The accomodation was extremely comfortable and pleasant to stay in. It was central to Arena Di Verona. The only very minor criticism is the bed edge was difficult to get in and out of bed with and there were a couple of shin kicks (haha). And maybe a couple of extra pillows in the cupboard would be nice. Overall it was pretty good

I chose the hotel for location — between the Piazza Bra and the train station — and it worked optimally for that. You have to check in and out at the hotel across the street. The \"hotel\" itself is a cordoned-off collection of rooms in an office building. This was fine; it worked seamlessly. The rooms are a bit surreal in look, but very modern and comfortable. Would have gladly stayed here longer.

I think that they have a very good location however, the parking is not in the property. You have to use a city parking and you cannot go in and out. You have to check in in a different hotel and they don’t let you go in until after 2 PM, it is somewhat cumbersome And they don’t have any dark drapes in the curtains so you have a lot of light coming into the rooms and the TV doesn’t work.

The Air Suites is an extension of the hotel over the road. And is located only a few minutes walk fro the centre of Verona. Staff were friendly and helpful during check in. Breakfast was in the sister hotel across the street and was fine but nothing to write home about.

Not well marked, but we got lucky and found the hotel right away. Hotel staff super nice and helpful. Air Suite Verona rooms are very nice. TV in the mirror, ya you heard me right, double shower heads and sinks, comfortable beds and pillows, and fairly quiet for being in the city. Loved being able to shop and dine really close. Would recommend and stay here again.

While this was a nice room, very new and up to date in its decor, I found it quite soulless and without character and the view made it quite dark. It wasn’t the sort of room you’d want to spend a lot of time in somehow. Breakfast was fine. Service wasn’t the friendliest and although they eventually brought us a fan, due to it being unseasonably warm, they did it with rather a bad grace!

It took a long time find the property as there is no sign. Check- in is across the street - it was only mentioned in small print at the bottom of the booking details. No help with parking or carrying bags back to the residence itself. The room was large and clean, but missing a bath towel. The hotel needs to send a direct clear message to customers explaining all the details prior to arrival, even if booked through Expedia in order to manage expectations. Otherwise the whole experience was very frustrating. There is lots of better options in Verona.

The building itself is quite majestic, the rooms are private and quite 'hear-proof' compared with others we've stayed in. The bedroom and bathroom are both spacious and very clean. The toiletries were good quality. I liked the coffee machine in the room but you were only given one pod each per day and there was no way to make any other sort of hot drink; I missed my tea. :0(
The fridge is welcome although it did not chill drinks very well.
The pillows could have been less resilient. The wooden edging around the bed looks good, is a useful shelf but do I have the bruises!
We do understand that we were in the middle of a city, work needs to be done, people need air conditioning etc but the constant noise of the fans, generators, and when they are there, the builders, did mean shut windows and the A/C on (adding to the noise no doubt). We live in the country so it was a change.

Quarto de dificílimo acesso, chão sujo, toalhas sujas, temperatura absurdamente quente (não era possível regular o termostato e, abrindo as janelas, era impossível dormir com tanto barulho e janelas voltadas pra dentro do prédio - zero privacidade). A porta do quarto simplesmente não trancava - a trava estava quebrada, tentamos de várias formas, sem sucesso. Passamos a noite em claro numa mistura de receio pela porta não trancar, desconforto com a sujeira, calor insuportável dentro do quarto e barulho intenso se deixássemos as janelas abertas.
Infelizmente, não recomendamos e, de longe, foi nossa pior experiência nessa viagem!
