Communication was non existant. I messaged the hotel twice before arrival but never got any response. The room was small, but modern and clean. The bed was extremely comfortably. Amenities were a little sparse, there was only 1 towel in the room between 2 of us although this was put right immediately by the front desk. The toilet roll was almost all gone, and the cleaners did not put more in, you had to help yourself from a cabinet at the front. Breakfast was superb. A lot of variety and fresh. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel is simple, cheery, with friendly staff. We were about 30 minutes to the Dehli airport, it took an hour when traffic was heavy.
We didn't eat breakfast because we had early morning trip to Taj Mahal and early flight, but the restaurant is open until 10:30 pm which is convenient.

Outstanding stay at Bloomrooms Link Road. Room was nice with convenient QR code entry. Rohit helped me get my laundry done in a pinch and on time before check out. The breakfast buffet was good and they have a kind and attentive staff and security. Good location for traveling around Delhi to see the sights. Recommend for solo traveling.

I enjoyed my stay at Bloomrooms. It was clean and nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You can ask for many travelers needs via the chat like iron machine or shaving kit. The area doesn't look good to walk.

The Bloomrooms is in an easy location for getting to the main attractions of Delhi. The room is basic but functional and there is drinking water available. The room was cleaner each day but we did notice that the shelf in the bathroom was dirty when we arrived. The breakfast was also very good. Overall it is excellent value for money and a great place to stay

It’s a really good place for solo travel and really great value for money. The only thing that I would suggest them is to make it more handicapped friendly. They don’t have any elevator and I had to carry my heavy luggage on stairs. Imagine a disabled person doing that?

The staff was just as nice, but I think we were spoiled by the first bloomrooms in New Delhi. (bloomrooms@New Delhi Railway Station)

A very comfortable stay at the Blooms @link road. Staff are friendly and helpful, there was a slight confusion of the breakfasts begin included on the last day but the reception guy sorted this. The little cafe has a good options for food and catered for Jain diet as well. It also has a cosy room/lounge to read/play games or use the computers. Good value for money!

I booked for four days and then added another three. Reasonably happy with hotel location. Close to Jangpura station. The staff are smartly dressed and friendly . The ones working in security and as porters were especially helpful.I cannot understand why a small bar fridge is NOT provided in the rooms. This would determine my future stays at Bloomsrooms

We used the hotel driver for two days out and he was fantastic, making sure we saw the sights of Delhi and helped us build our itinerary as we went, as we only had a rough idea of places to go to. He also made sure we had no issues getting entry into the sights and even when we grabbed a Rickshaw ride to see Old Delhi.
The hotel's cafe served a nice breakfast and lovely curries in the evening, the freshly cooked paratha's were amazing too.
The hotel helped us make sure our new Airtel SIMs were working after we had a bit of trouble at the airport with them, Bloomrooms also sell them if you're not in a hurry to get a SIM at the airport.
We really enjoyed our stay and have recommended to friends to go here too. Being away from the busyness you might find at the Railway Station Bloomrooms, Link Road was perfectly quiet.
We even hired the hotel driver again to drop us for our 6am train to Agra, and he helped us get to the right platform which made the busy station in the morning bearable. Thank you again!

First time staying in this property. The breakfast is not bad and they have a reading room just above the meal area. The room is relatively clean. We experienced the aircon leaking suddenly and there's only one hair dryer to be shared among all room. We borrowed and returned to the reception after every use. Something to improve.

The hotel meets european standards by far and on all levels. Cleanliness, comfiness, professionalism of staff members, strategic location & peacefulness of the neighborhood... The hotel's lounge is pretty cozy with few laptops and books to plan the rest of your itinerary in India. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!

-No cupboard whatsoever to store our clothes, but for us that was OK since we only stayed 2 nights.
-Not many meal options on the menu. But I guess they master the few meal options they offer. Their butter chicken is awesome! :)

Bloom Room is not located in convenient locations.. however the metro station is 15 mins walking distance. Staff were friendly but the breakfast was very bad specially the hot meals they basically heat up precooked meals,very limited choices. If you are planning to stay here please take your toiletries, I had to ask for everything. Rooms were very clean, but bed sheets were not changed while I stayed for 4 nights. I guess I had to ask for that too. I am giving 3.5 star for cleanness and staff.

when I booked a room from this hotel at same time I booked an cab to pick me up from Airport , But I didn't any cab at airport and I was waiting for more than 30 min, Then I called the hotel they said he is coming and they gave me driver number ,and I called the driver to know were is his location and how much to reach,Driver told me that he cannot come and he is sending another driver and he will reach soon, I was really suprised to see this service from the hotel and it took almost an hour the another driver picked me up and he don't know were to drop us and I called hotel and told that see this not fare I booked a cab before because I have my international friends with me I don't want any bad experience with them but this hotel showed me and my friends really very bad experience and the cab this I received was non Ac ,and no clean. Even I book a cab from Airport I would have better cab and air-conditioned so this was really ver bad experience I faced and I will never prefer this hotel again

I recently spent several nights at the Bloomrooms @ Link Rd. It’s a great hotel, staff were very helpful getting me autos and taxis, the cafe had delicious food at a very reasonable price and the room was very new, neat and clean.

Only complaint is that we organised a day trip to Agra/Taj Mahal through the front desk - wouldn't recommend it. They gave us their car and driver for the day - but he's a very slow driver, and doesn't speak good English. They told us our driver would be our guide or organise one for free - when we got to Agra the driver handed us over to a guide/friend who was a bit of a pain and more intent on getting a tip from us at the end of the day. Only complaint is that we organised a day trip to Agra/Taj Mahal through the front desk - wouldn't recommend it. They gave us their car and driver for the day - but he's a very slow driver, and doesn't speak good English. They told us our driver would be our guide or organise one for free - when we got to Agra the driver handed us over to a guide/friend who was a bit of a pain and more intent on getting a tip from us at the end of the day. Clean and convenient budget hotel
We were very happy with our stay it was exactly what we were looking for, clean and convenient, for a 3-day stay in New Delhi, out of the hustle and bustle it is well located in a nice neighborhood and right next to the Metro station from where you can access all parts of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, added bonus, there is a small cafe on site where you can have breakfast or a simple meal at the end of a busy day, perfect stay!

Loved the hotel - everyone was super friendly and gave lots of great advice. As a female solo traveller I found the walk to and from the subway a bit uneasy and didn’t do the walk at night. Very easy to coordinate cabs/tuktuks so not a huge issue. I would still stay there if I return to Delhi. They allowed me to drop my luggage off at their sister hotel which I explored for the day before my flight home.

Our first room was very noisy from a ventillation system probably on the roof as we were on the top floor. We got another room next day and it was fine.

Pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable the little hotel is. Ample breakfast was included served from a little cafe on premises. Super friendly staff, and I appreciated the help arriving and settling in at 4am. Fast WiFi, free drinking water. Windows (at least on first floor) don’t open but the room is climate controlled. Sunken garden out front provides some urban relief from flyover traffic noise overhead. Note that there’s nothing fancy, but I prefer clean and functional over fancy. Short walk to Om “Hotel” restaurant which served delicious Indian food.

I was in Delhi a week for meetings and some site seeing. Room is efficient in that it had a comfortable bed, nice workspace and good bathroom. There are no drawers to put clothes. You can hang some clothes on a pole but not really a closet.

The hotel was simple, very convenient to travelers who would spend most of their days exploring the cities. The most important thing was the cleanliness, friendly staff including the restaurant team which was very accommodating. Location wise, not bad although it wasn't easy for you to find some dining venues around the premises. Luckily the restaurant on site served a pleasant comfort food so you could easily enjoy a simple dinner after the full-day browsing.

Had a flight from Haydarabad and arrived Delhi midnight, My son (3 years old) who just had a Eye surgery, my wife and Myself we were over exhausted, we arrived Bloomrooms hoping a decent place, but found a terrible and full of bugs hotel, the staff were so defensive of hotel and sayed “sir, it is seasonal bags which has no way out, No bags in the rooms”. I found the room worst than the receiption area. Just had to leave the hotel around 01:00 am, it was paid online and had to pay another place. Just terrible place and experience.

Excellent location. Clean, spacious room. Good showers and running hot water. Helpful staff. Those are the good things. There is really only one downside - the metro station nearby is REALLY nearby. My bedroom vibrated everyone few mins. It didn't keep me up but its a little unnerving

I cant say how happy i was with this hotel, The hotel i originally checked into in Delhi was filthy and full of roaches. I hear this is common. Rushed to find another hotel, and im so happy it was bloomrooms. Its in a middle class neighborhood, the hotel is clean and modern and sleek, simple, but functional. Wish there was a mini fridge, but minus that it was lovely.
Only con is its not by anything, but if u look hard behing the hotel maybe 10 mins walk u can find a traditional western style store (walls and doors) and a movie theater and a mcdonalds and liquor store. You have to spend more on transport bc you cant walk to the things you want to see, but transport is so cheap in india and that aspect in no way ruined my amazing experience at bloomrooms.

Our stay with bloomrooms was incredible the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay they made arrangements for us to go straight to the airport and gave us an early check out and changed leaving time for thee Taj Mahal excursion so we could see the sunrise and get to the airport on time! Truly superb customer service! And welcome. We needed to get our passports scanned for our next visa on our trip and they got them scanned emailed and delivered our passports back to us when we returned to the hotel so we didn't have to wait. Our stay was perfect after the first hotel we stayed at we left due to a list of many faults but staying at bloomrooms made it worth it and helped to make our trip in Delhi magical. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi in the future! A truly perfect hotel.

This hotel is an excellent choice if you want a clean hotel in an area that is close to lots of tourist and conference locations. While the rooms are a bit cramped for two (my spouse and I stayed in a standard queen room), the rooms are clean, which was not my experience in other hotels in the area. To make up for the small room size, there are several areas within the gates of the hotel if you need space to spread out (cafe, garden area, etc.). Additionally, this hotel had ample access to clean drinking water and wifi included, which was really difficult to find in other hotels I stayed at in India. The cafe was also a convenient option. While they don't have a wide selection, what they did have tasted good and was conveniently priced.

It is good hotel. But the facilities are average. There is no glass available in the room though complementary water bottles were there. I requested for moisturiser and shaving kit but the staff told that these are not available.

Good place. The air conditioning in the room worked and everything else was in good condition as well. The bed was comfortable too. The only issue is they decided to paint all the walls during my stay. The fumes were very strong and made me dizzy.

Great room (double bed) - very clean, spacious, practical. Buffet breakfast at the café is really nice - lots of nice choices. Free shuttle to a few local places works OK - sometimes not so ready at short notice, but it's a nice free addition. Wifi in room worked OK. Unlimited drinking water available 24 hours, and hot drinks in morning.

I choose Bloomrooms for my final night stay in Delhi because I can count on Bloomrooms to provide a comfortable room and good breakfast. I had stayed here earlier on my India trip and found Bloomrooms to be just perfect. It is a hotel with a decent room price combined with comfort and location and service. I used the airport pick-up and drop-off service on this trip. The pickup was punctual and the dropoff on time.
Since my flight was late I hung out in the library/computer/game room over the restaurant until it was time to catch my flight.

Best Basic Hotel in Delhi
Had a great four night stay at Bloomrooms@Link Rd. Very quiet and relaxing after a 30 hour flight. The room has everything you need and adequate room to open your suitcase and get organized. The breakfast was good with few choices but still fine. The fresh made eggs are very good. Wifi is super fast. The fasted I experienced in my three weeks in India. Everyone is very friendly and helpful at Bloomrooms. I used the airport pickup service which was great. My flight was 1 hour late and after customs it was 2:30am but my ride was right there.

They called a taxi for me and informed me of the rate to the Bus.
Staff was very nice, if they had known a foreign credit card could not get me a bus ticket on line it would have saved me time and frustration! The travel service they use does not get bus tickets. Because the bus may not travel at timings they advertise.
