Beautiful rooms and design. Unique features in some room (a piano in one of our room).
Just be aware that the glass enclosed shower (partially frosted) is in the sleeping area if you are sharing room.
Small elevator allow moving luggage with ease.
Secured Parking inside courtyard within the building was a real bonus. Room enough for our rental Audi Q5 but may be not a full size SUV.
Reception staff was fantastic, friendly and waited for us at the entrance to guide us through.
Location is near to everything. Minutes from Arena and restaurants. The hotel is within ZTL ZONE but the road to the hotel is not restricted and you can drive through without restriction. Just be aware that access to side streets are all restricted.

Stay modern in the old city at walking distance

Great location in the old city a short walking distance from the ancient Arena, and walking distance to dining and shopping! The room was aery, comfortable and contemporary, with wines from their own wineries and vineyards, which i did not taste as we had wine with our dinner. Order their breakfast in a winebox, it is amazing!

They can provide safe parking in the courtyard. The staff and service was excellent. My only concern is that as a light sleeper I heard the busses and taxis early in the morning.

Wi-fi in room we booked did not work so we needed to change room’s after we had already unpacked.
Shower is in the bedroom area- looks elegant but makes the room damp and not possible to use without disturbing your partner if they are a sleep.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war insgesamt ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und sauber – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Frühstück, das liebevoll in einer kleinen Box direkt aufs Zimmer geliefert wurde. Es fehlte an nichts: Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken war groß und sehr hochwertig. Auch das Personal war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Ein großer Pluspunkt war der Parkplatz im Innenhof, der bequem und sicher war. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – die Innenstadt war in nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles war gut organisiert und durchdacht. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine zentrale, entspannte und gut betreute Unterkunft suchen.

First of all, we are bewildered to know where the hotel entrance is located. This hotel has only 6 rooms and each room is very big, more than 50 square meters. It is situated in a quiet area and is very close to the Arena. The breakfast (15 euro) is put in a wooden box and delivered to each room. I was surprised to see the content of this box, which included a lot of good things. You should try to taste. Then we went to visit the winery, which the owner of this hotel manages. Wine tasting and exploring vin yard was very interesting. It costs 39 euro, but not expensive considering the contents of the entire tour. We are ready to highly recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

Splendido B&B vicinissimo all'Arena in un signorile palazzo antico. Facilmente raggiungibile in auto (la location é esterna alla ZTL). Gli interni sono stati riammodernati al meglio e la stanza offre un notevole confort. La colazione viene servita (in camera) in una simpatica cassetta da vini in legno e, nel suo piccolo, prevede tutto quanto disponibile in un abbondante buffet (numerosi alimenti, dal succo ai cereali, sono di filiera bio) e vale assolutamente il suo prezzo opzionale. Per il posto auto all'interno della corte del palazzo (meglio riservarlo prima dell'arrivo) stona un pò che nella descrizione su Hotel.com sia dato come gratuito, mentre in realtà il suo costo é di 20 Euro a notte.
Ci tornerò sicuramente.
