The proprietor was extremely friendly and helpful, talking us through the features of the property and mapping out a good route to see the local area, especially useful as we were only in the area for a day. The room and property overall is beautifully decorated. The only negative is a separate private bathroom which does involve crossing a communal area to reach, however each bathroom is exclusive to each room and the property provides bathrobes for each guest so this isn't a massive problem. None of the bathooms are shared and the fittings are excellent, very clean with a very powerful shower etc.

This property was great! Extremely nice owner, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. She gave great recommendations. It also says that there are only stairs, but there is a small elevator that we were able to fit two suitcases and a person in so that was very helpful.

Beautifully organized and appointed. Breakfast breads are packaged, not fresh, but there is a coffee machine and a good choice of jams. No fresh fruit. Each room has a private bath, but remote. You get a robe to wear to the bathroom. Our room was huge, with Juliet balcony and excellent natural ventilation.

Clean room on 2/F of apartment block with elevator

Perfect location for exploring Verona Old Town on foot. We were lucky to find street parking right outside the B&B (and paid €10 per night thru the host for use of a parking permit), otherwise we would have been in a car park 500m away. Alessandra (our host) was really helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, and whilst the bathroom was away from the bedroom it was exclusively for our use so we could leave our stuff in there. Breakfast was basic - tea, coffee and packaged cakes - but we had brought our own milk and cereals with us so we had that; crockery and utensils are available, but there are no cooking facilities.

The accommodation is unique & quirky. It is like being a guest in someone's home. Only 6 bedrooms, and a breakfast room. The owner welcomes you and does the cleaning, but she was lovely, the location on the river was ideal, and we had a very nice 3 nights.

What a gem!

I have to admit that when we planned our short (3 day) visit to Verona, we viewed the exceptionally positive feedback on the Notti Sull’Adige hotel with a some skepticism. Any doubts immediately disappeared once we were greeted by our host Alessandra and introduced to our accommodation. The hotel is situated on the banks of the Adige river and within a stones throw of all the attractions this beautiful city has to offer. The bedroom was large, comfortable, tastefully arranged and with a river view to die for! Although located a few paces from the bedroom, the bathroom was private and exclusive and with the towelled bath robes and slippers provided, didn’t pose a problem. A breakfast room with 24 hour beverages completed the accommodation, all of which was maintained in a spotless and pristine condition. Alessandra spent considerable time and effort in providing information and recommendations to make our stay in Verona truly memorable including a personally edited map listing local restaurants of note. Altogether, an amazing experience and one that will stay long and fond in our memory.
Hasta la vista Alessandra, we will be back!

Perfect spot to visit Verona

This is a very nice, small stay near the river. There was no parking, but we paid for an overnight lot across the river and it was about a 10 minute walk - no problem. It was actually nice to know we weren't driving through the ZTL. The building has an elevator, so no issues getting up. The hostess was very welcoming and showed us around. Some of the rooms seem to have a bathroom outside their unit, but ours was ensuite. Room itself was clean and comfy. Very convenient location to walk to the city area.

The hostess was super helpful and gave us a lot of info on all the local attractions to check out! The view from the balcony was wonderful. The washrooms are private but down the hall which was a bit unusual but it worked out with no issues. Nice gelato place a short walk away. Great A/C! Only regret was not staying longer in Verona!

I loved my stay at Notti Sull'Adige. Alessandra was such a warm and welcoming host. The room i was in was very large. It didn’t have an ensuite bathroom, but I had a private bathroom just across the hall from the room. Its walking distance to the main attractions and even though so close to everything, it was very quiet. I would definitely stay again!

Italian charm in great location

The location is excellent. The room style is old world Italian with tall ceilings.beds very comfortable . They Bathroom was our own dedicated space but was not in our room so we did have a short walk out of our room to get to it,The room and bathroom were clean and had all amenities .There was an elevator . In the late evening there were a group of young adults who were talking and they were pretty noisy even though the windows were closed. The hostess was lovely and we would definitely recommend this hotel

The staff were personable and professional!

Due to a late train, my arrival was late. It created some complications but with the help of a local EMT it was resolved. He actually called the property since I was clueless as to how to dial an Italian phone number.

There was a private bathroom, just for me. No one mentioned it would be a long walk in the middle of the night.

Great location by the river; you can walk everywhere. I would definitely go back.

What a wonderful place to stay and Alessandra is a perfect host. Although there are no cooking facilities, there is a very nice area where you can make a variety of hot drinks and some light snacks are supplied. Our bathroom was updated and modern so we could not ask for anything more. Alessandra went out of her way to help us to get to the train station so her assistance was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend staying there.

The best!

Our stay at Notti sull’Adige was nothing short of fabulous. A beautiful place, super spacious room, great location, made our stay comfortable. Our host, Elena, is the sweetest thing EVER, preparing us espresso, giving advice on where to eat, our visit to the opera at the Arena di Verona, calling taxis... just everything. Would love to stay here again.

Lovely room in Verona

We spent a long weekend in the beautiful city of Verona in early September and although the opera season was over and the atmosphere in the city in the evenings was wonderful.
The warm evening bringing the old and the young out into the many excellent restaurants and bars that the city has to offer.

A not to be missed guesthouse in Verona

This place was just what we wanted in Verona. We had a very friendly and helpful welcome from our host Elena and her family members. The room was large, spotless, had effective aircon and a river view. The location was perfect - on the edge of the historic centre, but in a quite road next to the river. Although the bathroom was not ensuite, it was private, near, and the lighting came on automatically so you didn't have to look for light switches. Highly recommend.

We had a clean, spacious room (with private bathroom along the corridor) overlooking the river in this quiet, traditional appartment block close to the centre of Verona - a major plus. Safe parking is in an underground park a short walk away and costs16 euros a night. You take breakfast at a nearby cafe using a voucher from the B&B. Overall, convenient, simple, freindly and efficient.

A gem in Verona

In a fabulous location in an apartment building on the banks of the river, Notti sull’ Adige was a perfect choice for our two night stay in Verona. The room was spacious with high ceilings, comfortable bed and fine linen. The bathroom is a few metres down the hall but you have exclusive use of it with a key. Coffee and tea-making facilities in a small common area are another nice touch. Above all the welcome and service we had from Elena made this an unforgettable experience. Both her recommendations for places to eat turned out to be just great and, as a finale our suitcases were looked after for a couple of hours after we checked out to allow us more sightseeing before we left town.

Or experience with Elena was beyond wonderful. The room was HUGE and she had fantastic recommendations to offer us when we asked for sites and restaurants. I had never stayed at a place with an external washroom before so it was something to get used to but the washroom had a key specific for us so it made it more comfortable for us. Best place to stay in Verona

I stayed there with my brother. They gave us very nice suite with two bedrooms. It has great location. Very clean. The owner was there to make your stay most enjoyable. The only down was the breakfast. We had coupon to use one of two breakfast places in the area. We discovered with coupon or without coupon same price. If you know it you may not limit yourself for the breakfast. Overall it was the best place I have had in Verona.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this well-furnished, comfortable bed and breakfast in an apartment which is well situated in the old city near all the main sites. Elena accommodated our early check-in without any problem. Our well-equipped bathroom was for our private use but down the hallway, however, bath robes were provided. There was a small room with a coffee machine, kettle and supplies. Arrangements had been made with local cafés for subsidised breakfasts, which were very good. It's easy to get to by bus from the station. Highly recommended if visiting Verona.

Elena was delightful, very helpful and readily available. The rooms were very nice, large and quiet with good A/C, and the bed was very comfortable. The shared bath was lovely. Good amenities and bathrobes were provided. The breakfast, at a pleasant cafe 3 blocks away, was good with several choices for only 5 euro. The location is excellent, on the river and a few blocks away from the main attractions of the city center. The one minor disadvantage was limited parking -- since the property's assigned spaces were already taken on the day we arrived, we had to park in a lot a few blocks away.

Italy at its best!

Spacious yet quaint, very clean, safe and secure. Hostess went WAY above the call of duty to assist us. The self-service coffee and tea bar was a wonderful perk! Most hotels don't offer this. Lovely views from every window!
Hostess set up taxi service for us to go to a winery outside of Verona, gave us directions for local sight-seeing. She speaks excellent English and there will be no language barrier here!
Truly we felt blessed to have such a kind and helpful hostess!

Great place , great location in the old part of Verona , with in walking distance of everything. lots of good restaurants, a helpful staff your own key to come and go with.

Great view, great location.

This was a beautiful hotel. I had the opportunity to start in 2 different rooms during my visit. Rooms 1 & 2 are two bedrooms ajoining one another with a private bath attached, it also has a balcony overlooking a love side street. Room 6 is a very large room with a double bed that can also be 2 singles. It has a balcony and and amazing view of the Adrige and the tree lined promenade along the river. It has a private bathroom that 8s only for room 6 but be forewarned it is adopt 50 ft down the hall. As far as I could tell the only rooms with a private bath attached are the combined rooms of 1 & 2. All in all it was a great place to stay with very helpful staff and a room with a coffee maker where you can pick up a cappuccino or espresso any time day or night for free. The In room mini bar is also free. The hotel is right on the river and in the desirable old quarters of the city.
