Wonderful and helpful staffs made our Okinawa vacation special. Restaurant Orange provided gluten free meals for us! Breakfast buffet also has many gluten free options and they were delicious!!! Our room was in Anex which has its own washing machine.
Thank you!! Room was clean and large, I loved the balcony sipping morning coffee.

Except one of the staff at the reception assumed asian (myself) should speak Mandarin, cos he only knows Japanese and Mandarin, but very little English. My husband is from England and the staff insisted to speak to me in Mandarin. I guess as a paid customer we will have to do what's convenient for the staff not the other way round right?

I hold a hk passport doesn't mean I HAVE to speak Mandarin or know this language. Never Assume, we speak Cantonese in HK.

Pros: rooms are great (we stayed in the condo) - huge apartment, washing machine, small equipped kitchen. No complaints about the room at all!
Lunch options: decent takeaway at the deli! Reasonably priced and tasty!
Cons:
- Pools: there are only 2 at the property. Pools are great, but honestly quite small for the number of guests at the resort. There were a lot of screaming and splashing children, which is fine, just would have been great to have an adults only pool option.
- Beach: the beach is shocking to get to. I thought other reviews seemed dramatic, but it is over a busy road, the path is super unclear and the ‘beach house’ was almost impossible to find. Honestly not sure how people headed across with small children!
- Restaurant: the BBQ restaurant in the hotel was pretty bad. Food was poor quality, mountains of dirty dishes were everywhere. Nowhere near good enough at a 5-star hotel and given the price point!

When we check in, the front desk staff asked me can he speak in Mandarin? This is quite rare questions although I can manage Mandarin but as a front desk staff, I would expect the staff can manage to talk in English especial front desk in Okinawa.

My stay at Kafuu Hotel Okinawa was fantastic. Room is large and spotlessly clean. The Japanese breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The room offered a stunning panoramic view of the sea! I’ll definitely choose Kafuu again when I return to Okinawa.

The property was nice. The pictures of the property make it look like it is a beach front property, but that is not the case. You can walk to the beach, but note that the hotel does not provide any beach amenities, i.e., beach chairs or umbrella. The hotel pools are very nice. We were disappointed to find that the weight machine in the fitness room was out of order. Overall, nice property. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Few spoke English, and English fluency was rare; however, goodwill went a long way in making my stay enjoyable. Cafe offered a high quality food carry out for brunch, as well as options at evening time. Condo offered a beautiful view of the South China Sea. The layout of the condo was impressive . Plenty of kitchen counter space. Included a separate dinning space Japanese style.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. But we went there during Japan's school holidays and the hotel was packed. Had to wait 15-20mins in the morning for breakfast. Also had some issues with finding parking space. Wish they can expand their capacity during peak season.

Relaxing Family Holiday (with teen)

We had a wonderful 3 nights at Kafuu Condo. Truly beautiful views from our balcony. We booked an apartment room with half board (breakfast and dinner included). There are 2 options Western food at Italian restaurant or Japanese food (Yakiniku BBQ or Shabu-Shabu) for Dinner.
Buffet Breakfast at Italian restaurant or Japanese food at BBQ restaurant, also wonderful and delicious! We tried both and we loved both, especially Okinawan food during breakfast.

The staff are friendly, very good, accommodating and very helpful. Big thanks to Laurent the French waiter at Italian restaurant.

As a gold member they gave us a welcome drinks 2 types of liqueur and a plate of ham, cheese, dried fruits and nuts on arrival in our room.

Thank you Kafuu, we had a wonderful holiday!

What a strange experience. While the best room/apartment we stayed in itself...Everything else was off. The 4000yen amenity was not received. Instead, they gave is a tiny nugget of cheese and nuts, soda water and some shots of coconut water... Which we didn't ask for. The outside pool was CLOSED and unusable the entire time
The bath water/shower had a strong stench of CHLORINE and made us smell like swimming pool for days.
Most staff did not speak English.
The gym is outdated with a broken treadmill
The cafe was takeaway only, and super salty
Not that many great restaurants around
Disappointed.

I liked this hotel but the cost performance was not so great. We stayed two nights. From what I could tell it was pretty booked when we went at the end of August. This was my first stay at this hotel. On the day, we got there early just before check in. The room they gave us (in the annex) was on the bottom floor, which was disappointing. In addition to that they must have 'upgraded' us to the corner suite which they never relayed at check-in. I had to call the front to ensure that we were not getting charged for a more expensive room. After getting into the room, the Internet was not working. I had to call the front and they sent a nice man up somewhat quickly who must have rebooted the router after unscrewing panels in the ceiling and then it worked fine. But still, we had to spend 30 minutes getting that sorted. He had to reset the TV etc. Then afterwards a guy tried to deliver a baby-chair but we didn't ask for it, so they must have gotten mixed up. There wasn't always someone waiting outside the front. The first time we came, we pulled up in the car, we were not sure if it was the right entrance. My wife had to get out and go into the building to ask. The buffet was OK to have two choices of restaurant. The parking was bad as it was usually full when we came back and I had to park across the street. They had fireworks one day which was great. Overall, for the amount of money we paid, it was kind of a letdown.

Parking space is not enough. You have to pay the rental fee for the kitchenette and dish set. Staff barely speak English, except the few foriegn staffs. Swimming pool is pretty small, and it's not close to the beach. You need to walk from the top of the hotel stairs and cross the street to the closer beach. Not as close as the hotel mentioned. More staff training, room for improvement.

駕車到酒店容易辦認，酒店提供免費泊車場，非常好，酒店職員友善，主動前來協助客人

房間很大，如4-5人同行一間房都沒有問題，亦有提供廚房和基本煮食用具，很不錯，整個房間都是木地板，感覺乾淨整潔，合適bb 爬行

日式早餐提供多款日式食品，每枱亦可享用火鍋，食物都美味，下次到沖繩亦會選這間酒店，非常不錯！

沖縄旅行時は毎回利用しています。
オーシャンビューとプールにビーチととても魅力的です。
少しエアコンのにおいが気になってしまいましたが
室内の消臭スプレーで解決することができました。

朝食はアネックス棟のブルーがおすすめです。
朝からしゃぶしゃぶ食べ放題です。

ホテル棟一階にオレンジというお店にて
洋朝食食べることができますが、ブルーに比べてしまうと、洋食の良さが弱いと思いました。
これといったメインがないためだと思います。
パンにこだわる。とかオムレツを目の前で焼く。とか目星さに欠けていると感じました。
改善いただけると幸いです。

また利用したいと思います。

11:00のチェクアウト寸前に子供👶が急に
腹痛でお漏らししちゃってお風呂🛀入る為
急遽1時間延長をお願いしたら
(お子様の事ですので延長料金は無しで良いと^_^)言われました。朝から最高😆の日になりました。神です。

のんびりできる素敵なホテルでした！
部屋が広くて、穏やかに過ごせました。ホテル併設のレストランはご飯が美味しくて、寝坊して朝食ブッフェに間に合わなくても2000円オフのチケットとして使えるので満足度が高いです。
和食・しゃぶしゃぶの琉球Blueの朝食ブッフェは混み合っていて並びました。
ホテルの周りに飲食店がたくさんあるので、夜もご飯に困りません。
部屋の家具の配置を調節するために、動かしていたら少し埃っぽかったです。
海沿いの眺めが良くて、スタッフの人も親切でとても良かったです！

毎年利用してるホテルで、今回はコンド棟に宿泊しました。ホテル棟と違うフロントレイアウトの関係か受付スタッフは、お問合せに対しても自分だけ座ったままにし、席をおすすめしなかったり、宿泊客が出入りする際に挨拶がなかったりして、以前よりサービスの質が下がったような気がします。
清掃係の方はみんな相変わらず丁寧で親切でした。

アネックス棟に宿泊しましたが、マンションのような客室で清潔、清掃も行き届いていてとてもゆっくり過ごすことができました。洗濯機もついているので他の人を気にせす回せました。
スタッフの対応が塩対応の方が多くあまり気持ち良いものではなかったです。
でも景色は最高、雰囲気も良く十分です！

新婚旅行で利用させていただきました。
妻へのサプライズケーキなど事前に親身に相談にのっていただき、ディナーのイタリアンコースもとても美味しかったです。
部屋はホテル棟のスイートを利用させていただきましたがオーシャンビューでとても広く清潔感のあるお部屋で妻も大変喜んでおりました。
残念ながら天候には恵まれずプールやバーなど利用しませんでしたがホテルでとてもリラックスでき滞在できました。
また是非利用させていただきたいと思います。

お部屋も広く、お風呂もゆっくり広くてとてもよかったです。
洗濯機が部屋にあり、静かで夜洗濯して、朝から着ることができて最高でした。コーヒーメーカーやアメニティもよかったです。シャンプーとコンディショナーは、持参がおすすめかも。

眺めもよく、とにかく最高に過ごしやすい空間でした。

フリードリンクもよかった。
テイクアウトできる、ホテル内の料理も安くて美味しかったです。
また、行きます。

4度目の沖縄、4回ともカフーさんを利用させて貰っています。いつも、「リネン類の交換をしないなら、商品券をあげます」のサービスで、交換無しで商品券を頂いて、ホテル内のお店で使わせてもらっていたのですが、今回チェックイン時に確認されなかったです。翌日リネンの交換が終わったあとに、そういえば！と思い出したのですが、もう交換してもらった後だったし、言わないでおきました。
とても残念でした…。

お部屋お任せプランで宿泊。コンド棟の広い和洋室に2歳の息子は大はしゃぎでした。カウンターキッチンで料理はしませんでしたが、息子のピブを洗ったり何かとキッチンを使いました。洗濯機もあり宿泊中に気軽にお洗濯ができたのは良かったです。去年はホテル棟に宿泊しました。2つの棟に宿泊してみたところ、個人的には非日常感を味わえるホテル棟に魅力を感じました。

ホテルスタッフ、レストランスタッフ全てのスタッフの対応がよろしくない。
レストランスタッフは片付ける食器をガチャガチャと雑に扱い、また、案内するスタッフは不本意な気持ちが顔を出ていてとても不快。
ホテルスタッフは何を聞いても「確認します。」や「お待ちください。」とホテルスタッフして、ホテルの事が頭に入っていない様でこちらも不快でした。

2歳5歳の子供を連れて初めて宿泊。
素敵な旅行になりました。
ホテルの部屋も快適で海もプールも楽しみなにより食事が美味しかったのが印象にあります！

ただホテルロビーにスタッフが1人しかおらず毎度なにか尋ねるたびに待たされる時間があったり、初めて宿泊なのにとても説明が大まか？こちらがあれこれ聞かないと教えてくれなかったりで大丈夫かな？と心配になりました。
それにレストランのスタッフも席案内したら終わりで、こちらがメニュー見せてと言わないと案内がなかったり、頼んだものを運んでこなくて忘れていたみたいで、全体的にスタッフ対応がとても残念でした。
テイクアウトのお店も時間帯によってメニューが変わるのは分かったんですが今がどのメニューなのかわかりにくくて説明もわかりにくくて子供が騒ぐ中不満に感じました。
清掃時間も外から帰ってきたタイミングと重なりタオルのみ交換だけにして、トータルecoチケットも1枚少ないままでした。

ホテルはとても良かったのでスタッフたちに頑張ってほしいです。

もう少しスタッフの方が、明るく挨拶していただけるともっと良いのでは…と感じました。皆さん笑顔が少なく元気がないように感じました。

広い清潔な部屋で快適でした。部屋はオーシャンビューで部屋から打ち上げ花火も楽しめました。ゆっくりできて大満足です。プールもあり子供も喜んでいました。

コンセプトが異なる3棟があり、それぞれの好みに合わせてステイできる施設。
コンドミニアム棟はキッチン、洗濯機もついており、1歳児連れには最適な設備だった。
また、オールインクルーシブなどではない分、スーパーや道の駅など地元の食材を必要な分だけ買い込んだりと、カジュアルにくつろぐことができた。
海はプライベートビーチではないが、ホテルの施設（ビーチハウス）もあり必要十分。私たちの時はビーチハウスは無人であまり管理されていない印象。ホテル併設ビーチなどを重視する場合だとミスマッチになるかもしれない。

今回4回目の利用でした。お部屋も広くインフィニティプールがあって気にいって利用させてもらっています。朝食も2箇所利用出来るのでその日の気分で利用させて頂きました。夕方からのプールサイドのフリードリンクサービスはお酒もあって良かったです。スタッフの方も笑顔が皆さんあって楽しい旅行になりました。また来年も利用させてもらいます。

ホテル棟を予約してましたが花火がより見やすいコンド棟が空いていると案内してくださいました。とても素敵なお部屋でもう少し滞在したいぐらいでした。

とにかく部屋が広くてスタッフの対応も良いです
