The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, amazing location, wonderful views and the staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful.

However, it’s just a little odd. After our first meal in the hotel, we were simply looking for a bar to sit and have a drink after a day of travelling and there’s nothing after a certain, relatively early, time. There are vending machines I suppose!

Also everything I super expensive!! Our first night we booked into the Kobe teppanyaki restaurant which was wonderful and the chef was an absolute artist but it was soooo expensive!

We only went for breakfast twice, once (on the morning we were leaving) we ended up walking away because we were given a half hour time to come back, in a buffet!? and the other the food had clearly been there for a very long time, cold and essentially a little stale and it’s £25 per head! The same was to be said for the buffet in the evening as well. Don’t get me wrong the food was nice and beautifully prepared by the chefs but I think the hotel’s policies on the preparation and the retention of the food needs reviewing.

Oh and if you’re going, every single meal in every single restaurant has to have a reservation, you cannot simply turn up. That is even the case if you go to an off site restaurant in the town.

Please understand, the hotel is quite fabulous, we had a room that has a bath with a view & were on the top floor and everything about the room was perfect but just arrive with certain expectations.

Amazing hotel! You will not regret this stay. Unfortunately the water sports are non existent is there is a typhoon expected the same week. We were there for days and left before the typhoons expected start date and yet the activities were cancelled.

We did secure a snorkeling trip with local Okinawa dive club and the cost was 10% less than the hotels arrangement which didn’t include transportation there - legit 6 minute walk. Ubers are easy to get - you can skip renting a car. The food on the main drag is amazing. Try all of it.

Hotel was kid friendly and couple friendly. We travelled without kids and were not bothered by noise or children. Staff is over the top accommodating! Choose this one for Okinawa, we also stayed at Busena Terrace and preferred Monterey!

If you like to be micromanaged and pay a fee for absolutely everything, this is the place for you! While the location/views are incredibly beautiful, our experience has been rather negative and frustrating.

On multiple occasions, we have been frustrated by the staff/attendants. In particular, the staff in the parking garage and outdoor parking and the pool staff. We rented a car and have tried parking in both the indoor and outdoor parking areas. While the staff seem to be helpful at first, it has quickly turned into a negative experience. Twice, we have had staff direct us into a parking stall and when almost parked, they asked us to move to a different parking spot for no reason. Then, the staff stand there and micromanage how to park which adds nervousness and frustration. Their behavior is mot helpful and is rather rude. Please let guests park where they need to and do not watch them park and criticize them. Numerous times, we have felt like an inconvenience rather than a guest.
While checking in, we were notified that the indoor pool and bath require a daily payment in order to use them. At no point were we ever told there was a fee to use them. Overall, the location is beautiful and the room is lovely and big. But, we are extremely dissatisfied with the treatment we received while being here. Management was not helpful when I brought these concerns to them first. Instead, they just restated the frustrations I had.

We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the cleanliness. The staff is really friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast has a ticketing system and can get packed quickly but we usually ate when it opened and had no issues. Buffet style breakfast with plenty of options and great tasting.
Room was spacious and clean.

This is in Onna so it is about an hour uber drive from Naha airport. The bus only takes passengers twice a day if you want a cheaper transportation option. Hotel is beautiful. Staff is very nice and professional. Very helpful. Most speak some English although they may be a bit shy. Room is very nice and clean with excellent amenities. We had a balcony overlooking the pool area and ocean. Great sunset/sunrises. There are a few restaurants in the hotel. We had complimentary drinks from 10-8 in the tea area. Very nice. The seafood buffet restaurant was just okay. We had burgers at the poolside cafe which was interesting - more like meatloaf than typical burger, but tasted decent. There are a lot of restaurants nearby if you want to eat out. They have washers and dryers on the 1st floor with coin machines that will give you change for your bills. It also has detergent for sale if you need. We had to do laundry mid-trip so this was very much appreciated. Only downside to the hotel is the elevators smelled a bit misty. Likely due to people coming in from the pool/ocean with their wet sandles and towels dripping on the carpet. Would recommend, nevertheless. I have to shout out to our concierge who spent a long time helping us figure out Yamato luggage service. She helped us forward our luggage to the last hotel we would be staying in on our Japan trip. It was quite an ordeal and she was wonderful! Would stay here again when visiting Hiroshima.

The swimming pool and beach facilities were excellent and well-maintained. However, it was slightly disappointing that there wasn't much marine life to see while snorkeling. On a positive note, the staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. I particularly found the 'eco-friendly' voucher system—which rewards guests with on-site credits for opting out of daily room cleaning—to be both practical and thoughtful.

maybe we have very high expectation as many good comments. We also used the onsen and heated swimming pool, which charge 1500 yen per person and you can use on the second day too. Car park is 500 yen per night.

Room was spacious and very clean though it had a plastic smell throughout. The hotel breakfast offered lots of choice and we loved the option of changing it out for lunch. Parking was very convenient and affordable compared to hotels in other locations. Staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Didn't like that the gym, pool and baths were not included in the price of our stay.

This hotel appetite itself as a beach hotel yet the beach was closed for our entire trip. Didn’t say anywhere on the hotel.com advertisement about the beach being closed and we booked the holiday to be using the beach. I complained to the hotel staff and complaint to hotels.com but Apart from a token voucher, I didn’t get any refund of my holiday. Very disappointing. Falsely advertised.

Didn’t realise the outdoor main pool closes 5th November and we arrived the 7th. They make you pay $15 a day to use the indoor pool. Shouldn’t they waive this considering there is no other swimming option? And you are an hour away from main city. Public transport is terrible and not much to do around at all. Buffet breakfast was very average. Not great options and quality is sub par.
Wish we booked accommodation in Naha.

However, the waiting time of 120-134minutes to get into the breakfast buffet with 2 young children is extreme and needs a solution found. Considering the price we paid for 4 days it was disappointing to find out that the indoor pool and gym are an additional separate cost.

The resort was wonderful. We booked a room with a balcony facing the ocean, and the space was both comfortable and spacious. A nice touch was the provision of pajamas for guests, which made our stay feel extra cozy. The only downside was some noise one night, as our room was located near the smoking area. While it wasn’t a major issue, it was a bit noticeable at times.

The resort also offered a great incentive for guests who opted out of daily housekeeping. We were given coupons that could be redeemed for hotel services or used at the gift shops, which was a thoughtful perk.

The hotel has a couple of swimming pools. The indoor pool was particularly nice, with a sauna, although there was an additional fee to use it. When we visited, we had the whole space to ourselves. The outdoor pool, which was free to use, was also lovely. There was a designated area for young children to swim and play, and while some of the pool chairs were complimentary, cabanas were available for rent.

The resort had a few restaurants on-site, though we didn’t dine at them during our stay. Overall, the hotel was great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. If you’re planning to explore the area, we highly recommend renting a car, as it makes getting around much easier.

Even though this hotel is far from Naha, still a great start and good neighborhood! We had a pretty packed itinerary for the 6 days we stayed but wished we left room to enjoy the hotel itself! They have so many activities and the beach is AMAZING! We were only able to enjoy the tea room, build picture frames and dip our toes in the water. If you are staying here, definitely have a hotel day! We had the Premium Club keys that grant you free entry to most restaurants and activities so try and get that one if possible.

The property was fabulous although I have to say the restaurants at the hotel were very overpriced so we found we had to leave most of the time to eat.
For $45 per person breakfast charge is a good example of excessive charges. As well, you had to pay for beach chairs if you're at the beach, which should probably be supplied to hotel guests. Really beautiful hotel though and the indoor pools were great.

Property was beautiful and clean, but unfortunately we were there the week before the outdoor pool opened. They charge for their indoor pool. We paid one day for my son (5) to use the indoor pool. Basic pool with small toddler slide. There is also a small pool outside the indoor pool area that you can use as well. Rooms are a bit tight for family of 4 with a 5 year old. They squish four beds in one room. That’s there biggest room. Otherwise, you need to get two rooms and it’s pricey. There’s a bit of a drive to everything. We went to the aquarium and Naha for sightseeing. You definitely need to rent a car. There are a few dining options just outside the hotel that you can walk to. We only ate breakfast at the hotel since we included that. Mostly local Japanese breakfast with a few western choices. You do need to wait in line if you do not eat before 7am. My teens went down a little later and were told it was a 40 min wait. We ended up taking them out to get something so we didn’t have to wait so long.

The breakfast is expectional, especially the Japanese Style breakfast, they offered the entire set meal with rice and 5 dishes.
Also the Spa and Tiger beach offer the great experience and the price is fair.
I recommend to stay in this resort for more than 1 day.

Stayed 5 nights in the deluxe ocean suite. Amazing room with a great view. Service was amazing from start to finish. Biggest disappointment was the beach. The beach gets very shallow in the afternoon and there are lots of rocks which make it unsuitable for swimming.
Also marine activities are sometimes not available and a bit pricier than other places.
Outdoor pool area is nice but you have to pay extra for the cabanas.
Overall great place for a relaxing vacation but if you're someone who enjoys swimming in the ocean and lots of marine sports, then probably not the best option.

Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

We checked into our “luxury” room and it had a very bad smoke stench and after about one hour, we decided to ask the front desk for a different room. They showed us two other rooms And both had similar smells. Finally, after complaining, they moved us to another room that did Not have the smoky stink but had a nice view of a cemetery and parking lot. Not what we were expecting for $600 a night. They charge us $150 extra night for my 11-year-old daughter to stay in the room. There were absolutely no apologies given to us for the time wasted and for the bad room. We will definitely be recommending this place to anyone or going back here again. I’m a hotels.com gold member and stay in five star hotels more than 80 nights a year and this is the first bad review I’ve ever given to a hotel.

Excellent hotel with impeccable service. Onsite dining option us great, especially the japanese restaurant where we had a special course meal for 8 people in a reserved room. Would definitely come again and recommend to others. One minor downside is the breakfast place rather small and easily crowded, but you can use line app to get your waiting number in your room, minimizing wait time on site.

The environment of the hotel is very good. They offer a very nice breakfast - buffet style or traditional Japanese style.
There are many nice restaurants around the hotel for dinner. The hotel offers enough parking space. Various activities can be booked at the beach. However when booking these activities it’s slightly more expensive at the hotel than at a local shop.

The room is upgraded, with stunning sea views (can’t complaint everyday woke up with this view)
Location very convenient for family / someone who like to swim at the beach (just right outside the hotel)

Public bath (with Onsen water) - enjoyable to soak it almost everyday, very relaxing and clean

Hotel parking, total 7 days for 1,500 Yen (isn’t that bad)

Only down side will be the breakfast waiting time, as occupancy become higher, we have waited 30mins at a morning to enjoy the breakfast

However, we found hotel front desk staff were not helpful and did not show friendliness and willingness to help towards us, who could not speak Japanese. The difference in service and friendliness were obvious so we are very disappointed. To make it clear, we speak native English and were patient and nice throughout.

Beautiful hotel and resort. Views are stunning and the beach was great! All in all, a great holiday!

Extras are paid for and quite expensive (including indoor pool). The hotel lacks lunch and dinner options for families. There is very little in walking distance of resort so you are reliant on staying at the resort for meals etc

We didn’t know the indoor pool and gym weren’t included (¥1500 per person). Besides that everything was very pleasant.
