Service that does not match a five-star hotel. We even paid for an upgraded room, and one of the hotel employees downstairs was apparently sleeping and hanging laundry under the private pool we had in our room - really unpleasant.

This by far is the best property in Mykonos. The staff is amazing so helpful with anything you ask for literally anything. From the check in process they greet you with a glass of champagne and a warm welcome. They offer many things to do on the property or stay in your room with an iconic view from the pool on the balcony. TANIA was the best she helped with things for my room arranged pick up drop off for airport and any activity that I wanted. She even offered a bigger room but I was in love with the bed view directly to the ocean. Every day I seen different staff members and they are all very nice. This place deserves 12 out of 10

I like how attentive the staff were. Tonia, Takis, Sara, Stephanie and the driver Tao were A++. The scenery is beautiful and breathtaking. They only have two pools, they don't have their own beach, so you have to take a cab to a beach and pay, but overall my wife and I had a great time! Greece is a once in a lifetime type of trip. Lots of walking, cobble stones and stairs.

Would have loved this hotel if I actually got to stay at the hotel. It was very disappointing they moved my booking to another hotel and they didn't seem sorry at all. I had a group of 21 people come with me all the way to Greece for my anniversary and the night before they text to say there was a problem with my room. It ruined the entire trip; they didn't even honor transfers between the hotels they moved us to. It was very disappointing for a trip I planned over 8 months in advance.

4 of us stayed here for a girls trip and we had the best time! We stayed in a family suite comfortably. The resort and rooms were very clean, buffet breakfast was delicious and totally worth it, the restaurant was great as well. The staff was soooo lovely and made our stay enjoyable and special for a birthday! Location wise - I recommend having a driver because it’s of course not super close to much but that’s pretty common in Mykonos.

The hotel is wonderful and beautiful. The staff is very kind and attentive. The breakfast buffet each morning was wonderful. We appreciated the free pickup and drop off service they provided. My only complaint is the nearby hotel called Saint John's that played very loud music from around 8-9 pm to 1:00 am each night we stayed. It was very loud and we could not sleep until the music ended at 1 am. It's very unfortunate because the Amazon Mykonos Resort is so lovely and a wonderful place to stay with wonderful staff. But the loud outdoor music from the other resort next door was the only negative part of the stay which unfortunately is not the Amazon Mykonos Resort's fault.

We had a fantastic stay at Amazon Mykonos Resorts & Spa in Mykonos! The staff were amazing — super kind, attentive, and very detail-oriented. The team at the restaurant was especially great: always welcoming, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

The views from the hotel were beautiful, and we really appreciated the room upgrade offer for $150 cash. The upgraded room was spacious and included a lovely bathtub — a great value that made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing we’d suggest for improvement is heating the private pools. We visited in mid-April, and unfortunately, the water was far too cold to enjoy — even the main pool wasn’t heated. It was a bit of a shame because everything else was perfect, and that small detail would’ve completed the experience.

Overall, though, it’s a wonderful hotel with excellent service and beautiful surroundings. We’d happily come back — especially if the pools are heated next time!

This is one of those places that deserves its reviews. The young staff are all very nice and personable. I was treated very well and my room upgrade meant that I got to see the sunset off my balcony. I was there at the end of the season so it wasn’t very busy. This is both good and bad because it was quieter but all the good restaurants in Mykonos were closed. The resort is a little far from the main town and I wasn’t in the mood to drive much so I ate at the resort restaurant which is just ok. The breakfast, however, is very good. The location on the side of a hill overlooking the beach is amazing. The views are incredible and it’s nice and quiet. I highly recommend it.

Pros: New facility, great view from most rooms, restaurant was very nice and breakfast excellent. Staff mostly tried hard.
Cons: They claim this is a 5 star place so it shouldn't have:Terrible diesel fumes from a generator all over the place. A 5 star hotel doesn't have you sit and wait while a group of others that arrived on the same shuttle is checked in by one person and there is another person available. An oiled stained concrete drive leads to the rooms. Some extremely tacky interior design to the point of being embarassing. Expedia, I ended up paying for my \"free\" Platinum room upgrade and the place was mostly empty. A serious lack of 5 star servise at the spa, frankly rude. A 7:30 AM scheduled departure to the airport shouldn't mean 7:45 because another guest is running late. These are training issues that could be overlooked at if you'r not claiming 5 stars. A nice place but it generally lacks charm.
A long ways to go to be 5 Stars.

We enjoyed the check-in process and welcome to the hotel. The staff was very helpful with giving recommendations and helped with booking restaurant reservations. It’s also in a quieter area of Mykonos, which we appreciated. With that said, it isn’t walking distance to many places. However, the staff was very helpful with arranging transportation.

A couple things we noticed that can be improved:

1) the room cleaning: some towels that we used were not removed from the room the entire stay. This was very odd as they were obviously needing to be removed

2) no shower caps in the room when we entered, but the staff gave them upon request (and more than one)

3) there should be more sleeping pillows, rather than decorative pillows. There was only one sleeping pillow per person

4) the pools are not heated, so makes them less enticing to use

They gave my room to a different family and we ended up staying in 2 different room instead of one suit room. Which was disappointing. We booked 1 month in advance and paid in full to get a particular room for my family. The entire stay they didn’t gave us the room we booked , instead we had a room with no view. Not acceptable

My wife and I went on our honeymoon and stayed at this resort for 5 days for our stay in Greece. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing sea side view in a beautiful room. Great and wide rooms, with a variety of standards, amazing view of the bay, the best sunset location from every spot.
The amenities are great, enough to have you stay there for a long time.
The service is excellent by any means. Friendly, helpful and always kind and smily.
The location is a bit tricky if you don't have a car, but if you do, it's only 15-20 minutes ride from every important location in the island.
Had a great holiday in Amazon, i'm sure you will too.

There is NO private beach, there is NO welcome drinks and the housekeeper sat outside our room the entire trip in a small cubby. Imagine paying $800 per night and having someone sit outside your room until 7am-7pm EVERY SINGLE DAY I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless the rooms are $400 per night or less

Amazon Mykonos was a gorgeous hotel on a cliff side. My boyfriend and I absolutely loved the property and amenities- especially the massive infinity pool! The location is between mykonos town and the beach club beaches which made it easy to visit either (with vehicle) but away from the crowds. The staff at Amazon were all helpful and extremely attentive. We are already trying to plan a visit next summer again!

The hotel manager, Chronis and concierge were excellent, helpful and VERY responsive

The spa was small and did not offer much amenities or a 5 star experience but the masseuse, Angela, did a solid job with my massage.

The food was good but not fabulous. They provided complementary transportation to restaurants along the beach which was great as there are a few very nice restaurants a few minutes away.

There is no “beach” per say as there are rocks by the water.

We still had an amazing experience and would come back!
