Nice hotel for visiting Verona, great location for visiting local bars and café. Only a 10 minute walk from the centre. Staff were helpful and pleasant. You get free bottle water each day. Check out is 10.30 not 11.

The property was booked 5 months ago for only one night. You expect everything to be fine. It is the beginning of the summer, and your lodging is your home for this special day. The temperature outside is high, but unfortunately the cooling system of this place is insufficient to properly cool the size of this 2-story apartment.
Accommodation for 2 guests is fine in a nice mezzanine, but for 2 additional guests (our 10 and 11 year old children) is inconvenient in the main level: the beds occupy the main floor leaving little room to move around.
The fridge was not working, hence we couldn’t cool of some beverages we were carrying.
Make sure the room is cool and the fridge can handle a few cold drinks.

This listing falsely advertises “parking included,” when in fact there is no parking included with the cost of the reservation. Upon checking in, you will receive a communication stating that there’s the option to park on the street or to park in their private parking lot for an additional cost of 15€. For context, we visited Verona in the off season and arrived outside of rush hour, and there were still no parking spots available on the street, so we were forced to spend additional money to reserve a parking spot, despite reserving a booking with parking included. When trying to resolve the claim, we received no help from the hotel.

Besides this, the stay was fine. Apartment was comfortable and clean. Zero sound insulation- you could hear the neighbors speaking next door even when they were quiet. Nothing was stellar besides the water pressure in the shower.

Firstly, the accommodations were not accessible until 3pm. No lobby and no place to store our luggage. The information provided on the website under “special instructions” stated the front desk is open daily from 8:30am-7pm. This was incorrect. One day prior to checking in, we received a reminder from Expedia that check in would be at 3pm. At this point, we had already booked our train and city tours, which we were unable to attend. As a result of this misinformation, we had to stay in the sun from 1:03 PM to 3:00 PM. My husband and I are both in our 70s. We did not plan to check in early; we just wanted to store our luggage until later. After two hours, we finally received the room key. The experience was horrible. The living rooms are located separately and quite far from the office room. Our room was on the second floor with steep steps and no railings, and I almost fell while carrying our luggage. In our room, there was a net on the ceiling and no blackout drapes/curtains as disclosed. Our window faced the parking lot and windows across the parking lot, which was extremely uncomfortable. There was also no phone in the room to call the receptionist. Our booking stated that a full breakfast would be provided, but there was no breakfast room. Breakfast in paper bags was hung on a hook outside the room at 7 AM. This was our worst travel experience, completely spoiling our romantic weekend in Verona.

Never again!

The description indicated a restaurant, there was none. It stated free parking, but “somewhere in Verona.” We had to park 750m away and our car was robbed overnight. Our suitcase was taken and some money we had in the console. Breakfast is included; it was a bag of stuff hung on a hook by the door.

Small hotel/Guest house close to Centre of Verona

We chose Room 6. Had a mezzanine for bedroom but can sleep family of 4 on two Z beds down in dining area. Open a cupboard and you have a great little kitchenette well stocked with breakfast items and snacks for use through the day. Restocked daily plus delivery of fresh bread and ham and cheese or croissants at 7am each morning. Some nice touches in bathroom of products for your use during your stay. For example perfume. Reception opens at 3pm for arrivals and maps and good local information provided of places to see and eat in within walking distance of this 6 bed guest house. Ideal for exploring Verona. Free street parking with guest house sign on dash. Otherwise 12€ per day 8am - 8pm. On arrival get ticket on roundabout if before 3pm. Never stayed in a venue that is such good value for money.

It is located on a very short street that is not well labeled. I had to call the owner for directions. He was very helpful. Parking was problematic, it is on the street we got the last parking space. I don’t know where we would have parked if that space was not available

Comfortable bed and breakfast. Continental breakfast in the room with in room coffee machine and fridge full of fruit, cheese, yoghurt and milk. Location is outside the main tourist area but easy walk into town. No lift so need to carry your suitcases up stairs. Good WiFi.

Nice hotel 10 min walk to city centre

Comfortable and clean hotel. Room fridge was stocked with juices, yogurts and other sweets for breakfast. It was perfect for our one night stay in the city. Parking was free and very close. Host of the hotel was very nice and no complaints. The room was clean and spacious. Overall, if I had to return to this city I would stay there again!

Great location for Verona and friendly staff

Stefano, the owner, makes a great effort to make his guest's stay comfortable! Resonably priced shuttle service from the airport is a good service we made use of. Our ground floor room was relativels spacious and clean with a nice modern decor. The access to city center is within a 10 minute walk, which is great.
However, we were disappointed with the mattresses on the beds, which were quiet uncomfortable. Luckily we were tired enough to nevertheless get a good night's sleep. Also, the wifi worked very poorly, which was irritating as we had to plan our travel connections etc.

This is a small, family-type B&B in a residential area. Couldn't be better if you want to visit Giardino Giusti (2 minutes walk). Perfect hosts (gave us a room on the ground floor when we expressed concern that there was no elevator in the building). Would highly recommend their car service to Verona airport.

Close to historical Verona

We just stayed for one night. We arrived late, but owner waited for us and was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the very rich in-room breakfast (well supplied fridge and expresso machine at disposal in the room!). We have only a minor complaint: air conditioner was quite noisy. Finally, the location is ideal for sight seeing old Verona.

The nicest hotel so far...

Stefano was a great host. Very ftiendly and accomodating. This was the nicest place we stayed at in Italy and we had been to Rome and Venice. So Verona was put best stay. The best hotel so far. So clean and comfortable. The bedroom was in a loft. It was nice a quiet. A short stroll into the Centre. Great location.

Hotel set up is very weird, changed out checkin time but didn't make us aware. We had to phone and ask for someone to come. On checkout we left our key with someone because the owner wasn't there. They sat desk is manned 10-630 but this is not the case. The room was nice and breakfast was okay.

Nice clean hotel w/ kitchenette, helpful staff. My only gripe would be that our room had no AC or fan and we were visiting during a very warm spell. If warm, you may want to ask for one of the rooms not facing the main street. However, we would be very happy to stay there again.

Very unpleasant experience. No one was available for timely help. There was water leakage in the room. Gas lighter was not available despite repeated request. Some times wi fi connection was not available.

Credit card was swiped upfront on the date of arrival without our consent whereas we were supposed to pay in local currency. Price charged more than what was indicated at the time of booking. Over all for five nights it worked out very expensive proposition compared to decent Hotel or B&B

Lovely little place

Nice little hotel, would've been hard to find but we got a taxi from the station. Lovelysplit level family room though there was a beam to avoid on the ceiling of the top level. Staff were helpful though had to wait for owner to arrive, though the site may have stated this. There was a breakfast area set up in the room with lots of pastries, juice and yogurts but the coffee machine was broken and there was no one to inform before we left. Good location, near the town and places to eat, shops, Arena and Juliet's balcony.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was smaller than it appeared online, but was very clean and well maintained. For a short stay it was a decent place to stay; if I was to stay longer I would probably want a different place as the bed was rather hard and the pillows were flat. The biggest negative was that the air conditioning did not cool the whole room, only the loft upstairs. Stefano, the manager, was quite helpful and pleasant to work with.

Por mucho uno de los mejores alojamientos, en los que he estado en toda Italia. La ubicación es muy buena para llegar al centro, pero a la vez es muy tranquila. Tiene todo lo necesario y más. Además, de qué la atención impecable. Definitivamente regresaba con mucho gusto.

La struttura è in una posizione strategica. Noi siamo stati ospitati nell'ala nuova sicuramente meno affascinante rispetto a quella \"storica\" pubblicizzata. L'appartamento al piano terra era abbastanza grande ma aveva un bagno molto piccolo (non finestrato) e la doccia nel salottino all'ingresso.
La camera è stata molto confortevole ma al piano terra ogni movimento (anche una semplice camminata) degli ospiti al piano superiore era molto molesto sopratutto in camera da letto e questo rappresenta un grosso vulnus.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione ottima, con 15/20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge l’Arena e tutta la zona centrale.
La camera è davvero carina, con la particolarità del soppalco, davvero spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort.
Il servizio della colazione in camera organizzato molto bene.
Il personale è cordiale e disponibile: le ragazze che ci hanno accolto per il check-in sono state gentilissime e simpaticissime.
Le opzioni per il parcheggio sono entrambe molto utili, specialmente in una città come Verona dove praticamente i posti gratuiti non esistono.
Dovessi tornare a Verona, tornerei qui!

Me gustó la atención del personal, fueron muy amables, el área es tranquila pero diría que son calles muy solitarias, también me encantaron los aperitivos y que dentro de la habitación hubiera cafetera y para calentar agua para té, lo único que no me gustó fue que en pleno baño se acabó el agua caliente, te tienes que bañar rápido

Struttura situata in buona posizione vicina al centro e alle principali attrazioni turistiche raggiungibili in 10 minuti a piedi.
La stanza ha delle buone dotazioni, anche per la preparazione della colazione ( integrata con prodotti freschi ogni mattina); è di adeguate dimensioni, con bagno privato non molto grande ma confortevole.
Lasciano un po' a desiderare le pulizie (c'era polvere sui ripiani in bagno e ragnatele sul soffitto).
Struttura consigliata anche se leggermente costosa.

Les chambres de l’annexe sont à 10 mn à pied du centre et ont un parking payant (10 euros). La chambre est bien équipée et aurait pu être parfaite si le plancher du voisin du dessus ne grinçait pas autant. Accueil au top par Luisa qui donne de bonnes infos sur Vérone.

Accueil au top par Stefano qui nous explique tout pour visiter la jolie ville de Vérone. Il nous donne même une carte pour ne pas payer le parcmètre pour la voiture !
Chambre bien décoré, bien aménagée avec tout le confort, et tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner directement dans la chambre ce qui est super pratique.

Niet centraal maar op loopafstand van de oude stad gelegen b&b met ruime, schone studio's met zitgelegenheid en rustige airco. Koffiemachine, minibar met gratis frisdrank en goede ontbijtservice. . Kamers aan straatzijde vrij rumoerig ( vraag naar achterzijde.) Geen lift in het hotel en slaapgedeelte (met goed bed) op de hoogste verdieping in mezzanine, dus daar alleen via trap bereikbaar.

Good place if travel you to Verona by car.

Good hotel near the centre of Verona.
The room was simple and clean. With breakfast being a basket of snacks and other goodies. That was refilled everyday. Very nice as takeaways for you journey into the city.

But the excellent service Stephano offers is the greatest thing about this hotel. He informs you in time. Give you great info about the city and the opera.

We would book this hotel again.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i verona och tyckte detta b&b var väldigt prisvärt och bra.
Låg nära alla turistatrsktioner och många bra restauranger.
Man kunde gå överallt utan problem. Vi fick gratis parkering på gatan vilket var ett plus när vi anlände med bil.
Vi kommer defenetivt bo här igen om vi åker tilö Verona igen.
