We stayed in a deluxe double which had a view out over the garden and on to the lake. The room was clean and tidy but there are no tra or coffee making facilities in the room. Instead there are some 'refreshment stations' placed in the corridor which work on an honesty system. Whatever you take you keep a note of and then declare it at checkout (I think). We didn't use it but some other guests did, at about 1 in the morning, and made a great deal of noise - not ideal. However, not the fault of the hotel really, but just worth being aware of. There is a big car park opposite the hotel, so parking is easy. Breakfast was good, although we did have to hunt for bowls or plates which were not placed close to where you might need them. The terrace and garden are lovely to walk around and it is only a short walk through the garden to the lake.

Unexpected pleasant surprise in German countryside
Actually hadn't planned on staying here but needed an overnight spot since I was driving from Copenhagen to Amsterdam and there was absolutely nothing in the closest major city of Bremen. But what a pleasant surprise! Lovely hotel, newly refurbished as was my room. Super comfortable bed with lovely linens as the Germans do, super clean and quiet. Wonderful spread at breakfast with everything you could imagine all fresh. And since we rolled in late at night and everything was closed they threw together a little salad and snack for us so we didn't go to bed hungry. It's those little touches that make hotels like this stand out. It was situated on a lake and looked like a lovely area, wish I didn't have to leave first thing in the morning and could have enjoyed all it had to offer.

The hotel is in a lovely position by a lake. It has a good restaurant that stays open until 10pm so is good for late arrivals.
The hotel is very clean and the staff are excellent. We had our old dog with us and the room was prepared with dog bowls , some treats and blankets.

The location by the lake is truly beautiful and creates a wonderful atmosphere. However, for a 4-star hotel I found the services a bit lacking, and the rooms could benefit from some updates. Overall, the value for money was not quite satisfactory.

Der renovierte Bereich macht einen sehr tollen Eindruck. Im nicht renovierten Bereich sieht man das Alter des Hotels. Auch die Sauberkeit in diesem Bereich ist verbesserungswuerdig .
Somit hat das Hotel wahrscheinlich zwei sehr unterschiedlich zu bewertende Bereiche .

Das Hotel war sehr geräumig. Wir hatten ein riesiges Zimmer. Alles war sehr schön eingerichtet. Fast königlich.
Das einzige was ich wohl sehr schlimm fand, war Schimmel im Badezimmer. Ich habe es selber versucht einigermaßen zu beseitigen.

Rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein ausgesprochen schönes maritimes Hotel. Die Kopfkissen waren so angenehm, dass wir mit Rabatt direkt welche gekauft haben. Sehr leckeres Frühstück, hat nichts gefehlt. Sauna, Massagen, Wellness vorhanden. Werden wir das nächste Mal ausprobieren. Hatten nur 2 Übernachtungen.

Wohlfühl Wochenende
Ich war vom 28.06 - 30.06 mit einer Freundin im Hotel. Wir haben eine Suite bewohnt, die sehr Modern und geräumig war. Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat, war der Zustand der Möbel auf den Balkon. Sie waren ausgeblichen und Sitzkissen haben gefehlt. Balkonkasten und Dachrinnen waren voller Laub , was sofort bei dem Zugang zum Balkon sichtbar war. Aber das ist nur eine kleine Kritik, eher ein Denkanstoß. Das ganze Hotel hat eine sehr schicke moderne aufeinander abgestimmte Einrichtung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nett, aber einige Angestellte hat Schwierigkeiten deutsch zu verstehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Kurzum wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden es weiterempfehlen und auch bestimmt wieder buchen. Auch die Lage des Hotelsst sehr gut gelegen eifach super zum abschalten. Und nicht zu vergessen der Spa Bereich.

Bei der Buchung wurden die Reinigungsintervalle nicht erwähnt. Bei der Ankunft stellten wir per Aushang im Aufzug fest, dass die Reinigungsintervalle vom Hotel auf alle 3 Tage festgelegt wurde. Auf ausdrückliche Nachfrage bekamen wir aber täglich einen \"schnellen\" Zimmerreinigungsservice.

Das 3 Gänge Menü am Abend war seh lecker und auch zum Satt werden.

Gute Lage, nettes Ambiente
Ein etwas früherer Check-In hat trotz vorherigen Anruf nicht geklappt, wir mussten 2,5 Std. auf das Zimmer warten! Um 15 Uhr war dann der Mittagsschlaf der Kleinkinder hinfällig. Es gibt neue und auch alte Junior Suiten. Die neu renovierten sind richtig schick, dafür ohne Balkon. Essen im Restaurant und auch das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Die Preise im Restaurant sind gehoben. Der Saunen-Bereich hat noch geschlossen. Man wünsche sich noch etwas mehr Familienfreundlichkeit. Ansonsten schickes Hotel in guter Lage.

Teilweise unfreundliches Personal bei der Rezeption, dann aber auch wieder nettes Personal beim Frühstück. Alte Zimmer bzgl. der Standardzimmer mit altem etwas verdreckten Teppich. Dusche teilweise kaputt. Die Standardzimmer werden zwar auf der Seite mit Fotos dargestellt, allerdings sind die Bilder bearbeitet, so dass diese akzeptabel aussehen.

Ein wunderbar gelegenes Hotel. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Deluxe Doppelzimmer mit großen Balkon und tollen Blick auf den See. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr ruhig. Wir hatten Glück, es gab wieder ein Frühstücksbuffet. Mein absolutes Highlight des Buffets: die selbstzubackenden Waffeln😊

Relativ neues Hotel direkt am See. Sehr stimmiges Ambiente in und um das Hotel. Sehr schöner Außenbereich mit Terrasse und Wiese zum Wasser. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit vielen frischen Produkten. Sehr freundlicher Service.Für eine längeren Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet. Sehr positiv ist für Raucher das extra Zimmer beim Restauranteingang in der kalten Jahreszeit.
