We received about 12 emails about the check-in despite having answered the first message. We were not able to access the apartment with the code. Thankfully someone came rapidly. Apparently the batteries in the lock needed to be changed. It was a nice apartment with lots of space and the welcome bottle of rosé was a nice attention. Overall the stay was fine. Just frustrated with the check-in process.

I was in the Romeo & Juliet apartment and didn’t see any staff. But that was not an issue. I had a taxi question and it was answered promptly. The two flights of stairs wasn’t an issue, just a bit of a surprise. Since I’m traveling for 2 months I had a very heavy bag. But I managed. The location was actually perfect. I loved being central to Piazza Erbe and Piazza Bra. Everything was walkable. My only negative would be the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. The ceiling upstairs was so slanted I could I stand up. But I managed.

The room was great, clean, decorated to a high standard and perfectly placed a few steps from the arena. We had everything in the room we needed and there is a supermarket, cafe, and restaurant close by. It’s a 15/20 minute walk from the train station with regular trains to Venice and lake Garda.

Our host was very responsive and kind. The apartment was spacious, the bedroom and bathroom in particular. The kitchen could have been stocked with a few more items, food storage containers for example, and a better coffee machine. Only the living room was less than ideal, with a small slanting couch and a small wicker table. The best thing about the property, however, is the location, literally steps from the Arena and Piazza Bra. We recommend this property.

Technical savvy needed ie. texting,email,video. This is really a first class air B and B. Central and walkable. Good newly renovated solid apartment building. Clean, quiet, good air conditioning( mid)September. Safe. Serviced every day with new towels . room done quietly and efficiently. Never saw another human as everything done silently and efficiently by phone. Near ancient Arena but with double glazed windows never heard anything. Would definitely stay again.

The photos advertised are for a different property. They advertise several DIFFERENT properties under one advert and one set of photos. The property did NOT have a balcony, was not near the colosseum.
Furniture was cheap and old and the shower didn't work properly (over head not working).
The place was clean. And the reception staff (in another building) where very nice and helpful when we were leaving.

Unit we stayed in was wonderful and clean. Communication with staff was streamlined. Staff was kind and helpful. Very close and centrally located to attractions. They also held our bags for us after check out. Such a great experience for a last minute reservation. Definitely recommend.

My only feedback would be the air-conditioning. There was only a fan in the main bedroom which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Truly nice!

We had a wonderful time in Verona, in great part due to Truly Verona. We were welcomed with all the information we needed in terms of what to visit and do in Verona, with clear details on the map. Then we were accompanied to the lovely apartment where we were shown all the things we needed to know there. The place is new, very nicely designed and furnished. It is located very close to the bus that goes to the train station and not far from the city center. The apartment is spacious and has plenty of light. It is situated in a quiet street. The day we left, it was raining, and we were offered an umbrella so we would not get wet on our departure. It was all details.

Great Stay in Verona!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Verona. The hotel was very clean, and the location was perfect—close to local shops and plenty of dining options. The check-in process was smooth, with clear instructions that made everything easy to follow. The room was comfortable, although there were a couple of minor maintenance issues (e.g., a broken shower door). Despite that, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I had a great time, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Verona!

The place is walkable to major tourist attraction especially the Verona arena, clean, cozy, welcoming place. My only concern is the lift of the apartment was not fixed on our last day when we used the stairs to bring down our luggage’s and my mom who has difficulty going up and down the stairs but if you don’t have a lot of luggage’s and a must to have lift for transport then this place is perfect to stay. If the lift was fixed I will rate is place for 5/5.

The location was central to the Olypmic theater and the reception desk at Truly Verona communicated very well and proactive. What we didn't like was not having access to our car and having to park it 10-15 minute walk away. The day we were checking out it was pouring rain, so made for an interesting morning.

Convenient location. Furniture was minimal but adequate. Kitchen seemed reasonably well-equipped though we did not cook. Only found salt and pepper in the cupboard. Bed was too firm for my preference. Bathroom was fine though the shower is tiny - hard to move around without hitting the control. Wifi was a bit weak in the bedroom. Lots of closet space. A little disappointing that the “patio” was not on the street but outside the unit inside a gated courtyard. Staff was very helpful. Happy with our stay though it did seem a bit pricey to me.

It is located 5 min walk to the arena de verona. 20 min walk to bus and train station. Aldi right beside it so location was fantastic. Reception and communication via whatsapp and calling to reception was also fantastic.Now what I didn't like was the airconditioning didn't cool the room enough and was too noisy.

Property was nice and clean and spacious. Host was easy to communicate with and check in process was easy. Room was walking distance from all main attractions. Only issue was checkout and checkin times - check in was late at 4pm and checkout was early at 10am. By 10:30am I was getting texts threatening me with late charges which ruined the whole stay and I would likely not book with them again.

Two distinct areas separated by a bathroom - for us it was a bedroom and distinct living space, but liveing space includes a pull out double bed.
Location is excellent - 5 mins from Piaazza Bra & the Arena, 20 from Duomo and practically everything else in between.

This apartment was absolutely brilliant. The air con is ice cold, which was a godsend in the 38° heat!

Waahing machine, full size fridge freezer, super comfy beds and almost slap bang in the middle of Verona.

Central Verona Apartment

Fabulous position very central and easy walk to places in Verona. Really a studio apartment but big enough for two people, we stayed 5 nights. Only thing was no knives to cut bread or fruit and no tea towel.
This is self check in make sure you go to the apartment and not the office as we did. Would stay again
