The hotel is well-located, with most sites just a short drive or even a walk away if you have a car. The balcony is a major plus, spacious and great for relaxing. However, the rooms are quite small, and the shower feels like it was designed for children, very cramped and hard to access. Parking instructions were unclear: only the open-air parking is included, while the garage requires an extra fee. The hotel was accommodating when I pointed this out, which I appreciated. Breakfast is okay, but the breakfast staff seemed unwelcoming. I had read similar reviews and unfortunately can confirm, being met with silence in the morning feels a bit uncomfortable. Overall, the location ( only with a car ) and balcony are strong points, but a few service and design aspects could use improvement.Front desk staff members were friendly and nice .

Hi , the hotel is on outskirts of Verona, the city is easily approchable by the public bus on 20 min, the bus stop outside the hotel . The hotel itself is outdated, thd painting needed badly outside, the room was spacious and clean but very basic . The breakfast was terrible, very low selection and hardly anything on the plates provided, the worst breakfast we have ever had .

The hotel is located at the outskirts of Verona and is very accessible by public transportation (bus). The bus easily takes you to the city centre. The hotel's surroundings allow the experience of the Italian rustic atmosphere. Mountains and farm fields grace the view around the hotel. Walking to the bus stop, there is a stream that has clear water (you can see clearly the floor of the stream) -- which gives one the impression that nature in this area is pure and fresh.

We relied on public transport to get us to the city center, the buses came frequently (even on the weekend), the hotel also sells bus tickets so we didn't have to worry about not knowing where to buy tickets from.
Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and would recommend to other/stay again if we are in the area again.

This was a very nice hotel with large rooms. The breakfast was also good. There is an underground parking garage for a fee but there is usually space at the open car park and it’s free.

CONVENIENT LOCATION FOR VERONA
Hotel Brandoli is a very convenient place to stay if you're visiting Verona. It's located in a quiet area right off the highway a there's a bus stop right across the street with service every 30 minutes for a 10 minute ride to the center of Verona. There is also a small supermarket within a 2 minute walk. The hotel itself is clean and well kept, and the staff is friendly and courteous. Everything in our room worked well, although the mattress was a bit uncomfortable by USA standards. There's a small bar area on the ground floor that makes good coffee and cocktails. Breakfast was adequate with some good choices. We did try the hotel's restaurant for dinner and were very disappointed, as this was by far the worst food that we've had in more than 10 years of traveling throughout Italy. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are looking a convenient, good value hotel to stay while traveling to Verona, as long as you find other dining options.

The hotel is nice and it is very nicely located. There are 3 large shopping centers with in driving distance. Also very easy to reach the town center and Gardaland. The rooms are clean, not the most modern but very clean. They provide all the necessities you would need.

We found and booked the hotel the day before arriving. The guy on reception was friendly and efficient and so helpful in showing us things to see in the city. City 15 mins away by bus (bus stop right outside hotel) . Had planned to drive but took his recommendation not to. You can also save yourself hassle and buy your bus tickets at he hotel, great especially if you don't speak Italian. That night we had a drink in the bar and the staff were friendly and chatty (all spoke English). For a city break hotel this is perfect.

We flew into Milan, rented a car and drove into Verona for a weekend at the opera. Because we had a car, we wanted a hotel that included parking with a convenient public transporation route into Verona and didn't mind being outside of the city center.

The hotel and room was clean (although the pillows were quite flat and not that comfortable for a side sleeper) and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were basic and it's a standard business hotel (as evidenced by the excellent wifi). The breakfast was better than expected with a decent range of cooked and continental choices. The hotel was easy to find from the highway but you definitely need a car as the surrounding area doesn't offer much.

Hotellet var godt plassert, rolig omgivelsene utenfor bysentrum. Det eneste er at til den prisen burde hotellet ha baseng. Avhengig av hvem som hadde rengjørings ansvar, var det variasjon i «komplett» rengjøring. Da vi kom inn i rommet var det mangel på tørklær til to personer. Gulvet på rommet var ikke så renslig. Ellers veldig imøtekommende og koselig personell både på resepsjonen og på spisesalen!

Abbiamo segnalato una rumorosità notturna che ci ha tenuto svegli fino a tarda notte, causata immagino da qualche lavanderia interna. È stata una delle poche pecche rispetto al prezzo giusto pagato rispetto al servizio offerto. Ha una buona posizione, si raggiunge con i mezzi Verona e comunque vicino ai maggiori raccodi autostradali se si vuol usare l'auto.

Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto dei problemi con dei documenti, il receptionist si è mostrato scocciato e poco intento ad aiutarci: ci ha lasciati per 20 minuti ad aspettarlo, senza dire quando sarebbe tornato e senza offrire nulla da bere per un’attesa totale di un’ora.
La camera non era ben pulita: abbiamo trovato dita di polvere sopra lampade, porte e sotto i letti, per non parlare della griglia dell’aria. Anche la doccia era sporca: c’erano tracce di calcare lasciate da gocce d’acqua non pulite ovunque, il che mi fa pensare che la doccia non sia stata proprio pulita, senza nominare le ragnatele (su qualcuna c’era anche un ragno). Per me la pulizia, da donna delle pulizie di un B&B, è fondamentale.

Worst Ever Bed Bugs
In our long trip to Europe this hotel has the worst guest service ever. The room given us 102 had bed bugs we woke in the middle of the night with bugs everywhere. My grandmother which is 99 years old got all bitten and had a skin infection. We request to change rooms and we only at 4:00 am we could make the chance for room 113 in the first floor. This room was ok but old. Finally we requested a refund for the night lost and to get our clothes washed. The refund was accepted them denied ! The closes were not washed and returned in a bag as you can ser from the pictures. We are gold members of expedia and hotels.com but the hotel treat the situation with total disrespect. This far, it’s important to state that the hotel in a incredible attitude suggested that the bugs were carried by us ! Unbelievable!!
