This hotel is definitely not a 4 star. Maybe at one point in time but 2 star would be more than generous. The beds are uncomfortable, the carpets are old and shabby and the bathrooms are tiny with mould growing in the shower. The fixtures and fittings are tired and need replacing.
The only saving grace is the staff. Every single one of them is friendly, chatty and very helpful. They went over and above!

The accommodation is very nice, about 15-20 minutes drive from Verona's Arena. We had our own car, so this was not a problem. Just consider this, when taking the decision of staying at this Best Western.

My wife, me and our 2 girls decided to stay at this hotel for the one night before we caught our flight back from Verona Airport. We arrived at 9pm and left at 7am in the morning and in this period I killed 3 mosquitoes in the room however when we woke up all of us were bitten more in one night than the whole 10 days we stayed in Lake Garda. I dont expect this to happen in a hotel room!!

The property is very remote....nothing to do nearby.
The hotel itself has absolutely no amenities.
Staff are very neutral and not helpful at all.
Our room was extremely small and there was nowhere to unpack our clothes.
Bus to Verona takes 45 minutes even though they say that the hotel is 9km from Verona. Taxi from the hotel to Verona is
30- 35 euros...outrageous!!!
I do not recommend this hotel for an extended stay in Verona.

Personnel was great, ready to help on every issue. There was orobken with the lock of the room, door didn't open with card but only with the key .

Great hotel as base to visit Venice and Lake Garda

Cannot fault this hotel at all!
Parking was free and so easy as there is more than ample space.
So easy with our rental car to visit Verona 20 mins away and Venice 1 hr and a quarter and the beautiful Lake Garda around 1 hr.
Staff could not have been more helpful, with advice about parking in Verona, printing off opera tickets, and their overall friendliness.
Breakfast was fantastic value at 3 Euros each for a beautiful spread of fresh food every morning.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Verona with or without use of rental car as public transport links readily accessible from this hotel.

Excellent Hotel for Roadsters

Very convenient hotel for car drivers, a short distance off the highway and with an inexpensive pump right in front of the entrance. Very helpful staff, even with an unexpectedly late arrival. Good-sized room even for three adults. Adequate breakfast but the scrambled eggs could be more frequently refreshed and the juice could be closer to fresh juice. Other than this, a very nice experience.

An old soul feel....

Friendliness and service is amazing at this hotel. The area gives you a service road impression. We enjoyed having a balcony. There is no elevator in this two story building. We were not able to access wifi from our room. It was clean but the shower grout could have been cleaner. Overall I would rate this a 3 or 3.5. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed a great dinner at an Italian restaurant just down the road. We walked to it. Great food and service!

We stayed for one night as we road tripped in Northern Italy. Close to Verona for checking out the city but off the beaten track for quiet and good value. Staff were great - recommendation for a great pizzeria - and the breakfast was a bargain at €3 for a great spread. Free parking and wifi.

Late arrival comfy stay

I arrived late with my family around 11pm, tired from touring and driving. To my surprise the room was extremely comfortable, air conditioner worked lovely, and the breakfast was that of quality and plentiful. The only downside to this and other hotels I've been staying at is that they only give you one room key, which you must keep in a slot to allow the electricity of the room to remain on, but if one adult leaves the room they need to take the key or chance being locked out. Overall would highly recommend. The bed was so comfortable (very firm).

Also had a hard time working the tv but hey your in Italy so that doesn't really matter.

Good Hotel for nearby Verona

Hotel was nice and had a good breakfast buffet. The room was good overall but the odor of cigarettes was coming through the ventilation system. The next morning we opened all the windows and door to air things out. We specifically requested a non-smoking room which in Europe probably means no one is in the room smoking during your stay.

Great for a 'B & B' stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, really clean, lovely hotel. We stayed here to do a day in Verona and a day in Venice - if you have your own car this is a great location. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. For the money we paid the hotal was great value. We had a ideal room for our family of 4.

Breakfast very good. Good choice, good quality.

Reception very poor. No smile, no welcome, couldn't even be bothered to raise her head to look at us, just the key handed over.

Given a room with a double and single bed, even though we had 2 children. Although the booking through expedia, we had entered child ages of 11 and 9, the confirmation listed one child aged 11 and one child aged 2 (an infant). We decided not to challenge the allocated room, but instead to 'make do', as we had been charged extra when we did this at a previous hotel with a similar issue. Wonder whether this was a ploy by these particular hotels ?

Need a vehicle

If you are like us and you get a hotel to have a place to crash after a day of sightseeing then you will be fine at this hotel...just don't look at the carpet (it needs a good shampooing)! The shower flooded the bathroom because the shower head was cracked. We had our own vehicle so the location was not really an issue for us. I would guess that most Europeans think the breakfast is amazing, me as an American was a bit let down. I am not a breakfast eater at home but when we are traveling I like a big American breakfast to start our day...one of the main reasons that was stayed here were the breakfast reviews...so I was disappointed when I went downstairs and saw what was offered.

Nice free parking with the best breakfast in 5 cities/5 hotels in Italy! Hot eggs, ham and sausage, fresh fruit, several pastries and a coffee machine that works awesome! It is a short drive to cento Verona about 7km but is easy to navigate. Good thing to note is that many shops and restuarants close from 1400-1700. However there is a great mercado (mall) extremely close (5min) that has several shops and great food for cheap all day! Also in the other direction is a large grocery store about 2km away!!

The hotel gave only one hour of free wireless internet and request for extra payment for more time.We told that to reception and she told that is it and she can't do any thing.
Why?
The air condition was noisy and didn't supply enough heat.

the hotel is no where near Verona center Taxi cost is £20 one way, and the buses are very few and far between. the hotel does apparently run a shuttle service but it seems at their own convenience. the receptionist was very unhelpful bordering on rude.

OK Hotel but too far out for convenience.

The hotel is 8 km out of the main part of the city and there was not public transportation that we could figure out. Parking in the city was a bit of a challenge. The staff were very pleasant and if you don't mind being further out it was a fine hotel. The bed and pillows are pretty hard (I'm finding that a consistent European issue) so if you have room in your luggage, bring your own pillow. The breakfast was very nice and the price was good but I'd rather pay a bit more and stay in town next time. This hotel location was not good - in the business district with nothing pleasant nearby.

A wonderful experience

We have traveled a lot and have experienced a lot of hotels. This one is just wonderful, especially for those travelling by car because you don't have problems of navigation in a crouded city. The staff is extremely friendly, breakfast with its rich menu is of a great help if you don't want to waste time on looking for restaurants in the morning. Our room was perfectly clean and very comfortable. In short, everything was just perfect.

Exterior Fascade Needs Improvement

The breakfast at the hotel was great. The rooom had two twin beds instead of the double bed that we booked. The exterior needs a remodel, but otherwise, the hotel was a great price for a place to rest our heads.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and encountered some of the most rudest front desk staff ever. The clerk barely spoke english and was very unwilling to assist me in my situation, even when it meant more money for the hotel. I felt as though my money was unwanted, and dont ever get anyone to assist you with your luggage because the front desk won't allow it.Horrible Horrible experience and it was the eve of my wedding night. I was glad to take my business to the hotel maxim.

Das Personal war super nett und freundlich und obwohl ich das „Donut Disturbed Schild“ an der Tür angebracht hatte, bekam ich freundlicherweise täglich frische Handtücher an die Tür gehängt.

La struttura andrebbe rimodernata insonorizzando meglio le camere. Inoltre in un \"4 stelle\" il cappuccino della macchinetta automatica si potrebbe evitare, mi sarei aspettata di poter usufruire del servizio bar, che invece era a pagamento. Attenzione ho dimenticato di scrivere che il servizio colazione è un option extra a pagamento!

Hotel excelente, com ótimo atendimento e conforto próximo a Verona.
O ponto negativo fica para a insistência (comum na Itália) de super aquecer os ambientes tornando o quarto extremamente quente e obrigando a abrir a janela.

Der Service und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider war das Zimmer (vor allem im Vergleich zu anderen BW) sehr klein, das Bad war ebenfalls sehr eng. Keine Haken im Badezimmer (nichts zum aufhängen) und der Wasserkocher war kaputt.
