping was insufficient, and the bathroom was extremely outdated. The shower head was not working properly, and the beds did not appear to be clean enough.

We had a great stay at the Kactus Boutique hotel. It’s a cute, clean little family run property and the location can’t be beat - right on the ocean and just minutes walk to Antik Side ruins, the beach, ample restaurants and shopping. Also located right across from a playground which was perfect for our little one.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, everything you need is available on your door step. Staff were good. But a lot of updating is required, my rating is mainly based on all facilities in rooms, it is not like whats on picture of advertisement at all. I'd book this as an last minutes thing, just to put my head down.

Great location. Costs its price.

Location is amazing - 3 min from great Kleopatra beach, and 5 min to all restaurants, museum an cable car to the Castle on the hill. Really loved the location. The wifi was terrible, conditions are so-so. But I paid $100 per week and I am totally sure it is the best place for this price ever!

The property is really handy as it is near the Atatürk Boulevard and right near the beach. A bit disappointed from the room, as it looked really nice in pictures but once we got there it wasn’t what one would expect. The Ac was really old and we had to play it with several times before it would work correctly. Like it would randomly stop and not work. There was a small fridge but because of the short plug, it was in the middle of the room. Like that could be easily fixed by buying a longer cable. The toilet kept moving so sitting down was always dangerous (not firmly set). The water in the shower was really weak. There wasn’t a towel to dry the floor after coming out of the shower. I think in general there was no care and the room looked old and shabby. I’ve been in hostels for half the price with much better rooms. Considering we are in Turkey, the price was too high for what it offered. You are basically paying for the location. The view from the terrace was nothing special (just buildings) and the pool is closed at night. The shampoos are reused and taken from other hotels. Honestly this place offers cheap quality service for a high price considering the local market. I guess it’s not so bad since it’s well-located but apart from that I wouldn’t stay here again.

A great Cost-performance hotel

The stay met our expectations, the location is just awesome near many resturants, markets and the beach.
We had limited budget for the holiday so we can’t complain about the hotel. It is not the place to go to if you’re in your honeymoon but if you just want a place to sleep at night it’s the best cost-performance place you could get.
The owner and staff were helpful and kind.

Lucky for the price we payed

The hotel looks really as it is in the picture and even better. Staff is friendly and do not try to rip you off. I stayed with my daughter for 10 days. The hotel helped us to use the swimming devices somebody had left behind. That was very sweet, because we did not have to buy the new one. The Internet is quite good and in the room, but you should ask for it in advance, because it depends of the availability. Location is perfect.

Very friendly staff but bad communication skills

Very old room with only one electric outlet that services the very old mini fridge and if you want to use the hairdryer or charge your phone they have a adapter but my Mac charger burned out the cable when it was connected so that will cost me 3 times the price of a night here, the beds are very hard and the reception hardly speak any english so i had too wait 15minuts in the reseption for the manager to arrive before I could Check in, upon Check out i Asked for AirPort transfer and they told me too get a 250TR taxi so i asked where i could find the buss to gazipasa airport, and they sent me too the buss station by taxi and there I was told there are no more busses leaving to gazipasa AirPort this late in the season.... that was fun... ended up paying for another taxi because of that the last bus had already left for gazipasa town.

Good price/value hotel

If you want a good price hotel approx 200meters from the beach, in the center of Alanya choose this one. The room is simple and clear, air-conditioned - enough for sleeping, nothing fancy. The swimming pool of the hotel is very small, but when we are there only 1-2 persons was in the same time, so it was not full. Staff is friendly. It is a cheap hotel in a very good place.

Great Location, Hotel is nice and reasonably clean. very friendly staff and lots of TV channels. The WiFi connection was good as well. We had a very big balcony where we were chilling in the evening and some morning. There everything around this place, such as Burger King, StarBucks! and Local Shops and restaurant, Bars and other amenities. The clubs are situated in the harbour and there are lots of tour operators around the hotel so you can book packages there to some great Places and activities. There are many Places and to see around Antalya and also you can do Paragliding and Parasailing and Jet Ski activities along the coast next to the Hotel. There are also basketball courts, Lawn Tennis Court and Beach Side Exercise equipments. The staffs were nice and helpful and they allowed us extra time to check out.

'nice' hotel - pleasant walk to the beach

Room standard left a lot to be desired, although everything was clean and worked i.e. toilet and an excellent shower.
Paintwork very chipped, able to open windows but nothing to hold them open! Room with balcony - about 10' from balcony opposite - no view - think advert photo is very misleading.

First of all the hotel staff was extremely helpful and kind. After we checked out we went for a boat tour and we were allowed to use a room to take shower in the afternoon. The location is great, close to the city center and bars/clubs. The room we stayed had simple basic furniture (nothing fancy) , big balcony with view to the street, good working AC. Best hotel I have stayed for this price!.

I looked cheap but good quality place, wich is close to city centre and this hotel is really great location-just cross the road and Cleopatra beach! and road very silet-not much cars-coz its kind of local way to hotels or some appart. also easy to go to Alanya centre(just walk). Big and comfortable room,clean service every day! Reseption and manager very kind and really helpfull. I enjoyed my time in this place.Can recomend it to all who need sea-sun-beach and like quite and comfortable place for stay.

Ich hatte das Hotel ausgewählt, weil es hier bei Expedia unter der Rubrik haustierfreundlich angezeigt wurde.
Ich hatte meinen 3,5 kg Miniatur-Dackel dabei, die Hündin ist gut erzogen, lieb und sauber. Ich hatte nach der Online-Buchung auch noch eine Mail hinterher geschickt, allerdings war die Buchung sehr kurzfristig und ich hatte noch keine Antwort erhalten.
Im Hotel angekommen, wurde ich wegen meiner kleinen Dackelhündin weggeschickt, und die Zahlung die bereits online erfolgt war, wurde mir nicht mal zurückerstattet.

Sämsta boendet jag någonsin har bott på! Så himla ofräscht, otrevliga personaler, de har ingen bra service ALLS! Ohygieniskt överallt, det var fullt med sand i poolen, tunna väggar att man hörde ALLT och ALLA. Det gick knappt att sova på nätterna! Boendet kändes så otryggt och jag kommer aldrig mer att komma tillbaka.

Chambre minuscule, Les lampes juste au dessus de notre tête étais tout déchiré. la salle de bain le wc n’étais pas correctement fixé au sol il falais pas trop bougé car risque de tout arraché, chasse d’eau pas assez forte beaucoup de foit le papier ou nos matières fécales ne descendais pa. pas de place pour prendre une douche car le wc étais juste à côté. robinet du lavabo si ouvert très peut il coulais pare tout sauf dans le lavabo.

Hotellet og værelserne er helt nedslidt - billederne er rigtig nok de rum og møbler, men taget for 50år siden. De man kan ikke stole på billederne. Der er lummert og air conditionen virker sparsomt (nok også købt og serviceret for 50år siden). Køleskabene er rustne. Det ligger meget centralt andet godt er der ikke at sige. Vi smuttede dagen efter indtjekning.

Forferdelilg hotell med håpløs service. Det var ikke antydning til vennlighet. Rommene så mye dårligere ut enn på bildene, var mye mindre og i forferdelig dårlig stand. Servicetilbud var fraværende, stømmen gikk flere ganger om dagen. Renhold hver tredje dag. Bassenget orket vi ikke prøve en gang, og i baren var det aldri noen, så stengt ut. Jeg har bodd mange forskjellige plasser i hele verden, men dette er det dårligste hotellet jeg noen gang har bodd på.

Dette er et gammelt og veldig slitt hotell, det var rent på rommet men rommet var knøtt lite fikk ikke slått opp kofferten noe annet sted enn på sengen.
Sengen var knall hard kunne like så godt ligge på gulvet.
A/C fungerte men bråket veldig hørtes ut som jeg hadde et helikopter på rommet.
Badet var utseende messig ok men dusjen hadde en kraftig stråle ikke noe mer og den var kloss oppe i toalettet var vann over alt😩
De som jobbet i resepsjonen( unge gutter) satt med nesa nede i mobilen hele tiden og de snakket ikke engelsk.
Så jeg kan ikke anbefale dette hotellet til noen andre. Det eneste positive var vaske dama som gjorde en glimrende jobb og som var blid og hyggelig.

Very budget hotel, it was full because of the holiday, room was extremely small, mattress very uncomfortable, balcony faced to another building and neighbors swimming pool (very loud people in the pool) having common wall with another balcony. Location was good, close to the park and beach. We had young people running and talking loud in the hall until 2 am, so we could not sleep till they come down.

Plussia annan sijainnista, mutta miinuksia taas lähes kaikesta muusta mm aurinko ei paista altaalle, pieni lasten uima-allas, hotellihuoneessa ei toimi netti juuri ollenkaan, parvekkeen lattialla halkeemii, suihku vanha ja outo (ei voi ees liikuttaa suihkun yläosaa), vessa nuppi lähes irtoaa (ainaki meillä), aula ok, minibaari ei kylmettynyt yhtään, ja ravintola/snack baari ei auki joten en kylläkään suosittele.

Memnun kalmadım eşyalar çok eski ve banyo wc çok küçük duş başlığı sabit plajlarda olanlardan daracık bir alan, 3 kişilik odada eşim ve kızımla tek kişik yataklarda kaldık yatakta dönmeye korkuyorum ailemi uyandırmamak için çünkü her kımıldadığımda gıcırdıyor bir daha mı asla...

Otel temizliği mükemmel olmasada iyidi konaklama açısından bir sorunu sıkıntisi yoktu ama gün içinde sürekli elektirik kapanıp açılmasıyla karsilasa bilirsiniz en iyi özelliği de konum olarak çok iyi denize yakınlık mesafesi çok güzel merkeze ve mekanlara çok yakin genel olarak baktığımiz da bir rahatsızlık la karşılaşmadık iyi olarak ayrıldık.

Yol üzerinde mola vermek için kaldım, her yer dolu idi. Temizlik kötü, eşyalar kötü, müşteriler kötü (gece 1-2 ye kadar gürültü yapanlar). Oda son derece eski ve her tarafı dökülüyor. Tek düzgün tarafı klimanın iyi kötü çalışıypr olmasıydı zaten o da çalışmasa gidip arabamda geçirirdim geceyi

Konumu için tercih edilebilir.

Otelin ciddi bir tadilata ihtiyacı var. Bina çok eski. Duş perdesi sanki otel açıldığından beri hiç değiştirilmemiş. Yataklar çok rahatsız. Ses yalıtımı mevcut değil. Sadece konumu iyiydi. Malesef başka iyi diyebileceğimiz herhangi bir şey yok. Sadece yatmak için kullandık. Çarşaflar değişsin dediğimizde, üç günde bir değişir cevabını aldık. Fiyatı uygundu fakat fiyat performans oteli değildi.

Konum olarak gerçekten mükemmel denilebilecek bir yerde. Kleopatra plajıyla arasında bir bina bulunuyor. Alanya Çarşıya yürüyerek 15 dakika, Kleopatra plajına 2 dakika uzaklıkta. Oda temizliği ortalamaydı, yatak örtüleri ve havlular her gün değişmiyor ama fiyat performans olarak bakıldığında tercih edilebilir bir yer.

Неплохо, но не чувствуется выдержки стандартов.

Плюсы: идеальное месторасположение - 5 минут до пляжа Коеопатра и всей инфраструктуры. Хорошие болконы, большие и с необходимой мебелью. Высокие потолки и хорошая площадь номера. Отсутствие детей!!! А может, так повезло. В целом соотношение цена-качество понятно и соответствует.
По-русски НЕ говорят. Для многих может быть не удобно. Для меня наоборот-своеобразный фильтр.
Но есть несколько НО!
1. Не верьте описанию с вайфай! Его по факту скорее нет, чем есть. Сеть висит номинально и периодически пропадает вообще. Переодически с перебоями в зоне рецепшн что-то можно поймать.
2. Холодильник практически не работает.
3. За вид на море хотели дополнительно денег. Хотя в описание отеля этого нет.
4. Запомните, все услуги отеля МОЖНО оплатить картой.
