I thought I paid for double as shown when I select the room I wants and it turns out to be a single bed. I’m very disappointed about not enough details shown before making payment. It was not showing single bed request after. Which I didn’t notice after payment. I got to see this at the hotel. I’m very disappointed with details not adequate enough on Expedia website. Thank you.

From arrival at the hotel the staff service was first class. We arrived late in the day and asked about dinner. Again no problem. Staff in the bar and dining room were friendly, efficient and nothing was any trouble.

A warm welcome, a room with a comfortable bed and good wifi - the basics. The pub/restaurant offered a good selection of dishes and beer. Outsude teh centre of Oldeburg and close to the motorway there was a locla shopping are aand locla pubs where you can chat with the locals

I think that the restaurant and bar should be open on Sunday evenings, the hotel should provide a full service for its guests and they should not have to leave the premises and go to find a restaurant for their dining requirements. The free wi fi at this hotel is of a poor standard.

Nice hotel

It is a nice hotel to make a stop over when travelling. It was nice and peaceful at night. I would have loved to have used the pool, but forgot the costume. Parking was good and free. Breakfast nice. We had dinner in the garden which was ok. All in all a success.

I stayed at the Best Western Heide for over a week and was very satisfied with the hotel. The breakfast is excellent, the staff friendly and helpful, and the room clean and comfortable (although basic). Location was also very convenient and it is 20-25 minutes walking distance to the university or city center, and to the city center there is also a bus nearby. Was very satisfied with my stay.

Det er anden gang vi benytter hotellet som er rent og pænt og i god standard. Man føler sig velkommen fra første øjeblik man træder ind i receptionen.

Morgenmaden ligger denne gang under den standard jeg normalt plejer at få i Tyskland. Jeg springer morgenmaden over næste gang. Med mindre kvaliteten af brødet bliver bedre og de holder op med at koge de blødkogte æg i en 1/2 time. 😊

Det er ærgerligt for jeg kan kun anbefale hotellet det er godt.

Near centrum in Oldenburg. Oldenburg is definetly worth a visit.
Hotel staff was super service minded and nice. Big plus for 'genuine German' food at restaurant!
Restaurant staff was extremely dedicated and proffesional.
Rooms are bigger than average and parking is cheap at hotels 'Tiefgarage'

Even though, we changed the trip, only friendly staff was there and tried to make our day.

Highly reccommended, for genuine experience in Germany's hospitality.

Very reasonable prices. Both rooms and food

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut! Leider haben wir die diversen Schilder bzgl. Zimmerreinigung überlesen! Wäre sinnvoll wenn beim Check In diese Option erwähnt wird damit man wenn eine Rückkehr ins Zimmer am späten Abend erfolgt nicht überrascht ist, dass kein Zimmer/ Handtuch Service erfolgte!!

Leider war die Dusche veraltet und der Duschkopf war sehr wackelig, sodass der Duschkopf mehrmals runtergefallen gefallen ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer / Appartement war geräumig, allerdings sehr hellhörig (Straßenlärm) und nicht einwandfrei sauber (vor allem im Badezimmer hätte besser gereinigt werden müssen).

Die Küchenzeile war in sehr schlechtem Zustand und ebenfalls nicht sauber.

Der TV hat außerdem nur sehr eingeschränkt funktioniert.

Das Frühstück hat mir gut gefallen. Große Auswahl und viele leckere, frische Backwaren, bestimmt aus einer sehr guten Bäckerei.

Leider hat mich beim Checkout niemand gefragt, ob es mir gefallen hat und ob ich zufrieden war. Das empfinde ich als schlechten Service.

Bei der Ankunft wurde ich extrem nett empfangen, selten habe ich eine Angestellte mit soviel Kommunikationstalent erlebt, die in der Lage war den Gast gleich mitzunehmen und ihm ein Gefühl von Wertschätzung und Verbundenheit zu übermitteln.

Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage, sonst wäre es ein perfekter Aufenthalt gewesen.

Wir waren geschäftlich unterwegs und die Zimmer waren sehr großzügig geschnitten, ruhig und sauber. Bequeme Betten taten das Ihrige für eine gute Nachtruhe. Das Personal, besonders beim Check In, war super freundlich und kompetent. Die Möbel sind zwar älter aber trotzdem super in Schuss und alles hat gepasst. Beim gestrigen Check-In wurde mir im Hotel offeriert, dass ich Gebühren für ZWEI Frühstücke zu zahlen hätte, obwohl beim Buchungsvorgang von einem Assistenten betreut worden war, dem bekannt gewesen ist, dass ich als EINZELGAST nach Oldenburg reise. Zentrales Hotel mit 90s Charme

Habe sehr kurzfristig gebucht, hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Anpassung an die akt COVID Situation sehr gut, Frühstück auch top.

Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem zum wohlfühlen! Sauber und ordentlich. Würde wieder buchen!

Ordentliches Hotel mit angenehmen Betten & Service

Das Hotel ist für 1-2 Nächte völlig ausreichend, es ist ruhig, hat angenehme Betten, ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet und Sauna/Pool.

Der Sevice war durchgehend sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Das Hotel ist nicht mehr das jüngste und könnte mal ein Update gebrauchen, was nicht heißen soll das der jetzige Zustand nicht vernünftig gepflegt ist.

Wir werden sicherlich hier in Zukunft die ein oder andere Nacht schlafen.

Hotel und Zimmer top-Zustand. Schwimmbad ist echte Bereicherung. Hatten zum Frühstück 2 Gäste eingeladen, was problemlos möglich war. Beim Frühstück könnten Rührei und Speck öfters nachgelegt werden. In dem Punkt war der Service etwas unaufmerksam. Sonst alles bestens.

Wenn im Frühstücksraum viel Betrieb war, hat es sehr lange gedauert, bis das Personal die verlassenen Tische hergerichtet hat, damit neue Gäste Platz haben. Krümel lagen dann teilweise immer noch dort. Ich musste lange auf einen frischen Tisch warten, da alle verlassenen Tische noch dreckig waren... auch das Nachfüllen von heißem Wasser, Obstsalat hat meiner Meinung nach zu lange gedauert. Schade!

IMMER WIEDER!!!!!!

Immer wieder würde ich hier übernachten! Vor allem der Service ist super! Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und sorgen für einen unbesorgten Aufenthalt. Es wird einem immer wieder alles so angenehm wie möglich gemacht, selbst eine Wärmflasche gibt es wenn es einem kalt ist.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich bombastisch und die Speisen im Restaurant immer super lecker. Ich habe bestimmt schon mehr als 10Mal hier übernachtet und würde es jedem empfehlen der nach Oldenburg kommt!
