Great breakfast and dinner options as there are several restaurants.
There was ample laundry facility on each floor and the beach was kept clean and organised. There were many water activities too.
The animals were well taken care off.

Nicest facilities! Very clean and the breakfast was superb! Loved the fruit sandwiches the most and just simply amazing!! The birds in the entrance did make me sad. I wish they were able to fly in an enclosure.

Great room, it was large and comfortable. We had a beautiful balcony and ocean view. The resort was clean with plenty to do. We enjoyed dining options, walking around seeing the animals/sea animals on property. It was like their own little aquarium. They had a dolphin encounter, I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy it, I just ran out of time. We used the laundry facilities, convenient and easy to use. Food: We ate at the buffet and the BBQ restaurant. I am a vegetarian and my husband a carnivore, (funny I know) As a vegetarian, it was challenging to eat, but to be fair, all of Japan is difficult to eat as a vegetarian. Most food has some form of meat in it. My husband enjoyed the food here, particularly the BBQ. The beach was rocky, definately need water shoes. They have both an indoor pool and outdoor pool. We did not use the indoor one, it seem mostly for kids. Outdoor pool was confortable and clean.

Overall bad experience, three-star hotel at most. The hotel is old, facilities not quite clean. Our pillows have a dirty feet smell, very unpleasant. Even after we asked them to change the pillows, the next day, there is another dirty feet smell pillow!!! Food is not good either. The only ok restaurant is the Four Season one and the Japanese restaurant. But not all restaurants open all the time. Staff is not as friendly to foreigners as to Japanese . Limited English speaking staff

This stay was the first time since the property has undergone renovations. The quality and decor are still great. The activities and amenities are amongst some of the best out of the resorts in Okinawa. While the food offered is good; the period when the resort offered their Golden Buffet, is hands down better then what is currently offered.

This place is heavily family oriented. The facilities are thought to help entertain children. There are plenty of activities that are available for kids, but they’re not free. There seems to be nice restaurants but due to the COVID-19 issue, we couldn’t use them so no opinions can be given.

Inconsistent housekeeping - changed towels but did not make the bed, wash used mugs and replenish bottled water
Breakfast buffets at 2 of the restaurants did not accept reservations - the walk-in waiting time was as long as 45 minutes
Dolphin activities for kids fully booked - limited slots/classes?
Not foreigner friendly - the staff spoke limited English, so it was frustrating to get queries even partially answered
The hotel seemed to be running at full capacity so it was super crowded. While my room was clean, specious and offered a good ocean view, and the hotel's facilities were good, the waiting time for meals, limited English and fully booked classes left much to be desired. Perhaps I went at the wrong time, so my experience was not as good as what the others reviewed. For comparison, I went to ANA InterContinental Manza Beach Resort for a lunch and did not have to wait for a table. All the staff I spoke to were able to converse in fluent English. This could be a better choice for foreigners.

Overall, it was a good stay but the last full day was disappointing as our room was not cleaned till almost 4pm as we had to ask them to please clean our room. We couldn't go back to our room till really late which was NOT good.

It was really an amazing experience to swim with those lovely dolphins, I actually had a very good vacation there even though there was a typhoon 24 hit on 29 September but what's the problem is I haven't yet got the formal receipt for the dates I stayed at the hotel till now no matter I tried to make a few long distance phone calls to the hotel staff for just a receipt, staff seemed couldn't speak English well and didn't understand, not sure if it can help to solve that problem here. Hotel was short of electricity supply, for the typhoon bad weather hit Okinawa, during the moment I did the checkout on 30 September, 2018 so I was not able to get back the receipt which I should have got at the checkout time s.

Dinner is overrated and overpriced. They only serve two bottles of water on the first day, afterwards you pay. Hotel is old and rooms have not been upgraded for years. Service however is very obliging. Kids friendly and not necessarily to recommend for a couple’s get-away. Parking for free.

average stay, not a top choice

Hotel staff is friendly, it has variety of facilities and activities. Good location half way from Naha and aquarium. Hotel overall seems old, but has everything you need. Good ocean views and generally clean and fast check in and check out.

A few points to improve:

- one day the room cleaning wasn't there until 8pm
- valet parking is good but takes like 30 mins since the car park is located not directly with the hotel and they need to group a bunch of drivers together before going.
- breakfast was not good at all, cheap taste and cold food, plus a 30mins wait for all restaurants doesn't help at all. It should not have such long wait.

Overall it's not a bad hotel but not a top choice or anything luxurious to consider, everything seems old and a bit slow.

Overall was great experience at the resort. Their bed is so comfy. So many activities to join at the resort. One down point is the long waiting time at the buffet restaurant especially during lunch. Oh well, the lunch comes with complimentary.

- Great location as you are in Onna but 10 mins from Cape Maeda - so beautiful
- A little weird for a solo getaway as its mostly family resort.
- Chose this because it was only hotel on hotels.com that had an onsen.
- Make sure if you choose to stay here to stay three nights - then you get complimentary club membership which includes free breakfast and free lunch, onsen access and a free recreational activity (I went snorkeling). Made the trip much more affordable and therefore enjoyable for me.
- Okinawa is hard to get around without a car and taxis are pretty expensive. Would definitely recommend a care for anyone coming here.

Good hotel with decent breakfast. Not the usual Renaisssance standard. Rooms are spacious but a little dated. The parking lot is hard to find at night and the parking spaces are limited. The resort have a beach and some activities, but the church of site is off limited. Good for families with children as they have a lot of activities for kids.

the hotel was very strict despite the high price tag. If you have tattoos they will give you the run around and ask you to cover yourself at the pool, which is insane for 2016 for a paying international customer who is trying to SWIM. There's no hot tub and the place is geared towards kids. The view was great but they keep a bunch of dolphins in a tiny pool so the visitors can touch them and interact with them. They have no poolside bar that stays open after 4 and you can't go in the hotel after swimming without changing. The 4 seasons restaurant treated us very well though.

Great hotel with many marine activities

Nice hotel with great x'mas decoration around the hotel. Restaurants food was nice and suitable for young kids. Room a bit old but with good condition. Love their marine activities, especially the dolphins programs which our son enjoyed a lot. Just a bit disappointed as the weather is not suitable for the glass bottom boat and dragon boat ride. Will come back again.

Great Place to get Away

I stopped by the Renaissance completely on accident as I was on the island for business. But I was very pleasantly suprised. The resort has all the possible ammenities you could hope for. The resaurants are delicious, the rooms are spacious with nice views of the ocean and the hotel activities like playing with their dolphins and kayaking looked like a lot of fun for a family! The only problem is that it is a little removed from any other restaurants or things to do. Very nice hotel, very good service and I enjoyed my stay very much.

Nice room and view

We had a great time at this resort. The room was spacious with a small balcony where you can look out to the clean blue ocean. Good choice of restaurants. We had buffet dinner and enjoyed the drum dancing show. They have a private beach with all sorts of water sports and we took a sunset walk on the shore. If you have kids you may also want to buy some fireworks at the dolphin shop and play at the beach.

Worst Renaissance Group Resort

I think this Renaissance Resort is one of the worst one i ever stay, room condition is old and not clean as expected, found a used contact lens on the corner of the toilet table, carpet is not clean and the public area such as elevator come with a bad smell. overall this is not meeting a 4 star hotel in the island.

Over all SAT. However, could be better breakfast selection.. didn't honor Marriot Gold member. They honor SAVVY club more then Marriot member. Valet parking wasn't all that. First day I had to waited about 10 minutes then walk to get my rental car, I was sweet. And every morning I had to across main road to get my rental car..

Many facilities for family especially with kids. In door pool with warm and slide. outdoor program playing with dophine. We also burnt firework on the hotel's breach.
Room is clean and comfortable. Conventient location with many sightseeings spot within an hour. Kids said should come again in summer time.

The room was really clean. But I did expect more from the resort in terms of the facilities. The weather was unfortunately bad while I was there. So we had to stay indoors. But there is no indoor activity at all. There is a tiny indoor pool and you can’t fit all the hotel guest in there so that wasn’t an option. The staff is friendly but it was really difficult communicating with them because they couldn’t speak English and they use translate apps to translate. I understand that in a foreign country I can’t expect people to speak English. But it’s a nice resort which you pay a lot of money for and you have tourists coming from all sorts of places around the world and it would be nice to at least have some speak English.

子連れ（6,4歳）にはありがたいスタンプラリーやお仕事体験、浅いプールなど満足感高い滞在ができました。食事は大人も子供も満足できる内容です。部屋の水まわりに老朽化を感じたので、宿泊代とのバランスを考えると改善してほしいと思う。

早餐非常普通。預訂兩個twin 的床型。卻給我三張單人床。房間靠馬路，一直聽到摩特車飆車的聲音。房間隔壁是洗衣間。一直聽到運轉的聲音。隔音不是很好。小孩能玩的活動不少。兩天玩的差不多。和海豚一起游泳只有5分鐘不到。有沒有這個價值見仁見智。

일본인이 대부분인 숙박시설이며 영어가 능통한 직원 거의 없음. 한국어 가능한 직원 전무. 소통의 문제로 인해 쓸데없이 기다리는 시간이 길어지고 일본인들에 비해 부족한 서비스를 받는다고 여러차례 느낌. 일본인들과 외국인은 숙박비를 달리 받아야할 듯. 호텔에서 진행하는 액티비티 프로그램도 일본어로만 진행
초등학생 이상의 아이들에게는 성인과 동일한 비용을 받음에도 이런 아이들이 즐길만한 시설과 프로그램 매우 부족. 초등학생 이상 아이 동반 매우매우 비추함.
비싼 금액에 비해 주차 시설도 열악하며 식당 만족도도 떨어짐.
최근 리모델링하여 룸은 깨끗하지만 전반적으로 가격대비 비추!!

過去にも利用した事があり、素晴らしいホテルなのは承知していましたが今回も改めてその良さを実感しました。特に山田温泉は最高です。改善して欲しいことを強いてあげるとすれば駐車場ですね。最寄りの第一駐車場は狭くて駐車台数も限られています。第二、第三は国道を渡った先にあるので、真夏だとそこまでたどり着くには少々辛いです。沖縄の他所のリゾートホテルも同じような状況ですので仕方ないとは思いますが、もう少し便利になるとありがたいですね。

施設内にプールも海もあり5才の息子は大興奮でした。
室内と野外両方にプールがありました。
小さな滑り台もあったりと楽しめます！
イルカやウミガメと触れ合えたり、5才の子供でも出来るマリンスポーツもあり息子は初めて体験し楽しんでいました。
子供を対象にスタッフの方とじゃんけんをして集めるスタンプラリーでおもちゃやぬいぐるみがもらえるイベントもありホテル内で完結してしまうほど楽しい時間になりました。
ご飯もとても美味しくてホテル内もお部屋も清潔感があり
毎年沖縄に行ってますが、今までで1番オススメできるホテルです。
また利用したいと思います！

房間老舊, 但酒店設施友好

我們在沖繩萬麗渡假村住了三天，整體體驗喜憂參半。首先，酒店的位置和外觀都相當不錯，給人一種度假的氛圍。前台接待的服務態度很好，能夠用流利的英語溝通，讓我們感到賓至如歸。然而，其他服務人員的英語水平普遍較差，這在國際化的度假村中略顯不足。

令人失望的是房間狀況。我們入住的房間面積偏小，遠不及預期。最讓人不滿的是洗手間的狀況，明顯老舊且需要翻新。床鋪也不盡如人意，床單上有些許灰色污漬，讓人感覺不太衛生。

我們此行攜帶幼兒，提前通知了酒店需要相應安排。然而，到達後發現房間只有單人床，且沒有提供床圍。當晚我們要求更換雙人床房間，但遭到拒絕，酒店只是額外提供了幾個枕頭作為補償。考慮到我們支付的房價，這樣的服務和設施實在難以令人滿意。
不過，酒店的其他設施倒是相當不錯。對家庭和兒童都很友善。
總的來說，沖繩萬麗渡假村的硬件設施和整體環境還是不錯的，但房間品質和部分服務人員的專業度有待提高。

커플여행보다는 아이가 있는 가족여행으로 추천합니다. 직원들이 모두 친절하고 직원모두 영어능통자들이라 의사소통 수월하였습니다. 돌핀프로그램 만족하나 돌고래가 조금 가여워보였습니다. 호텔에 편의점과 atm기기는 없습니다. 조식은 다양하게 일식 ,양식 으로 적절하게 조화를 이루고 맛있습니다. 아이들은 위한 조식메뉴가 마련되어있어 편하게 이용하였습니다. 생과일착즙기가 있어 아이들이 즐깁니다. 룸 컨디션은 베드는 청결하나 화장실 변기가 건식 분리되어있지 않고 욕조와 같이 있어 조금 불편하였고 욕조가 노후화로 청결하지는 않았습니다.
모든시설에 한국어안내는 없으므로 영어를 참고하시면 될것같습니다. 실내수영장을 이용할수 있어 아이가 좋아했으며 미끄럼틀을 재밌게 놀았습니다. 실내수영장 샤워실내부가 청결하지 못하고 모래가 많이 있어 시설 관리가 미흡니다.
숙박료에 비해 청결상태가 많이 아쉬었습니다.
로비와 엘리베이터만 깨끗합니다 로비앵무새 아이들이 좋아합니다.
공용세탁기와 건조기를 이용할수 있어 좋았습니다.
주차는 지상으로 대로변 반대편에 해야되니 불편합니다.

ベル、受付、アクティビティ、レストラン、全てのスタッフの対応が最悪です。
遅い上に待たせてることを悪いと思っていない、必要最低限の説明も無い、パンプに記載の内線に電話をかけても担当じゃ無いとの回答…。
二度と泊まりません。

다만 에어컨에서 냄새가 나서 이 부분은 조금 힘들었습니다.

とにかくスタッフ皆さんが素晴らしいホスピタリティ！3歳と1歳を連れて行きましたが3日間ずっとホテル内で過ごしてしまうくらい満喫できました。無料のアクティビティや子供用グッズも沢山あり、子連れにはパーフェクトなホテルです。

朝食が何箇所かある所を1日に何回でも利用していいので、おすすめに書いてあったまず和食のお店で和定食を食べて次に和洋ビュッフェのお店でフルーツ焼きたてパンコーヒーを食べて満喫した。オレンジを自分で絞ってジュースにするのは美味しかったし楽しかった。イルカが可愛かった。

子供連れとして最高のホテルです。クラブサビーの場合はいろんなアクティビティを安く楽しめることとイルカさんと近距離にふれあえておすすめです。
一つだけ不満と言えば、日本料理の彩のランチ待ち時間が長すぎます。11：50から並んで12:01の入店でしたが、ご飯を食べられたのは13:30ごろでした。こんなに待たせているのにご飯が本当に少ないです。結局1階のブッフェに行ってもう一度食べました。
ランチの準備時間はなんとか見直していただければもっと良いです。

スタッフの皆さんどの方もとても親切で明るく丁寧でとても楽しい5日間になりました。今回もサビーカードが利用出来たので、無料でバナナボートが利用出来たり、朝食昼食もついており、温泉も入れたのがとても良かったです。
改善点であれば、お部屋とロビーのみのWi-Fiでは、なくてレストランや、ビーチ、プール、ジムなどにもWi-Fiが飛んでいるととても有難いなと思いました。
そのほかに関しては、全て満点でした！

部屋や施設の清掃がよく行き届いており、大変快適に過ごせました。
一人娘の小学校最後の冬休みに、家族水入らずのかけがえのない思い出を残すことができました。また利用させていただきます。

チェックインの際、一度に多数のチェックインがあったせいか、チェックイン予定時刻を過ぎてしばらく待つこととなってしまった。チェックイン手続き、荷物の預かり、部屋への案内（呼び出し）など、スタッフの方々の連携や仕組みを作ることによって改善できそうな気がしました。
