Could improve services and quality

The room was clean but the staff was poorly trained. The receptionist asked us if we have booked the room as breakfast included where as the hilton hotel provides free breakfast with the booking.
The \"mini bar\" included in the room is a cabinet provided for the drinks. I wouldnt call it a mini bar as it doesnt keep anything in it cool.

I booked my room knowing the fact that this is the Hilton’s property so I was expecting atleast the basic cleanliness but I was highly disappointed ☹️ after experience.
There are Stains on the tiles and the bathroom doors and room’s floor wasn’t mopped .

Curtains were untidy. Were having Chocolate spots.
Fan on low speed was making noises.
AC Fin's were broken and Air was coming directly on head.
Asked for mosquito repellent (Goodnight) at night but didn't get.
Most of the times phones were unanswered.
On a 3 night stay. Key was changed for 4 times as they stop working.

Food prices are too hing.

I had greater expectations for this hotel since I paid around $130 for it. It did not come close to what was expected. The biggest problem was the moldy smell in the hotel room. It just didn’t feel clean. The floors were not mopped properly and the wooden frame around the doors in the room were rotting from the bottom. I was extremely excited to stay here but really upset with the experience. The breakfast was nothing special either. I had stayed in a Marriott prior to this stay, it was half the cost and double the cleanliness and benefits. I was amazed by that hotel and wish I could say the same about this as well. I hope you take my feedback and improve this property.

This was the 4th time at hotel. It was dirty the staff did nothing but tell us lies. They were never helpful. Told us we had to leave even though our plane had been cancelled.
Tried to make out they were doing us a favour by moving us rooms instead of just telling truth they needed to close.
Drinks and food very overpriced.
Pool closed never once asked if we needed a drink.
Everything seemed to much trouble.
Never again will i stay at this hotel. It should not have the hilton name it is a disgrace for a hilton hotel.
Spa closed
Gym closed but never offered any kind of refund.

Property is good but cleanliness was not up to the mark and staff was not that active. We got room upgrade without our knowledge and even so we got two single bed which we never wanted. From the beginning, I have made it clear that we require king/ queen size bed but still they gave me 2 single bed for both the rooms. Not good

Very friendly and helpful staff. This hotel needs some major investment. The rooms are very dated. Also watch out for the unexpected mini bar charges, Our group was asked for additional payments for things that they did not use. Best to ask them to clear the mini bar if you do not intend to use.

Was moved to 3 rooms in 4 nights and was still disappointed in the service , room service and was told that the tv package would be upgraded but never was , also had manager and director inform me that they would provide me with a 50% discount for last night and yet never got it , would never recommend this place , worst Hilton stay ever!!

Unhappy and Bad Experience with Hilton

The hotel room provided at the start was not at all as per Hilton's standards and didn't have some basic amenities also. Only after I complaine, they took some action to find another room but I didn't want to shift so they cleaned my current room.

Also, they charged for all the snacks in the bar and fridge of the room which is fine but they never mentioned it before Toby's when checking in or at least should have out a note in the fridge or on the bar about the charged items. Even the simplest hotels will have this basic sense to keep note. This stay was like a lot for me as they were just grabbing money without providing basic Hilton's comfort. Very unhappy with this stay. I hope they improve and at least not thug people with all the snacks money or at least put some notes for chargeavle items.

The room was good and the staff was friendly, however the water that they served at the bar and their restaurant was not fit for drinking. The restaurant \"Taal\" was highly understaffed with just 1 server amongst 5 tables. The recreation area was lacking maintenance as the pool sticks were broken. Another issue was with the internet because at such a nice hotel, a free wi-fi connection is a must but the wi-fi was not free.

The rooms were tired and very dirty. The floors were not mopped and there was dirt in the shower and around the sink. This was years of build up. The aircon leaked water through the bathroom ceiling. Rooms were damp and smelled of damp.

The staff are the best part of the hotel.

Worst hotel service in my tryp to India

Definitely not a hotel to stay in my future. Or I will not recommend it. I have been disipoit with the staff in the restaurant I told them that I will like to not eat spicy foods during my stay and I repeat every day and second day on the evening dinner I have been receiving 2 dishes with spicy ingredients. 2. I have used laundry services and I forgot some money in the right pocket and I have explained second day to front desk and none of the people have done anything to help in that situation. The room was not as I aspect from Hilton brand. The curtains are dark and darty. I think they have been washed 2 years ago. So much to tell about this property. I will charge the entire management.

Fantastic service, great staff, lovely room. Swimming pool was a good size, easy to get taxi from hotel, they provided you with welcome fresh cookies on arrival. They were so nice we asked for more when checking out. Kids loved it overall and will be returning.

the minute we arrived, we were made to wait for a long time before the rooms were available. In meantime none of the staff accorded any help and make us feel at ease. Not even a drink or cold water.
Very important, just because we booked through Expedia, the hotel staff did not extend upgrades or breakfast. A good lesson - never book hotel room through Expedia.

Fairly good place for a short stay

I stayed for 2 nights at this property, the property is fairly good.

The staff is fairly good. Hotel property is calm and quiet as it's away from the main road.

The room interior appear slightly run down, especially the flooring. I had a lagoon facing room with a balcony, pigeon menace is quite a bit in balcony during daytime. Some sort of netting needs to be provided to avoid this. The tea flask was stinking. The bathroom/restroom in my room had no exhaust system. Hence not rating 3 for room cleanliness.

Though, I would recommend the place, I think same or better options at a better pricing will be available especially for someone who prefers a hotel very close to the beach and staying for 3 to 4 nights.

it was awsome, the hotel is in a little remote area away from the common crowd in Goa. Clean and well maintained property with staff always up for assistance. The hotel houses restaurants that serve good food, the buffet breakfast and lunch has a wide range to offer. Spa facilities are good too.

Wonderful stay.

Hotel is at a decent location. Loved the hotel and the staff and services were top notch just that the food ordered through room service could have been a bit better. It was a great experience, only problem with the hotel was that are unable to handle large crowd since I went in Oct month and the season starts in Goa from this month onward s but still the hotel staff couldnt manage the crowd during breakfast time.

Also if you are planning to take advantage of spa in the hotel then better book in advance as they dont take any walkins.

The food was not that great. they didnt had much in menu, I stayed here for 3nights and during the stay the menu didnt change.

I think the amount which i spent for stay was way too much compared to the service, food and overall stay.

In the end I would give 2.5 out of 5.

Reservation team n connect with Expedia team was worst ..after triage came to know Expedia agent couldnt do anything n pathetic coordination of expedia team ... Then hotel house keeping go out in a group n talk as much louder n don't even care if the guests are in ....won't prefer to stay here or even try to book via Expedia anymore !!!

I booked a room with lots of views in my mind about da hotel but reality is far from my dreams... as a guest we r roaming around 4 da whole day n spend night in da hotel viewing dat we 'll get comfort but sorry 2 say 4 da whole night da a.c. of my room was my working and da excuse was given it is a electricity problem but if it so do arrange inverters in advance so dat public doesn't facea problem n for toilets as we r Indians der shd be proper arraarrangements nt a English style tissue paper system
