Re noisy…there was a popping/banging sound every night right outside window. We were on the 4th floor. Thought it was a branch hitting window but it was not.
Otherwise we were quite pleased. Room on the small side though. Location great as it was next to a grocery store.

It is a great place to stay first off they are pet friendly and it was clean all employees were nice and helpful. and when we arrived at the train station there were no Taxi and I could get no help from the train personal are the police he refused to help me. So I called Motel and they got me a taxi in 5 minutes. And the drive was great.and then found out they had a restaurant made thing so better and easier. Love the Place. For a great to stay book them you will love every minute.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Good standard of hotel. We had a meal in the restaurant the first night which was very good, but we weren't aware that the restaurant was closed on Sunday, which left us with a problem where to eat, as a lot of the places were closed on Sundays. Luckily there was a good supermarket next door so we bought some rolls and cheese and ham and ate in the room. I believed that hotels should provide a place to have something to eat. We wouldn't have booked here if we had known.
Couldn't get the safe to work and the fridge wasn't really cold enough.
The area around the hotel wasn't that good and not many restaurants within walking distance.
Cosenza is a nightmare of one way streets so also difficult to get to the hotel.

The location area is not the best! Dirty Streets. The general hotel condition not good. Breakfast very good. One of the reception employees is horrible, I suggest to the manager check the hotel reception camera on Wednesday 13, 2023, 7:30 pm to understand what I’m talking about! This man was very rude. He treated me as a pos after I was waiting 8’ to make a short question! Unbelievable ! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL! Also the parking is not connected to the hotel building! Walked 300 ft every time, was a very good exercise.

I arrived at 3.00 pm after a long drive, and found there was nowhere to get a drink in the hotel and there was not even a kettle in the room. The restaurant didn’t open until 7.30. I walked outside the hotel for 400m in each direction but every where was closed

Hotel was good for a stop over, but no restaurant so had to buy bread roll in a Lindl supermarket as it was the only thing open. It was a Sunday. Cozensa itself was one of the filthiest cities I’ve been to, never again. But the hotel was good

You can tell it used to be a really nice hotel but the room was really musty. The bed was ok, kind of hard. The shower only had a half glass wall so water got ALL over the floor which I'm sure is why it's musty. It was nice the windows open but they were doing construction outside all night long. Not much in walking distance

Excellent staff made check in easy, even though our arrival was delayed. We stayed for 8 days so had a good amount of time with staff and surrounding property. We requested a change of rooms after the third day. Our request was met politely and we were shown a room that we approved of. The breakfast was very impressive. Some things for travelers to be aware of: No walk-in shower and because the tubs are very tall getting in and out didn’t feel safe, the WiFi isn’t secure and usually failed around 8pm, the parking isn’t on the property, (you need to access it by a ramp next to the mall and then wheel your own luggage to the hotel, the mattresses are very firm, the large window frames react to the change in temperatures with very loud noises jarring you awake.

Total disappointment.

We picked this hotel based on the reviews and unfortunately, we were let down. We booked two nights and the weather was very hot. We arrived and was told at reception, the Air Conditioner is broken and it won’t be operational till following afternoon. We asked the following afternoon and of course were told still not working, without any compassion or sensitivity to our best interests! Obviously we didn’t sleep a wink and had a long day trip ahead of us!

Location was great. We rented a car and there was a parking garage connected to the hotel. It was included in the cost of the hotel room. The breakfast was great. Grocery store next to the hotel in the little shopping center. Bathroom and rooms were very clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. The employees were so nice and friendly. Great value for your money.

Great stay. Clean room with a big bathroom, water gets really hot in the shower. Parking just around the corner with a locked gate (with 24/7 access) breakfast started a little later then what I'm used to at 7:30am. Classic Italian breakfast with a lot of sweet things to eat, not as much savoury things though.

We were in Cosenza visiting family. This hotel seemed oriented more toward business travelers but may be due to the time of year we were there - early April. The hotel is quite a distance from the historical part of Cosenza (Cathedral and Castello Normanno-Svevo) and the open air mall. Museo all'aperto. All must sees in Cosenza. I walk quite a bit in general and at a good pace at it was 30 minutes plus to the Museo all'aperto and another 15+ minutes for the Cathedral. . The Hotel did have easy access to the highway system to travel to towns in the hills surrounding Cosenza.

Breakfast had a reasonable selection of fruits, the scrambled eggs all three mornings were not great. A good selection of cakes and pastries if you appreciate that type of breakfast.

Rooms were spacious and clean. (in particular by standards of Rome, Florence or Naples). The wifi was very slow. Air conditioning was okay but not overly efficient. Furniture made the room look dark.

Staff were friendly, few spoke English which is not unexpected outside of a major tourist area - but it would have been helpful if they spoke slower so my level of beginner/intermediate Italian could keep up. Staff not overly helpful helping arrange transportation other than refer to a number.

Nice hotel quite a walk to the historic centre

The hotel was easy to find from the airport bus stop, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The shower was hot and powerful, strangely the heated towel rack was at the end of the bath behind the shower screen, so you had to climb into the bath to hang anything on it. The breakfast was good, lovely cakes but terrible scrambled eggs. The restaurant had good food and not overly pricey.
Comfortable bed with sheets and blankets, the temperature was set at 24 degrees too hot for me,you could lower it to 22 but that was the coolest. Which in my opinion is still too hot, so window open which was fine.
I enjoyed my stay and the room was very spacious.

We were doing family history research in nearby Marano Marchesato and needed a place to stay for 4 nights. This hotel was excellent!!!!! and made out stay in Cosenza very enjoyable. The rooms were very comfortable, breakfast bar was very plentiful and nourishing, and the staff (especially the restaurant staff Carmen and Francesco) were quite delightful and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to friends 100%.

While the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the condition of the hotel isn't that great. The air conditioner did not work. The staff tried to repair it and it worked for a while but then broke down again. The window could not be left open due to the street noise. The window in the room shook every time a door was shut in another room. The mini bar was warm and the counter above it hot. It melted chocolate that was sitting on the counter.

We were told upon check in that we were invited to the restaurant at 7:30 pm for welcome drinks and snacks. When we arrived no one there had any idea what we talking about and we felt pressured to sit down and order dinner. Several other couples arrived with the same understanding as we had. No complimentary anything arrived. However the dinner was very good and service was good.

I have never had such a terrible experience at a hotel in my life. We where at the hotel for what was suppose to 6 days and ended up checking out a day earlier. Myself along with 11 other family members all stayed here and no one would go back ever. From the moment we checked in the stay was rude, our room was dirty and the fridge didn't work, I have a infant and needed to chill bottles, when I asked for it to be fixed they brought a salad bowl with ice. There was only 1 towel in the room. The second day the made up the bed with the same sheets from the night before, which wouldn't normally bug me however my infant child has spit up all over the sheets and they where clearly dirty. The dinning staff was extremely rude, expect for one older man I must say that. We went to the dining room for a family dinner with all 11 of our guests and they didn't bring my husbands meal and when we asked they said the steak was till cooking. They brought his dinner well after we had all finished and then got mad that we didn't want to eat it. I had had enough and complained, They offer us an up grade which I thought okay was nice, however when we checked out 2 days later they wanted us to pay for it! There isn't really wifi here and they do not have a business centre as advertised. This hotel had a 4 star rating and it was far far from it and I will not trust hotel.com ratings

Probably the best hotel facilities I've stayed in while in Italy. The only negative I had was the wifi wasn't available in my room and the lobby wifi dropped out a few times.
Otherwise, it was all good.
I'd have no troubles staying here if i ever return to Cosenza.

Very very clean and comfortable rooms.The only negatives about this hotel were that the fitness center, which we wanted to use, was closed on Sunday and not enough of the desk staff spoke any English. Ester was fantastic and helped us find a local driver to take us to our hometown. Other than her, none of the staff comprehended anything in English despite a US flag flying over the hotel--and \"taxi\" should be simple enough but proved a problem.

WE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL A FEW YEARS AGO WHEN IT WAS A HOLIDAY INN AND WERE PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. THE ITALIANO GROUP HAS DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB KEEPING UP AND SURPASSING ITS PREVIOUS OWNERS THERE IS A SMALL MALL TO WANDER AROUND IN AND THE FOOD WE WERE THERE FOR NEW YEARS WAS AMAZING. I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN THERE IS A GREAT LITTLE PIZZA SHOP NEXT DOOR THAT SERVES THE BEST PIZZA EVER.
