Absolutely wonderful hotel, the owners Marina & Marios have created something very unique & truly special indeed. The room was bright & clean & spacious with stunning views of the pool, sea & Delos. I travelled alone and have never felt so safe, my holiday felt all the more relaxing & enjoyable, Nothing was too much trouble from booking trips, taxis, restaurants to beach recommendations, they really are incredibly helpful, staff were all so friendly, especially Farhat. Cannot wait to return.

We had a fabulous stay at Lithos. The property and location are just superb. The scheduled bus to town and back was the so so ideal for us. We were a family of 4 including with 2 teens and the sea view suite was so spacious and absolutely perfect. The real gem in the stay is the hospitality, care and personal touch by Marios and Marina, who make it their personal mission to ensure that their guests have all the information they need about the island. We got some lovely recommendations from Marios and enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you Marios and Marina, you spoiled us in Mykonos, because we have not seen such hospitality in any of our other stays in Greece.

This was one of the most amazing experiences we’ve had. From check in to check out. They have been truly amazing. The hospitality, service, and friendly people. The breakfast was superb, attentive and remember everything from who you are to what you like. The room was perfect, great views, pool, terraces, facilities, beds, everything was just perfect.
We will definitely be coming back. Marios and team were just great. Not just a guest, Marios made you feel like a friend and extended member of the family. They all did. Truly exceptional and look forward to seeing everyone again soon.

We enjoyed 4 nights of our honeymoon in the care of these extraordinary hosts at this beautiful boutique hotel that is situated on the quietest portion of the main road, easily accessible to Mykonos town, Ornos beach and some beautiful sunsets right off of our doorstep. Most comfortable beds we enjoyed throughout our journey! The service was exceptional, cleanliness was immaculate and breakfast by the pool overlooking the Aegean was the absolutely perfect start to each day!

Amazing place to stay for couples. The pool is amazing and you get an outstanding sunset view. The walk to the domes is 5 minutes but be prepared to hike, the hill is steep. We rented an atv and free parking was provided!

Great modern hotel, with a very personalised, friendly and helpful service. Your welcomed right away and we were given maps and lots of info of areas to visit. All the team were happy, and made us feel at home. Marios en Marina are the owners of this beautiful hotel. They personally take care of you during your stay. Marios contacted me prior to our stay to ensure we had transfer arrangements. One your arrive, Marina checks you in and sits down with you to review your itinerary. In our case she helped secure us a car rental that was delivered right to the hotel. The room was quite spacious and beautiful with a great view. In the meninges you can find Mario's preparing breakfast by the pool. We really enjoyed our stay on property. Also very close to many of the sights and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and can't thank them enough for making our stay pleasant.

In a quiet part of the island, but near a few local restaurants and supermarket. Easy to get the bus into town though.

Amazing boutique hotel! The pool area is great and the rooms are immaculate. We had an apartment room which was perfect for a family of 4. The area is nice - a short walk to a great beach. The nearby bay of Ornos is superb too - there are some great eateries there and some offer a few pick up. The owners & staff are extremely helpful and can do no wrong! All in all this was an absolute highlight of our trip

what a way to remember our first time on this beautiful little island! marios and marina and their lovely team are truly the stars of this amazing accommodation. from the moment we arrived, we were given a lay of the land, so much precious information to help us make our time on the island as easy as possible. all the detailed recommendations for restaurants and the various beaches, so immaculately provided by marina, we were spoiled for choice!
the island of mykonos is beautiful and the views nothing short of spectacular, but one of the best times we had was spent by the pool bar chatting with marios and farhad - especially with marios indulging us with a mean caprioska or two… or three!
there are a variety of accommodations and areas one can choose to explore mykonos from, but we loved the quiet of lithos that was still convenient with restaurants and a lovely beach within walking distance. the room was spacious and super well kept with an amazing view of the sea, a lovely way to wake up every day!
highly recommend this 5-star worthy accommodation run by a wonderful family that will make your experience on mykonos even more special and unforgettable!
thank you marios and marina for making it even harder to leave the island - you know you’re doing something right when you make it hard for people to say goodbye!

Absolutely superb hotel. This should be 5* - beautiful property that is absolutely immaculate. Beautiful rooms, beautiful pool and intimate pool bar area. I stayed in a superior suite and the view over the bay was beautiful.

Most of all the service sets this hotel apart. Marios and team are exceptional people. Really personable and go above and beyond to help, accommodate and make you feel welcome in their hotel. Could not do enough to help you make the most of your time there and take a genuine interest in everyone as a person, not simply a paying guest.

Having stayed in some 5 star properties around the world, none have the service level you get at a personalised level you do here. The hotel is small but truly exceptional.

Close to some great restaurants and beautiful quiet beaches.

Would highly recommend you make this a go to hotel if you’re staying in Mykonos.

You couldn't find better hosts or a more beautiful property. Greeted with a rundown of the island which is super helpful, the beach is across the street, a bus stop to the town is in front of the hotel and there is a lovely restaurant and small market within walking distance. That being said, the owners and the very pleasant gentleman who served us breakfast daily are the best and truly want every guest to enjoy their stay. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Highly recommend!! The first night we arrived at 2 am due to transportation delay. The hotel manager Marios stayed up so late to greet us and patiently gave us tips on how to spend our short stay in Mykonos to get the best out of it. We are very thankful to all his kindness and professional services. The hotel is right beside the bus stop and close to the beautiful beaches on the south side. The room is clean and relatively spacious. The hotel has a small and neat pool with great view facing the ocean. The staff are all friendly and we enjoyed our stay throughout.

There is very little more that can be said about how wonderful this place is that has not already been mentioned in other reviews. The hotel and rooms are modern, well furnished, spacious and spotlessly clean. The owners (Marios and Marina) and their team clearly take great pride in the hotel and in providing a first-class experience to their guests.
Upon arrival Marina gave us a thorough overview of the island and the hotel, recommending beaches, eating places and things to do (and avoid). There is a lot to take-in, but she provided a map and notes. As Marios was born and grew up on Mykonos he knows many people and places and is full of recommendations and advice too so if you miss anything from Marina’s welcome overview he is delighted to help with recommendations, advice or arrangements during your stay.
The wider team at Lithos were also fantastic – Farhad at the pool bar was always helpful, happy and friendly and kept iced water topped up beside our sunbeds all day. The team who service the rooms daily also do a great job and were always very polite and friendly. Everyone seems proud of what they do and genuinely seem to want guests to have the best time. I have travelled pretty extensively and there are five-star hotels in big cities around the world that could learn a thing or two about hospitality from Marios, Marina and their team.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel owners went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the way we were treated by the owners of this beautiful hotel. Breakfast at the pool is an extra cost but I guarantee you the fresh breakfast is definitely worth it. The hotel is also right outside of a bus stop that brings you into the main town which made getting around much easier. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one traveling to Mykonos.

My friends and I loved everything about our stay at the Lithos Hotel. Spyros and Flora were such amazing host. They really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy.

The rooms were spacious. The breakfasts were large with a variety of items to choose from- Greek yogurt, bread, meat, cheese, fruit salad, fresh squeezed orange juice, etc. There were a few lunch options that were available; in case you wanted a snack. They had fresh sandwiches and tasty, fresh salad. It was nice that there was also a bar by the pool. The pool was refreshing and clean. The view was fantastic! Also, there is a bus stop into town conveniently located in front of the hotel. It was nice to be away from the action of Mykonos Town, but only a bus ride away. The beach that was located a short walk away (hilly, for those who have difficult time walking) was beautiful with chaise lounges available and 2 great restaurants. Not a crazy party beach, if that’s what you are looking for, which we were not.

I am a gold member but have yet to complete a review even though I have stayed in 100s of hotels over the years.

However, I have to do a review of Lithos as a massive thanks to Marios and Marina for their tireless efforts during our stay. Marina for a great check in and explaining useful information about the area such as bus and ferry timetable, beach club and restaurant locations and other helpful tips. Marios was always by the pool bar and able to offer a great service nearly 24/7 and nothing was too hard, and he was always available to provide any recommendations.

The hotel itself is also awesome - the rooms have a great view of the ocean, and the pool is nice. It is situated in Agi Ionnis which is a bit out of town, but given the bus stops right outside the hotel it really is great being away from Mykonos town.

Overall we could not recommend this property enough.

The property was immaculate, the staff was over the top. Marios was so informative about where to go, what to do. Upon arrival, he sat with us for an extended period of time to go over all there was on the island. Very helpful information with transportation, beaches, restaurants, and what to expect to pay without being overcharged for amenities on the island. In all my traveling, my husband and I have never experienced such a helpful and caring staff. Top notch hotel. There is no restaurant there, but not a problem. Many restaurants close by with great menus. This hotel is on the bus line, the bus to the main town stops right outside the door. No need for taxi's once you get there.

My goodness, what a first introduction to Greece! The owner Marios welcomed us to the hotel and promptly sat us down for a warm, hospitable, and illuminating 45-minute explanation about the island following our flight; where to go for great views, best restaurants and beaches, how to get around on the very-easy public bus system, and virtually everything else we needed as first-timers. Marios is exceptional, a true host; he even drove us to his most-recommended restaurant on our first night, where we were promptly ushered to a waterside table that he arranged. There we had extraordinary grilled octopus, the one dish that we were most looking forward to in Greece. We can't recommend Lithos and the entire helpful staff more highly, or give it enough five stars!
And oh, by the way, their included breakfast is over-the-top sumptuous and delicious!

I am a Marriott Platinum and while Marriott properties are consistently good, the Staff here make Lithos exceptional!! One of the best overall customer service experiences I have ever had. As someone who has traveled extensively, I dont need much help, but the entire team offered great suggestions and helped us make better plans to optimize our experiences. The view is amazing and the beach is just down the hill. The area is less tourist infested, so the evenings are pretty quiet except for the occasional car. If you are someone who needs a little help in planning your days or suggestions about which option is better, you will have one of the best stays of your life here.

Amazing experience at this property. Marios is the best host and makes you feel comfortable the minute you arrive. The property is spotless, clean and beautiful. All the workers are extremely nice and great people. The bus stop to Mykonos downtown is literally right out front (1.80 euro). I honestly cannot day enough good things about Marios and his property. We look forward to visiting again someday!

Fabulous apartments.Large rooms ,quiet , comfortable bed& 2 bathrooms .Marios , the owner, was extremely helpful in giving us information about all areas of Mykonos especially about where to eat & the beaches . We went to many of his recommendations & were very happy with them all . He also organized a hire car & transfer for us . Nothing was a problem.All the staff were friendly & extremely helpful. This was one of the very best experiences we've ever had staying in hotels. Mario has thought of every detail you would want in a hotel experience from creating a beautiful designed hotel, clean and modern, super location, nice breakfast, beautiful pool area, comfortable loungers and an amazing staff to put your experience at 10 out of 10. Mario gives you all the information you would ever need for your stay. To make the short trip into Mykonos town about 25 min away is a bus at your doorstep which runs every half hour. Or take the bus into Onos and take a water taxi to about 6 different beaches. Hop on/off water taxi additional cost but just one drop off is 20 euros for 2. All in all, excellent experience. If we ever go to Mykonos again, we are staying here and I am passing this gem onto friends and family. Special thanks Mario and Petco!

When I wasn't feeling well, Mario went around the entire island to find me soup and didn't even charge me. Lithos is the best hotel I have stayed in whilst holidaying in the Greek Islands. It is welcoming, extremely clean and you will be glad you booked. I won’t stay anywhere else in Mykonos. It’s a boutique style hotel and has everything you need. Marios the hotel owner is second to none. He made us feel welcome and was informative at check in without overload. His recommendations were great. Fantastic stay.

The moment u enter the welcome of the owner MrMarios and his lovely staff Petco and the others are amazing and so helpful.. u feel ur self home and the assistant they gave u.. the hotel location is perfect as inside the main city and in the same time its has its own distant of too much noisey.. the prices of food and drinks are so reasonable like in any normal shop not as other hotels.. the rooms and bedsheet r so clean and smell so nice.. the rate price of the room is so fine and deserve every penny u pay there.. i recomand this hotel and infact sometimes i would like to stay all day at hotel and bot going out.. simply amazing and looking forward fr next year to same hotel and meet the marios and the staffs coz as is they r family bow.. thx guys fr makeung my stay a wonderful relaxing holiday

We loved it...

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Marios is just the best host and all of the staff were wonderful. When we arrived he spent the time to explain things to do, where to go and getting around, which really helped us to properly enjoy the time that we were on the island. It's a really nice hotel, very clean and in a really good location. The bus stop is right outside so it's easy to get around. The breakfast was also lovely too. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others. All the other excellent reviews are completely justified. Thank you for a wonderful stay👍😊

Amazing hotel, Marios was the perfect host with plenty of suggestions of where to go and what to do during our very short stay of 2 nights. There was a bus stop at front door that you could catch into Mykonos town, which was great if you wanted to enjoy the hustle of the town yet come back to peace and tranquility. The room was spotless and a great size with plenty of space to move around and luggage. Also had a garage which was handy for when we hired a car, which of course Marios organised for us. Would definitely book again.

Marios and his staff couldn't have been nicer or accomodating. He went out of his way to check up and deliver toast to my daughter when she was ill. Everything was beautiful and relaxing. The view was amazing. There is a bus stop literally right outside the front door to take you into town.
I would highly recommend this hotel for your Mykonos vacation. Marios is the best!
