The room was spacious, beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly spoke perfect English and available whenever I called. The balcony was absolutely beautiful, looking at the Mediterranean Sea with its own hot tub. Comfortable seating, lounge, chairs, and table and chair chairs on the balcony. Though the balcony was not very private it was absolutely stunning.

The hotel was beautiful as you walk in the view is amazing. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming. Maria greeted us and was great. Themis at the pool side was awesome as well. We will definitely go back here.

Our stay at Mykonos Grand was incredible! The hotel is spotless, smells amazing, and has such a personal touch. Huge thanks to Maria for making our anniversary so special. Our room was a wow with beautiful terrace and sea view .The spa is gorgeous, the gym is great, and the beach area is perfect. Service and staff were truly impeccable—def great breakfast and food ! we can’t wait to come back!

Great Staff, Not quite a 10/10, More like an 8/10

We booked this hotel for two nights in Mykonos with my wife and son based on the 10/10 reviews that we read. We were coming from several nights in Santorini at a true luxury resort, so the bar was set high.

The staff were all extremely nice at the property, the pool and ocean beach were nice. We got a room on the third terrace (300 room), and it had a king bed, a twin bed, bathroom on the smaller side with two very small sinks, a toilet room and a shower room which had a nice steam shower. It also had a patio with an older hot tub as well. When going to bed were became concerned about two things. One, the walkway outside the room was quite noisy with people walking by and the windows and doors only had very light curtains. This ended up really hurting our first night sleep as people came back very late into the night and made a lot of noise getting back to their room (understandable in Mykonos, but unfortunate room position). Also, my family woke up at first light due to the light curtains.

In the morning my family and I, after a tough sleep, decided to depart after one night instead of two. I talked to the front desk and they were very nice and helpful, and brough in their manager who was also really nice. She pointed out that we should've used the outside shutters to make the room darker(hard to see).She also offered to move our room later that day to a different room. In the end, we decided to depart a day early w/ no refund and return back to Santorini :(

This was one of the most memorable vacations i’ve had truly due to the extreme genuine friendlyness of the staff. The resort itself is gorgeous and so well maintained. They will truly go up and beyond to ensure you have nothing less than a 5 star experience. There is a daily shuttle to take you into town beginning at 7 pm every hour until midnight that makes exploring Mykonos easy

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. The staff greeted us warmly—offering drinks, candy, and chocolates to our daughters—and personally introduced us to the resort’s amenities and activities. It wasn’t just us; every guest walking through those doors received the same exceptional welcome and service.

Our ocean-view room was breathtaking, complete with a beautiful balcony and luxurious outdoor furniture that let us enjoy the views of the hills, the sea, and the stunning pool area. The service throughout—from the lunch and dinner teams, to the breakfast staff, the pool and beach team, and even the beachside food delivery staff—was flawless. Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect.

A special highlight was the spa experience. My wife and I, along with our daughters, had massages two days in a row—and we all agreed they were the best massages we’ve ever had, and we’ve had many around the world. The spa team was outstanding !!

The most amazing hotel/resort I have ever stayed at. Fantastic service- everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. Two amazing pools and a great beach area. The rooms are pristine and extremely comfortable. Could not recommend more!!!

This property is amazing and definitely deserves a 5 star rating. All the staffs are extremely helpful and courteous. The house keeping staffs worked hard to keep our room clean and I think they cleaned our room 3 times a day including turn down services. They left special gifts on our nightstand every night. When we arrived, the hotel reception personnel gave us a welcome drink and walked thorough of the property. The restaurant staffs are very friendly and nice to serve us delicious breakfast. Will definitely love to return.

This is by far the best resort I have ever stayed in, and I’m an avid traveler who has been to several. My friend and I went for my birthday and I have to say - the reviews are true - the service is outstanding. Everyone here moves so quickly to accommodate you and make sure you are well taken care of, and don’t even get me started on the wide variety of amenities, the private beach, the food…the ocean view! We received complimentary champagne upon walking in and I got the sweetest handwritten note and bottle of wine (surprise) on my birthday! Bummer we meant to pack the bottle with us and never got to - but overall would definitely come back. Only thing I would say is that the prices for lunch and dinner are very expensive (but this is in Mykonos, that’s what you’d expect.) We also loved that it is far enough from the town to not hear the parties all night, but close enough to where you can get to town in 8-10 minutes by taxi/ car service the reception can call for you. If you’re visiting Mykonos I highly highly recommend this resort be top of your list it’s top rated for a reason!!

This is by far one of the best properties I visited. The staff is outstanding, very helpful with many good suggestions about the area, and they do all of these with a big smile. The rooms are great with beautiful view. The property is about 15 mins away from the shops and restaurants, but the hotel provides free hourly shuttles. The beach is also excellent, no need to visit the beach clubs in Mykonos. There is one restaurant at the property with excellent choices.

I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay at the Mykonos Grand

Another great stay at the Mykonos Grand. The hotel team continues to provide amazing service at a very high standard and with a great attitude. The property is very well maintained, rooms are very comfortable, pool, beach area are truly enjoyable, great service at the restaurants and spa, and the free round trip shuttle service to Mykonos town is a great perk as well. We stayed at 3 different hotels during our trip and this property is by far our favorite. The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. If I had a hotel, this is the kind of staff I would like to hire. The property itself was clean and the staff adhered to all safety measures, we felt very comfortable staying here. Direct access to the beach was also an added benefit and great for the days we wanted to just lay back and relax.

Your wish is their desire . It’s in a great location providing evening shuttles into Mykonos town. The rooms are spacious ( have elevators)
Beautiful big pool and private beach area!
Fine dining on site . Drinks are strong with extensive top shelf options and wine list Everything is clean and plenty of staff anywhere you turn. Never had a problem getting a spot at pool or beach. Can’t wait to return

We spent four nights at the Grand Mykonos for our honeymoon and it was by far the best start to the holiday and the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in! Being a 5* hotel you off course expect good service but the service you’ll receive here will by far exceed all your expectations as the staff really treat you as family. At the Mykonos Grand they really have thought about all the details that will make your stay memorable.

Setting is beautiful and peaceful, staff could not be more friendly and helpful and close to Mykonos Town (with bonus of a free nightly shuttle) without being too close. Would have liked more enforced restrictions for gym use during COVID.
