Good breakfast, get used to stairs as the lift takes forever, if you want to turn on the aircon, just go to reception as they keep the remotes there! Perhaps move them to another building to make them less convenient? Book to get your room cleaned a week in advance as who would think that room service would do this without an advance request? A hotel seemingly designed to save money for the owners and inconvenience guests.

A very friendly hotel located within easy walking distance of the town centre while in a peaceful, leafy residential area. Breakfast was very varied and ample and they catered for all tastes.

Overall very nice hotel. I would recommend and will stay there again. The staff is friendly but seemed understaffed so they rarely answer the phone and you likely have to go down the reception to talk to them. Great breakfast buffet. If you are in the summer make sure your room has AC as it get really hot. They charge extra fee for AC.

Wish they could do something about it.

Mostly good things, but unfortunately the room did not have air-conditioning on a hot July night :'( so I opened the windows wide open to cope with the heat but still had a bad night sleep due to noise (music) coming out from a nearby nightclub or house party but to be fair I must say that I don't think is the hotel's fault and I guess little they could do about it, but really made the experience worse than it should.

Total waste of money.....

Considering the hotel in a developed country \"Germany\", I was not worried about the hotel. To my surprise when I reached hotel I was given single bad and I was able to get a Queen bed after lot of argument (I booked King size). Then there was no AC in my room and I was given a small table fan when I asked for AC (It was almost 28-30 C).
Being in developed country, we expect that Internet should be good. I had worst experience of my life when dealing with Internet. We get better Internet in India and Africa Hotels.

Coming to breakfast, there were not many options, specially for vegetarian. Even for boiled eggs, every morning I had to request and then they use to bring from kitchen.

One more thing to add, you will find spiders and insect easily in the room (sharing the photos i took in the room).

Shocked to have this bad experience in Best Western. I have stayed in Best Western hotel in other part of world but they are far better than what I faced here.....

Modern hotel in a beautiful setting

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting.
If the weather is nice i wouldn't stay anywhere else.
I had a suite which was too big if anything for one person but very reasonable for the price.
Excellent facilities, nice big modern tv and the staff were incredibly friendly.
Breakfast was very nice with a wide selection to choose from.
We ate lunch and dinner there and again the food was brilliant although not the cheapest.

Only downside i would mention is that i was there in June and the weather was very hot but the rooms don't have any aircon so did get very hot in the room.

The setting is amazing with plenty to do on the lake, highly recommend swimming in the lake from the slip way near the ferry.

We spent three nights. The bed was very comfortable .The room was clean but small. The bathroom had a bath and shower. There was a small balcony. No English breakfast tea just coffee in room and powdered milk was disappointing. Breakfast was ok but lacked variety.Also poor quality coffee on offer. Staff in general pleasant. Free Wi fi with ok signal . Pool small and water rather cool.lack of outdoor space. Bit of a walk to the shops.

You are welcomed with a fresh fruit bowl at reception. In the room a complimentary bottle of what awaits you and if you need to relax from your journey, the totally new swimming pool and sauna will help you relax.

Very clean room and hotel overall. Friendly staff and the food was delicious. I had a single room, but it didn't have A/C. That was my only problem with my room. I'm a little on the hot side so I need to have A/C, some people that's not a problem. Overall very good hotel, would definitely stay again.

Nice but bland hotel. Our room was small but had a balcony, although only one chair. More than one night and it would have been claustrophobic.
Parking (not free,despite suburban location) was very tight, maybe they were repaying half but finding a decent space was difficult.

Great hotel, really loved it!

We were very surprised at the very high level of standard in every aspect throughout the hotel.

Loved it so much that as we regularly have to fly and stay in Germany; we have decided to make the Best Western hotel our first choice of hotel (if available) from now on.

Tydligare att det är bara att köra in på området o betala sen vid utcheckning för parkeringen.
Bra utbud på frukosten, men vi o många andra förstod inte varför borden var dukade. Tydligen skulle man bestämma var man skulle sitta o ta ta kaffekoppen med sig till kaffemaskinen?’
Rummet var bra, dock lite varmt, bra att man kunde öppna överfönster.

Im Vorhinein baten wir um einen early Check in, hierfür sollten wir 10 Euro pro Stunde zahlen. Wir nahmen dies dennoch hin und baten ab 13h einchecken zu dürfen, um unsere Koffer abzustellen. Angekommen wusste an der Rezeption niemand davon, als der Empfang ins System geschaut hatte, stand der early Check in auch im System drin, das Zimmer war aber nicht wie besprochen fertig. Natürlich haben wir dann das ganze storniert, und mussten dann erst spät abends nach unserer Veranstaltung einchecken. Total ärgerlich und unnötig, hätte mir hierfür das Telefonat und die Umstände sparen können, geschweige davon, dass 10 Euro pro früherem Check in auch wenig Service orientiert sind. Angekommen im Zimmer herrschte eine Bullenhitze (Klima gibt es nicht),auf Anfrage gab es einen kleinen Tischventilator. Im Timer herrschte schlechte Luft, Fenster leider nur kippbar. Schlechte Luft herrscht auch im Wellness Bereich, ich vermute ein abwasserproblem im Haus. Generell ist das Hotel zwar sehr sauber, aber schon recht veraltet. Das Frühstück am Sonntag ist bis 10:30 beschränkt (vermutlich weil ab 11 der Mittagsbrunch losgeht). Dieser war vor über 10 Jahren fantastisch. Das Frühstück derweil sehr reduziert. Alles in allem, nur ok. Würde beim nächsten Mal 20 Euro drauflegen und heyligenstadt buchen

Hotel in gute Lage. Leider haben viele Zimmer keine Klimaanlage, was bei Innen- u. Außentemperaturen um die 30 Grad das Schlafen unmöglich macht.... Die Dusche in der Badewanne ist für älteren oder Menschen mit Behinderungen nicht geeignet! Wir hoffen auf Renovierung....

Schöne große Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, sogar mit genug Haken. Leider gab es kein Zimmer mit Dusche,
lediglich unattraktive Badewannen mit Duschmöglichkeit. Schlecht für ältere Gäste.
Frühstück war gut. Mehr Abwechslung wäre schön.

Oteli tercih etmemizin sebebi 4 yıldızlı olmasıydı. Ama o standartlarda değildi. Kaldığımız odada ağır bir halı kokusu vardı. Çift kişilik yatak küçük ve çok konforsuzdu. Yatak yastıkları çok rahatsızdı. Otelin en memnun kaldığımız kısmı kahvaltısıydı.
