Great location, and amazing view (our room faced the river). Quick and courteous response to questions from \"remote\" service staff. Room and bath are quite large, however needing a little renovation. Dropping luggage, picking up key, the garage opener, and reaching the particulars of the parking garage instructions can be challenging when staff is not available (our case). Many restaurants nearby, which is useful since the unit does not offer breakfast. Overall, a great value

Very easy check in and the apartment was very clean and close to everything in Verona. You can walk to everything. We walked from and back to the train station in about 25 minutes each way, but there are also buses and taxis. Will definitely stay here again. It was our best stay in Italy.

I would give it a 4.6, but It was hard to find the reception desk because it was on the first floor which in Europe is actually the second floor and it’s a hotel in the sense that it rents rooms, but the building is mixed use, so it’s more like a pensione. It was otherwise great. Clean, updated rooms with cool artwork and the staff was very nice and helpful.

This is a great hotel. It is in an old building, and the rooms are spaceous. The bed was comfortable. There is a lounge where you can make yourself coffee or tea. You can go on the roof and take photos of the city, one of the most beautiful I've seen. It is close to everything. We had a wonderful time.

The rooms are terrible, no daylight, the staff is never around, and the rooms are not in the building in which they advertise. It should be listed as a Hostel, and not a Hotel. There was no service or any amenities. The fridge did not work, and there were no cups or glasses for coffee, water, etc. I do not recommend staying here.

My mother and I stayed at Lady Verona a few weeks ago for 7 nights and had a wonderful stay. There was an issue with the room safe, but the staff responded quickly and professionally, and resolved the issue. Alessandra and Silvia went above and beyond and were most welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

My room was beautiful, there was a lift so that made taking my bags up to my room a whole lot easier. I had to check in after hours and the staff made that easy and smooth. They also offered to hold my bags while I explored the town on the day of my check out. Overall a spectacular experience!

Nice hotel, nice views from the window, good location. No breakfast offered but there are so many cafes etc nearby so you won't go hungry, also there is a kitchen in the hotel you can use.
Unfortunately the bathroom didn't have a blind and the shower was in view of the window, the opposite building was quite far, but not far enough, so a blind that you can open and close would be a good idea!
They rang a taxi for us to take us to the airport, which was helpful.
All in all, if the price was right, I would stay there again.

Although a long distance from train the room was very clean and comfortable. There is coffee available on each floor and the view from rooftop patio is fantastic at night. Although a bit confusing to find the Verona does not disappoint. Very close to the old town which is spectacular. The central square where the arena is located is bustling with shops, restaurants and numerous places to get a wine, spirits or whatever your tastes require. Thank you for a great stay.

Very nice place to stay, the standard room was very spacious with comfortable bed, area to sit, terrace outside, large bathroom and shower, minifridge, coffee and tea in shared area. We only stayed one night, wish we would have book 2 nights in Verona. There is lot to see in town and accommodation was great.
They have parking across the river, easy to find and park in private garage. Closed to all attractions.
The only negative is that there is a construction right now (Oct 2023) in front of hotel and it is not easy to unload your suitcases.....not the hotel fault.

Unique Hotel with a European Twist.
A unique hotel experience for me. One of a kind, a B&B within a commercial building. I guess only in a historical city such as Verona you will experience a unique place to sleep. It was dead quiet at night, and I thought I had the entire building to myself. Yes, a little spooky, but, as my host mentioned \"George, you are in Europe\". I nevertheless enjoyed my stay here, and if my future travels take me to Verona, this would be my place to spend the night.

The traffic flow was a challenge driving in, but once we checked in we learned we had a reserved space in a nearby garage. We had an easy time walking to every site we wanted to see and grabbed a good meat/cheese board with glasses of wine next door with zero wait and a peaceful view in which to dine.

The hotel has the most appalling entry. You need a code to enter the building and then have to enter a lift to the second floor and the reception is not always manned. We could not park outside to unload our luggage as there are roadworks in progress at present, so that presented significant HH difficulties.
On top of that, our room was not cleaned on the second day when we returned after lunch. I asked that it be cleaned as we wanted an afternoon nap and did not want to be disturbed. I was told the cleaner would be asked to do so. We waited over an hour and then no one came, whereupon I asked reception again, only to be told they weren't ready yet.
It was after 4 pm before that occurred. Language was a difficulty, but the stay was difficult. The entry was always a challenge.

Anna was a Gem. Because of road construction, we had a hard time finding the entrance. Anna came out and met us, helped us carry our bags up, and rode with us to the parking garage and then walked us back. Even before we arrived, she was in communication with us regarding parking, check in and check out, and she even registered our vehicle with the city council for us. The room was clean and quaint, the hotel was close to everything, and Anna was a gem!
