Breach of privacy
The room was spacious and the location of the hotel was great. However, the self check-in process took a very long time and involved answering many unnecessary questions.
The biggest issue during our stay was a serious breach of privacy. On the second day, the owner messaged us asking if he could go into our room to take something. We replied within 30 minutes and said “No.” His response was:
“I wrote to you a time ago. We are authorised to enter if we need something from our machines. We have 40 rooms and we need to take something of ours. They knocked, there was no one there, they came in and took the remote control. Let's not create problems where there aren't any.”
This message clearly shows that the staff entered our room without permission, even after we said no. Guests should be aware that staying here may involve the risk of someone entering your room without consent.

The location of the property was awesome but the accommodations were less nice than we expected. The room/apartment was a little dingy--it was clean but not very \"nice\". The A/C wouldn't budge below 23 degrees C. And the bed only had a sheet on it. There was a comforter in the closet but it didn't have a cover on it and looked dirty.

1. We do not have an international data plan nor do we have access to WhatsApp. They have a totem or bad translation for kiosk that was easy to access.

Had a nightmare with self check in. And with the language barrier and being a Sunday I could not receive any helpful guidance. I had done a pre check in on line. When at property I input my name as on passport and it says I have no reservation I input my shortened name and screen with name and a red x and red check in incomplete. After 2 hours with no help from Hotel an Italian couple try to check in and they struggled. Finally the lady tried touching the red check incomplete and the check in process started. A simple Email or text would have saved me two hours. They even said this crazy. Hotel might rethink there special instructions. Hotel was nice and convenient

Nice property, view was cute, felt safe there, clean. Unfortunately there were no blankets on bed, just sheets. Also no kettle or coffee machine, was hard for me since I needed hot water for the tea and it was no way to get it. Good stay for the budget. Liked it.

A little bit small. There was a self check in machine that did not work, but someone responded to us almost immediately and was able to get us checked in. The room was nice with a shared kitchen space.

This hotel is not for everyone. I found check-in difficult and frustrating but for some fine. There is 0 interaction with a living person at any time you're there. So know what your getting in to and hope you don't have any problems. The location is great and the room was bare minimum but clean and adequate. Walls are very thin so you hear everything around you. I had difficulty getting a cab to catch a train and in the stress left a bag with possesions in room. Submitted request for info on situation twice and have heard nothing back. I tried to call a person on their help line but reached a person clearly at home who couldn't understand me (only English speaking) and I couldn't understand him (only Italian speaking). His approach was to say no help and hang up. I would like follow-up because if there is a way to get my package I'd be very happy but don't hold much hope to hear back.

The self check in was okay. Not very good instructions after as to where to go with the QR code and how to use to collect the key and how to get into the building. No instructions as to what keys open what and found it very difficult to unlock and lock the room door. We left our keys in the room as there were no instructions as to where to place them at check out.

Very disappointing, bathroom was disgusting, full of mold on the shower walls and outside, toilet seat was no adjusted, they only left 1 toilet paper roll for a 3 night stay of a family of 4 and not replacement, and a very tiny trash can which it got full on first day, moldy smell in the whole room which gave me a headache during the whole stay, uncomfortable beds, the only good thing about is that location is great. There is nobody to greet you and after doing a online checking a day before you still have to do it again once you arrive to the property.

uncomfortable night, There was lack of a warm duvet and the heating system was very outdated and noisy, it felt like a jet engine starting and i could not sleep because of it. I would not recomend this place at least in the winter.

Be aware that at this property is very late check in at 3pm and early check out at 10am and there’s no way to check in earlier or our later. That caused us quite a bit of inconvenience. The room where we stayed looked lovely but no use of it, literally everything was uncomfortable. To get to the bathroom needed to across a shared corridor with the other room. The bathroom is totally disaster as the shower was dreadfully spreading water everywhere flooding the floor with water. The place certainly needs some practical improvements especially considering the price for a night. Id recommend to look around before to book this one. It was tidy though.

Everything was very nice other than the pressure on the shower, which was very weak at all (different) times.

We booked a room in a shared apartment (there was one other bedroom, but we had a private bathroom). The room was nicely decorated with modern furnishings. The host met us promptly upon our arrival to the property. It can be a bit loud at night, but given the central location, that's to be expected. The place is a short walk away from restaurants, cafés and major attractions. Wi-Fi in the room was very reliable.

Automated sleep-in
Everything about this accomodation was automated, including the check-in that was time-wise quite restricted although the automation. It was a great success that I managed with all the technical stuff, but still I got the feeling that if I had needed a person guiding me or aiding with something regarding the accomodation, how would that person have been reached? Perfectly clean room, though, but maybe that was automated too.

O Hotel em termos de estrutura é bom, e a localização é otimo. Outro ponto positivo que voce pode chegar antes e deixar a mala para passear na cidade. Um ponto muito negativo foi o atendimento. O checkin é eletronico, e recebemos a chave do quarto, porem nao tinha nenhuma localizacao de onde ficava nosso quarto que era o 15 do outro ladio do predio, eu uma porta sem nenhuma sinalizacao. Ficamos mais de 1 hora tentando achar o quarto e so conseguimos pq um casal muito prestativo italiano, entrou em contato com eles ( eu tentei ligar varias vezes, mas o numero nao deu e nao tinha WhatsApp) e eles passaram as orientações para esse casal que nos ajudou. Se nao fosse o casal com toda certeza nao achariamos o quarto. Outro ponto, que nao foi informada nenhuma senha do wifi e orientações para check out, eu tive que perguntar tudo com o numero que o casal me passou. Minha sugestão se forem reservar esse hotel, antes da viagem, entre em contato com eles pedindo orientações para evitar o transtorno.

Localização excelente, mas higiene ruim
A localização é perfeita. Perto de todos os pontos turísticos e de paradas de ônibus. Os problemas que encontrei foram : a higiene do local não estava adequada. Havia muitos pêlos de barba na bancada do banheiro e hastes de limpeza de ouvido, sujas perto da pia. A pia em formato de panela também é anti higiênica porque acumula água suja deixada pelo hóspede anterior. Outro problema foi o ar-condicionado que não funcionava corretamente , deixando o quarto quente à noite e o sensor de presença da Liz do quarto acendia sempre que o hóspede do outro quarto se aproximava da porta do nosso quarto. Isso deu sensação de insegurança pois parecia que alguém havia entrado no nosso quarto e a Liz ficava piscando a noite toda, atrapalhando nosso sono.

A Verona per un concerto all'arena. Posizione strategica, a due passi dall'arena. Un po' lunga la registrazione all'arrivo da fare in autonomia, molto dettagliate le istruzioni spedite via WA.
La stanza era meno entusiasmante che in fotografia, scarna, senza neanche un quadro alle pareti, comodini non accoppiati (forse uno era stato sostituito?).
Bagno spazioso, doccia enorme. Negativa la mancanza di portasciugamani o di un gancio per appendere il telo da doccia.

Kun ved hjælp af et par søde Italienere lykkedes det at få adgang - det viste sig at være nødvendigt at have “WhatsApp” for at få QR kode for videre access. “Receptions-personen” talte meget dårligt engelsk og samtidig foregik kommunikationen over en dårlig højtaler.

Hotel com excelente localização, porém tivemos um problema ao após termos o check in efetuado e acessar o quarto recebemos um contato pedindo para trocarmos de apartamento, sendo dado um apartamento com 01 cama consideravelmente inferior.

Ci siamo trovati bene, il posto è ben disposto perché al centro di Verona, il personale super disponibile sia con le chiamate, sia con la chat di WhatsApp. Abbiamo chiesto un mini frigo per mettere l'insulina che hanno recapito dopo nemmeno un'ora.
Gli aspetti che ci hanno lasciato con qualche domanda:

Continuità di energia, perché dovendo mettere sempre la tessera per azionare anche solo le prese non abbiamo potuto tenere in fresco l'insulina, ma doverla trasportare nel frigo messo a disposizione nel primo piano della struttura. Capendo che la struttura ci tiene ai consumi però un peccato per un esigenza di vita come detto sopra.
Caldo nella stanza, sempre per quanto riguarda il controllo dei consumi energetici le stanze sono abbastanza calde viste le temperature alte estive. Ovviamente avendo la possibilità di accendere il clima solo con l'inserimento della tessera.
Comunque Consiglio la struttura!

Det saknades reception och incheckning sker via en automat. Många olika moment. Skriva in alla gäster. Skanna alla pass. Skicka SMS via WhatsApp (som jag vanligtvis inte använder) för att få en QR-kod. Gå till nyckelboxar och skanna koden för att få nyckelkortet. Detta behövdes för att öppna de olika dörrarna ytterdörr mot gatan, innerdörr till trappan och sedan rummet. Det hade underlättat med flera kort om man inte reser själv. Rummet var bra. Stort och rent. Ingen superutsikt men mycket nära till allt.

La stanza direi pulita e il posto comodissimo per visitare Verona ,ma se qualcuno volesse stare piu giorni manca un piccolo frigo per avere almeno l'acqua fresca date le temperature e magari un primo caffè in camera con due cialde visto che non c'è la possibilità di colazione ,e sicuramente le tende alle finestre perché la luce arriva dritta in faccia alle 6:30 , piccola cosa ancora da modificare è la comunicazione sul pagamento delle soste auto che non sono 15,00 euro ma 18 ,00 euro ,cosa da dover dire qui perché non c'è nessun dipendente in struttura da potersi confrontare ma solo un numero di cellulare ,sicuramente dispondibile ma non si può valutare il personale data l' assenza in struttura.
