Very clean rooms and lots of space! I did request a crib in advance but it was not in the room when I checked in. They tried to make me wait until the next day to have it set up, which is weird because my baby would have had nowhere to sleep and the beds are very tall. However one of the front desk staff was kind enough to build it for me that night.
The breakfast was very delicious, although some of the staff in the kitchen were rude.
Overall I would stay here again, due to great location and right next to the beach. Parking is paid but very cheap.

Nice room, very clean with a great view of the sea. Pool was small but pleasant. The beautiful beach is just a few steps away but if you want to swim take beach shoes as at anything other than high tide there is lots of sharp coral to walk over. Easy parking available (at a small additional cost).

I did notice that the king rooms looked as though they had recently been remodeled, so possibly the lower floor double rooms are next in line. Pool was nice and clean but cold in April. I am sure it's a more swimmable temp in the summer.

This was a great hotel!! Perfect views from our balcony, great private beach & pool. You can see both sunrise and sunset from the balcony & beach here!! The hotel breakfast buffet and pizza lunch were wonderful with a nice view. There is a great sandwich/coffee shop and quaint little Okinawan restaurant within walking distance. I will be back to this place!!

Overall a very pleasant stay. The rooms are slightly old-fashioned but clean and very spacious, and the beach view from the balcony is beautiful. Breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of both Japanese and Western dishes. One area for improvement would be the addition of 'Do Not Disturb' signs, as not all guests require daily cleaning service. Also the washing machines require booking in advance, even though they were mostly available, which does help with not having to queue but was a bit inconvenient. A better solution would be to implement the booking system only during busy periods. The staff were very friendly and polite

The beach is lovely in high tide (3 hour window or so) when one can swim around the lagoon - quiet, private and peaceful. Food is simple and good, good aircon, comfortable large bed, convenient parking, good wifi, for a small daily fee.

Staff were very helpful and the on site parking made it nice and easy. Great location too - easy to get to from Naha and not too far away from being able to drive to more attractions in the northern part of Okinawa.

Stayed 3 nights here, the daily breakfast is delicious! Love their breakfast toast and we tried one night of dinner which was good as well. Need to reserve the washing machine which is a great idea. Although room is quite dated, cleaning was top notch and would highly this hotel if you are around Onna.

This hotel and staff were excellent. They were helpful and friendly. My only advice is that you rent a car if you plan to do anything but stay in the hotel and eat at the hotel restaurant or the diner across the street. The hotel is several kilometers from the nearest convenience store and area with lots of shops or restaurants. The facility itself is great, though! We stayed there for 5 nights and really enjoyed it.

The hotel is right beside the beach, and the view is really great. The room is also clean. It's a bit far from city center, no shop or mall nearby, but I think it's fine if you go around by car. It's an excellent place if you come here for vacation.

The Best Western is just fine. I wish it had a pool since the tide flows in and out and it is not the greatest swimming beach. Some of the other resorts have big swimming beaches. The hotel is fine for the price. Great view and balcony. Water pressure, beds, pillows, cleanliness is top notch. Breakfast is just fine. Same thing everyday. But good. Don't expect the staff to speak fluent English. I don't really think they should since you are in Japan. Some nice restaurant around. The Joyfull across the street is good food and Very Reasonable for Japan. A beer is $340. Dinner is about $7.50. Salad $3.50. Good value.

The hotel itself is nice, with a beautiful beach in front. But there was no decent wifi in the rooms, and my computer doesn't take a lan. Nobody really spoke much English, or Spanish, or Chinese for that matter. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly nice, but I told them we don't eat meat and they brought out steak and other meats, which was just weird.

Once we got there, we realized there wasn't much to do nearby. The weather wasn't very good and there was a lot of wind, so nobody was surfing, snorkeling, diving, SUPing, or doing much of anything. That's not the hotel's fault, but it wasn't what we were looking for. So we caught the shuttle and headed back down to Naha.

ホテル周辺は静かでとても良いが、ホテルの壁と床が薄すぎて、宿泊者の物音がうるさかった。うるさすぎてスタッフの方に伝えるとすぐひ2階から3階に部屋を変えるという対応をしてもらった。3階に変更後は物音はそこまで気にならなかった。ここまで物音が聞こえるホテルは初めてでビックリした。
