This hotel is in the ideal location, in the City Center. Keeping in mind that can be a little noisy with the bustle of shoppers and the ringing of the church bells. We had a challenging time finding it because the entrance to the hotel is literally in the courtyard for the Juliette attraction. So it's quite busy during the day but in the evening you have the courtyard to yourself. This makes for beautiful pictures! The staff was amazing, the room was spacious (we had a suite) and beautiful. The room fridge was kept stocked with champagne, beer, water and soda. Also, there were plenty of snacks as well. I highly recommended this hotel.

If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars I would: what an incredible institution. Staff were first class. Couldn’t do enough. Rooms were fitted to perfection with all you would need. Very unique hotel

This is an interesting hotel. I hadn't read the reviews on it so I didn't really understand the setup.

First off, Verona is dreamy! Fantastic window shopping, tons of restaurants. Nice people.

The hotel is in a courtyard with Juliettes balcony. This is a huge tourist attraction. The gate to the Courtyard is locked from 7 pm till 9 am. What's cool is that you can wander around the area after the gates are closed. They give you a key for the locked gate. It can be a bit intimidating to push your way to the front of the crowds to get to the gate. When the gate is open, you have to deal with the police that monitor the attraction. So the gate is equally cool and a pain.

The view from the room overlooked the street where the tourists gather to see the balcony.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable but rather dated in my opinion.

There was a full mini bar that was included, that was a nice touch.

There are a lot of stairs, there is a small elevator also.

All in all, a very unique stay, but does hace it challenges with the gate. Parking is about a 10 min walk away. Hotel is in the tourist district, most cars not allowed.

Absolute loveliness! Do not miss the opportunity to stay here if able as it was clean, spacious and very accomodating. We were able to leave luggage as needed both before and after our check-out times, staff was accessible and very helpful and the room we stayed in was great. We stayed overlooking the balcony and courtyard of Giulietta's house and it was charming. We enjoyed our stay immensely and are so thrilled we visited Verona to learn about the history, culture and area. We appreciate the hotel for helping to make our experience wonderfully memorable.

Great location, basically Guilette’s house is the hotel’s backyard, and we had full access to the iconic area after 7 pm, all to ourselves.
Fee min walk to Arena, all the important piazzas. Food and drink bar in the room, included in room cost( no restaurant, no breakfast is offered)

Central hotel near the Juliet balcony ideal for exploring Verona. We did have a few issues from a slow check in (but we were early), to noise from other inconsiderate guests ( why do people on top floor hotels feel they have to stomp around into the early hours and move furniture!) If you’re one of these people please try and be empathetic to others around you.

The location of this property is wonderful, right in the heart of everything, and has the “after hours” perk of access to the Juliet courtyard. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with a moody esthetic. Unfortunately this is carried through to the bathroom, so you can barely see to shave! (And for the ladies, no vanity mirror). More lighting is really needed! The air conditioning seemed to work, but took over 12 hours to reach an acceptable level of cooling. The management should really cool the rooms prior to guests arriving.

The only criticism and it os very minor is you have to actually pass through the tourist entrance to the Balcony and this wasnt specific enough in the instructions. In the courtyard of touristy Juliet’s House that has its pros and cons. You deal with the crowds during business hours. But, quaint when the site is closed. A male concierge on duty greeted us who was professional and assisted us with check-in and after hours entry. The room was lovely. We were with friends (in another room). We went to our rooms left our things and left the room. The men had a hunting convention to go to while, we women went to lunch. We returned a few hours later. After settling in, I noticed the bathroom was substandard. The front tub panel was off and gaping. The sink was broken. Not wanting to the responsible for the damages, I notified the hotel. I met with a woman who was aware of the tub problem but, not of the broken sink. She said the bathroom was going to be renovated Monday (how convenient). I requested another room. It was apparent with the third degree questions: Did you use the bed? Why didn’t we report the condition immediately? Did you use the bathroom? She wasn’t going to give us another room. Ugh! So condescending! I told her it was my holiday with friends and don’t want to argue. It’s seems the state of the bathroom is perfect for your guests. I am living in a house in Florence that is being under renovation. I could have stayed home. Also, I could have booked at a cheaper hotel. I probably would have gotten a bathroom that was intact. Bottom line, the decision is yours. She phoned 10 minutes later to give us another room. No way to start.

My sister and I booked this hotel because of its nearness to a main square with lots of shopping and dining options. Little did we know that when booked, we were getting a hotel whose entrance is IN the Juliet balcony courtyard. We had private access after 7 pm. Phenomenal!

The staff was so incredibly kind and welcoming. We regretted that we had already booked the next few days in a different town as this location would have been worth extending our stay.

A perfect stay

It's rare to have a perfect stay but this was it. The location is truly magical, when the square cleared out at 7pm and Juliet's balcony is left all to ourselves (my daughter Juliet especially loved it). The staff were kind and helpful and the rooms were beautifully appointed. And at a time when you're nickel and dime'ed for everything, having snacks and minibar drinks included was the generous welcome that made us feel right at home. I can't fault anything about it and will be telling everyone I know to stay here.

Good location. Definitely higher end. Wine and beer free in minibar. But in Juliette 's courtyard, so teeming with tourists from 9 to 7. Our room was over the street, so fairly noisy. Can drown out mostly with a/c full blast.
Also they own a restaurant in the Piazza, menus in the room, that is a tourist trap. Mediocre food, unfriendly waiters. After adding a cover charge, he slapped down a box a said that was for the tip. So hotel is nice if u don't mind lots of people, but stay far away from their restaurant down the road.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Wish we had cancelled our onward trip to Venice and stayed at this location in Verona. Staff is wonderful and always pleasant and helpful. Location is excellent and the owners have given attention to every detail concerning the room. Breakfast is not provided, but there are numerous nearby restaurants for a quick snack or full breakfast. Look no further - this hotel is perfect!! And, access to the Juliet courtyard is amazing after the crowds are cleared at 7 pm. Such a treat to stay here - hope to return again soon!

Make sure your cellphone plan allows for easy international calling, as it is necessary to contact them for check-in from 7 to 9 pm. We absolutely loved our stay here and loved the town of Verona. The hotel is perfect location to walk everywhere you will want to go. Close to shopping and dining and not far from the arena. The most amazing part is having a key to the Juliette courtyard and being able to access the area without all the tourists. The staff are so helpful and kind. This is a very unique property that is located within the courtyard of Juliet's house and the famous balcony. You actually obtain a key to the gate so that you can enter and exit Juliet's courtyard after hours, amazing! It was the most beautifully designed and spacious room I’ve seen in a long while. We especially loved getting the Romeo and Gulietta courtyard to ourselves for photos. Great stay at this hotel, well situated and great service. Hotel is close to shops and in the garden where there is the Balcone. The gate is locked for visitors at night but open for hotel guests. It was quite unreal to have access to the Balcone di Giulietta all to ourselves over nightime. We also had all inclusive mini bar which was very nice. Room comes with Jacuzzi to help us unwind. I was surprised that the hotel check in time was 2 pm, which is great. The only ick is there is no parking onsite. The reception did show us where to go which is a 10 min walk from the hotel but with the luggage it can be a long 10 mins. We loved our stay. Thank you Balcone di Giulietta!

The property is very unique! You are sharing it with the famous Guiletta❤️!! The rooms are modernized and very comfortable the staff is very helpful!! The location is exceptional if you like being in the centre of Verona. The problem is parking, if you are coming without a car it’s a dream!!! What does make this location special is at night after 8:00pm the courtyard actually closes it’s gate and you have this magical moment with Guiletta…it’s my second stay here…once in 2017 and now 2022 it did not disappoint❤️!!

Hotel is in the historic center of Verona, which is where we like to be in European cities. It's a very small hotel whose rooms are well-designed and relatively spacious. Near everything. Being in the heart of the historic town center, the hotel has few amenities. No on-site parking. But the excellent staff (in particular Rafael) was very helpful in parking our car. We would stay here again.

They have been beautifully renovated. Being able to access Juliette after closing was nothing short of magical. This hotel is LITERALLY across from Juliet’s Balcony, and in the heart of it all. When we first got there I won’t lie, I was definitely concerned about being dead center of a huge tourist spot, but the noise at night wasn’t an issue at all. They lock the gate and only hotel guests can come in and out (so save trying to see the balcony for after hours unless you want to go inside). The staff was incredibly friendly, and the room was a wonderful size. Super comfortable bed and bathroom had everything you could need. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Verona.

We arrived at this hotel on a one night stay in Verona I had no idea what to expect But all I can say is WOW. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left I didn’t want to go any where else. The location is amazing with out of hours access to Juliet’s Garden so you get all the prime photos without all the tourists. The service and staff are just beautiful nothing is a problem and the bed was so super comfy please book this hotel as I stumbled on it and can not recommend This Hotel and Verona enough 👏💗

This Guest House, located in the Verona, is amazing. The staff was very kind and helpful. Do to it's location, during the day the courtyard will be crowded but at night it is quiet and calm. Our room was large, with beamed, high ceilings, a very comfortable bed and balcony which overlooked Romeo and Juliet's courtyard. Some rooms do not have the balcony so you may have to be specific if the balcony is important to you. Breakfast is served in your room which was absolutely charming. Our room was absolutely beautiful. It had so much space, lovely furnishings, and an amazing view of Juliet's balcony. It was fun to be able to see the balcony at night and in the morning without a million tourists around, though those tourists made it a bit difficult to reach the hotel during the day. Staff was very helpful and kind. The location is amazing and the fact that you can follow signs to a major tourist site in order to find your hotel is great. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was really nice. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect weekend break in every way.

This was my first solo trip, and I was a little apprehensive. My stay at this hotel couln't have been anymore perfect, for a solo female traveler. It is within walking distance of all the major sights, shops piazza's and resturants. The location, in my opinion is the best in Veona. The novelty of having breakfast served in my room and always on time, made me feel very special. The staff were so attentive and friendly, and my room was superb. And, it is situated in the Guliette coutyard which you get all to yourselves in the evening. Very romantic if your a couple. I will be returning to Verona on many occasions in the future, and I will be returning to this hotel without a doubt, for every visit. It is the best. Just Perfect!

I had no idea that this place was so private. We arrived late and the staff was amazing. But what we really liked was that we had the entire courtyard for ourselves. Juliets balcony’s is close to the public at night. So this is only available for hotels members only

Its a great location for Juliettes Balcony

Got a taxi from train station, taxis cannot go where Hotel entry is

So after dragging luggage to where we think the Hotel is , took a phone call to find the place, it is actually in the courtyard of Juliette , which is really a nice thing.

Was shown to our room , which was facing the street, found it a bit noisy, to very late at night, which was a disappointment as we had requested a room facing Juliette's Balcony.

Room was ok..ish in size, the bed was however comfortable and the bathroom , although small had a very nice spa bath with shower over, which we used and was a treat.

Breakfast was included , it's a bit tricky if you miss out, they have no dining room , so they deliver to you a breakfast menu (about 8.30 pm) and you complete what you want , breakfast is delivered to your room ...if you don't complete the form in time you miss out..with that said the breakfast that we ordered was nice, nothing over the top but adequate.

The best part for us ,was before our check out,
early in the morning ,we were able to enter Juliette's courtyard ...all to ourselves with no crowds before it opened to the public, take our time take wonderful pics of Juliette's statue, balcony and the the many letters upon the walls...that alone made up for the Hotels shortcomings .

It is the best Hotel to visit Juliette's Balcony and courtyard, it is in the heart of Verona, so from that point of view is a good Hotel
