First I arrived that was a big roach in my
Room. No hot water in the shower. Beds
Hard as a rock. They sat they offer breakfast but not at all. Sorry do not recommend this property at all.

Affordable stay close to the Expo. The lobby and hallways had an unpleasant smell (sour onion smell) but it may have been due to the summer heat and old carpets. The room had a smell of sewer lines upon walking in. I realized it is due to toilets being linked to the shower drain system. You can hear when you flush. Just closed the bathroom door and once AC was turned on, it was less noticeable. The staff especially the breakfast/dining are staff were super friendly and helpful. Hot/cold water dispenser and reusable water bottle was helpful. Affordable option during normal times. Due to World Cul the prices were tripe/quadruple the price. I would never pay that much for it normally.

El cuarto es demasiado pequeño, en las fotografías parece ser más amplio, no hay tomacorrientes suficientes, como mínimo debe haber en cada buró. Los despachadores de jabón no servían. No tienen plancha ni tabla de planchar en cada cuarto, se tiene que usar una común que hay en cada piso la cual está pesimamente ubicada frente al elevador y no tiene puerta, todos pueden verte planchando la ropa, además no hay en donde colgarla por lo que si quieres planchar más de una prenda tienes que llevar una por una porque no hay en donde ponerla o colgar en ganchos la ropa que vas planchando, adicionalmente debes rellenar una botella de agua en un despachador comun que hay en cada piso, ya que no hay en los cuartos.

El precio no es tan económico como para que se tengan esas limitantes.

El desayuno es bueno y el trato del personal también.

The beds were not the size advertised, they were like a full size bed (two adults can barely fit). Parking was good, no iron in the room they have 1 iron on the hallway with an iron board to share. Hotel is decent, close to a lot of entertainment.

This hotel is very basic. They call it \"Executive\" model. Basically you get a bed AC and TV. The rooms have no microwave, no mini fridge, no hand soap, no airon, no hair dryer. This is a pretty basic room with low value vs. price

A very pleasant hotel stay. The room was spacious and in good condition. The beds were soft and clean, but the pillows were very thin. Water dispensers on each floor were a welcome surprise. Breakfast was basic but good. Can't beat the convenient location for the Expo Center.

Me gustaron mucho las camas, son muy cómodas y el hecho de que te den una botella de vidrio para que la puedas llenar de agua para tu cuarto. También se encuentra el hotel en un área tranquila y el staff fue amable. Le hace falta mucho mantenimiento y remodelación al hotel. Había poca limpieza en el cuarto también, se notaba que no se barria y cuando recién llegué la tapa del excusado por dentro estaba sucia.

El hotel es muy austero, no vale lo que se paga. Lo único bueno es que está cerca de la expo, no hay ninguna botella de agua, ni siquiera un vaso para tomar agua, la cama es tan pequeña que ni siquiera puedan dormir dos personas sin estarse codeando toda la noche Les pedí que por favor, me guardaban pequeño paquete en el refrigerador y se negaron porque no tenía fecha de caducidad según ellos, pero eso aplica para la comida que tienen para la gente esa era un paquete de huésped que no tiene porque compartirse con nadie después que porque no guardaban paquetes de nadie Éste es el único Hotel que me han respondido eso Sin embargo se pusieron en plan necio y no quisieron me dijeron que saliera en la noche buscar hielo comprar una hielera y fue muy difícil para mí, buscar eso a medianoche Tienen jovencitas en el Front Desk y no saben nada. Todo tienen que preguntar. No sé porque esa imagen de poner jovencitas muy muy jóvenes enfrente a atender personas, y era obvio que no tienen experiencia, no recomiendo el hotel repito lo único bueno es que está enfrente de la expo

La habitación es muy pequeña al igual que el baño. Las toallas estaban duras. Eramos 4 huéspedes y a pesar que estuvimos varios días tuviimos que estar solicitando diario las toallas adicionales.
La entrada y salida del garage son muy estrechas.
La ubicación es buena si se considera este hotel para asistir a Expo Guadalajara.

El cuarto es demasiado chico, no hay espacio ni para abrir la maleta. Definitivamente NO es para 3 personas, mucho menos para 4. Almohadas incomodas, muy delgadas y sin relleno. La cama es una base con colchoneta y demasiado incomoda.

My shower head hose was busted, I was moved to another room, the rooms didn’t look like advertised, bed was hard, the bathroom was small, it was noisy you could hear the other guests. I liked the secured parking.

There was no trash can in the room, only in the bathroom. The bathroom inside area of the toilet was stained. No face towels. The mattress was terrible. The pillows were flat, not fluffy, had to ask for two more. Prefer to have shampoo and body wash separately, not two-in-one liquid. I don't think I want to drink water from a reusable bottle. The hotel presentation looks nice, but the room we had was not so nice.

The parking lot entrance was blocked by another van for long time, the breakfast requires a lot of improvements, so my advice is to eat somewhere else, the rooms are not well-maintained (broken floors)

while the property was clean and included parking, I felt like compared to other hotel stays in my business life this one felt short. It was okay to sleep in but they lacked details like having access to an ironing board in room, the water pressure in the shower made taking a shower after a long day less than ideal. The breakfast area was always backed up, messy and dirty. I paid extra to have breakfast conveniently at the hotel but it really was hard to eat o time or find food. I understand there was a large amount of people to help but overall the stay just did not feel restful or smooth. There are definitely areas of improvement for Ibis in terms of customer experience during a stay.

La habitación no se sentía limpia, el baño manchado en el piso, lavabo y el piso de la regadera todo con manchas cafés y o negras parecidas a moho.
Los colchones de las camas estaba incomodisimos, el forro del colchón roto, le pusieron unas colchonetas encima como para extender la vida, las colchonetas se resbalaban del colchon base.
Las almohadas incomodisimas. No hay toalla de manos en el baño, pedimos una a recepción y nos dijeron que ibis no maneja de esas toallas.
El personal muy amable pero las instalaciones deterioradas y se sienten sucias.
El buffet con buenos reviews, pero no tiene nada de especial ni especialmente bueno.

A mi no me quedaron ganas de regresar a este hotel nunca más y en la condición en la que está, no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

La habitación luce desgastada!
El baño huele a drenaje, toda la habitación muestra desgaste en muebles, alfombras, cortinas y baños. Pase dos noches y prácticamente solo la utilice para dormir. El agua del dispensador sabe a agua estancada! El desayuno esta bien, para quienes llevamos prisa, nada extraordinario. El personal del restaurante son muy amables y del looby también. El Hotel se ve con baja calidad en el mantenimiento! La ubicación es perfecta, ojala y lo renueven! 😬
