Swimming pool is great for adult. Very deep and clean - well managed. Limited restaurant option. Only one mess hall. You can enjoy other water activity at nearby Renaissance hotel (same hotel chain they said) whiich is very big resort. But some of facility (at Renaissance) can not be available to COCO Garden's client.

No onsen every day anymore

We go there every year and love Coco Garden very much as always stay for more than 5 days. It has been as enjoyable as always, except one can no longer use the Onsen in the Renaissance Hotel every day. It is limited to once per stay now, which would discourage us to come back next time.

Great place for a regular visit, stay over 3nights

It is a resort hotel but I have stayed here now twice for business purposes - each time at Cottage Double (it is really worth that extra few pennies!). Calm and relaxed atmosphere with breakfast included, and even lunch at both Coco garden or Renaissance hotel if you stay 3 nights or over. At Renaissance, there is even a private beach and onsen which is also free to use. They remembered my previous stay and provided with ample hospitality. It will be my place to stay each time when I am in Okinawa. The only thing is don't expect the shiny American style bathroom...

Nice hotel with good food. The breakfast and lunch were very good. The pool and outside areas were nice. Very peaceful and relaxing. The room is relaxing and the bed is nice and soft with hotel sheets. The bedroom and bathroom were immaculate with no dust or anything.

A good range of breakfast variety. Serve very fresh fruit juices. Good location if you are planning trip to Kouri Island, Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, Cape Manzamo, Ryukyu-mura, etc. If you stay at least 3 nights at the resort, you can also have breakfast or lunch at Renaissance Okinawa Resort.

Not the very best dim sum....we tried most of the dishes...the shrimp toast was the most flavorful. Dinner, which was dim sum was included.

Good value of money. Staff are very friendly and polite. Some rooms are under renovation during our stay but not much disturbance. Be sure to bring mosquitoes repellent if u trend to get bite easily

Clean hotel with good service

Stayed at the Coco Garden as part of a family (including two younger kids) trip to Okinawa. The hotel is clean with good service, however the rooms (especially the bathroom) are quite dated. The breakfast buffet was good with mostly local food.

Not on beach but free one hour buss to excellent 4 star sister hotel with every sport you would like to do. Then back to quite beautiful garden full of tropical flowers and excellent restaurant.

Want noise busy seen and layed back piece you got both in a 15 minute ride away.

We loved it here, we enjoyed staying at Coco's it was nice and quiet and 15min drive away from the sister hotel. We liked that if we wanted more time alone we can be at Coco's resort but if we felt like doing more outdoor activities we can go to the sister hotel to b more active and interact with others.

Great Staff, Just Okay Location

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind, however, the location of the hotel isn't the best; it seems like it's located in a neighborhood behind an apartment complex. The outdoor pool was nice, but we went to the indoor pool at their group hotel (Renaissance), and it was just okay...
I think this hotel is great for people who like to be in a city, but if you're looking for a more quiet space, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Although the weather did not cooperate, the spa and library on site were wonderful. Only stayed 2 nights, but the service was phenomenal. Stayed in the garden double room. The room was very clean and very nice. The deep tub made for a very relaxing evening after a day of travel. Will absolutely be staying here in the future. Overall experience exceeded my expectations.

Great spot for a winter stay!

After 12 days touring Japan for the first time, this was me and my fiancé's final stop in Japan. We stayed for two nights and loved the location.

Flying into Naha and renting a car on a Friday evening during rush hour was a bit hectic, but after we made it out of the city it was a smooth hour-long drive to Coco. The resort is located mid-island, and because it was winter and we weren't looking to spend our one full day lounging on the beach, the location was perfect. It should be noted that the resort provides a free shuttle to their sister resort on the beach, so one could conceivably use this as a beach spot too, though we did not.

The resort is located within driving distance of spots we wanted to visit - castle ruins, hiking, cherry blossoms, and a couple of capes to watch the waves. We also ate dinner on-site one night, which was among the best Chinese food I have had in my life.

The staff were all amazing and we loved our stay. If we come back to Okinawa, we will return here!

This was a really beautiful resort to stay at. We received a complimentary upgrade and the room was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very spacious for the three of us. The pool was very beautiful and clean. The stay also included complimentary breakfast, which was good, but a little different due to what was served (some breakfast, but some non-breakfast items). The area is kind of secluded, but they also have a joint venture with Renaissance hotel, which they will shuttle you over to. I've heard great things, but we needed to stay the night and this was the closest place to stay for us. Overall, would definitely stay here again cause the stay was awesome!

We paid extra and upgraded to cottage house instead of the garden room we booked as the garden room is very confined and uncomfortable. As we rented a car, so it's more convenient to rent a cottage room because we can park our car directly in front of our cottage. What I should say about this hotel is that unless you really want to stay away from the beach while you are in Okinawa, as its up in the hills.., otherwise not necessary to book this. Breakfast is fair, mainly Japanese cuisine. The swimming pool is relaxing at night. You can enjoy sunrise and a city night scenery up there. One worst thing is the mattress and pillow, which is super worn out. I would not go back again because of the mattress. I can sleep well staying there for two nights. There is a kinky sound whenever I move my body and the mattress is kind of uneven ...

This is my second time staying at the Coco Garden resort. The hotel is really well kept and has some great facilities. First and for most is the world class breakfast. The one down side is only about half the rooms have free wifi. The garden view rooms seem to all have it but other rooms lack this near essential travel feature.

We were greeted with Jasmine tea when check-in, and staff drove us to the room with our luggage. As a resort surrounded by trees, there are many mosquito. My baby girl got three bits when we entered our room. There are mosquito and bugs found in our room even the windows are all closed.
Bed is comfortable, and the room layout is good.
The pool is OK, with a workshop nearby that you can spend time with your children. The breakfast is good and provide a variety of food.

お風呂の蛇口の形が古いためシャワーとカランの切りかえや蛇口を閉めるたびに温度調節が必要だったことが唯一の不満でしたが、それ以外はとても素晴らしかったです。夜に利用した中華レストランも、朝食もとても美味しかったです。あいにく梅雨の時期でずーっと雨でしたが、その不満を解消していただけるくらい満足しました。

本当に素敵なホテルでした。

過去に行った海外の南国リゾートホテルを思い出させてくれる自然あふれる静かな素敵なホテルで、のんびり有意義な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。タクシーでワンメーターくらいの距離にスーパーもコンビニも飲食店もあるので凄く便利でした。海水浴は送迎バスでルネッサンスリゾートオキナワホテルまで連れてってくれるサービスがあったので利用させていただきました！朝食もビュッフェで朝から盛りたくさんいただき、美味しいコーヒーもいただきました！自分でしぼるオレンジジュースも美味しく最高でした！
また是非泊まりたいと思いました♪♪♪

4回目で初のコテージは残念だった

4年連続でココガーデンリゾートに宿泊しています。

今回初めてキッチン付きコテージに宿泊しました。

コテージの良い点はレンタカーをコテージ前に駐車できるので、荷物の出し入れや天気が悪い日の出入りに便利でした。マカマカン(レストラン)の中華メニューも、昨年までよりも美味しくなった気がします。

残念だった点はバスルームがホテル棟と異なりユニット式で体を洗う場所がバスタブの中になります。便器の脇で体を洗うのが、安いビジネスホテルみたいで、気持ちが……。

さらに残念だったのがホテル棟と比べてリゾート感が乏しい上に、リラックスできるソファーやオットマンもなく(ホテル棟にはあり)、滞在中座る場所が肘掛けもない椅子2脚で、結局ベッドの上にずっといました。

連泊するとルネッサンスリゾートとの連携サービスも楽しめるなど、価格の割に快適な滞在のできるホテルですが、次回宿泊するならホテル棟を選びます。

コテージのバスルームとソファ、リゾート感のない内装以外はサービス面も含めて、良いホテルです。

ビーチに面してないが、緑が豊富で、低層宿泊棟とコテージが一緒に配置され、雰囲気がよい
低層棟に泊まったが部屋も広く室内デザインもよく、又泊まりたいと思った。
夜着いたが、駐車場からフロントの位置が分かりにくかった事を除けば、快適そのものだった。

トロピカルガーデンでのんびりステイ

南国風の自然豊かな環境で気持ち良くのんびり滞在することが出来ました。フロントやレストランまで遠いのですが、トロピカルガーデンを散歩しながらの道中も楽しかったです。
ホテル内のレストランでの朝食の美味しかったですが、クラブココの特典でグループホテルのルネッサンスリゾートでのランチが利用出来たのも良かったです。
スタッフの皆さんの対応もとても良かったです。

夜のデザートとドリンクも特典についていたのですが、レストランの営業終了後の提供になるためか、夜9時半からと遅い時間で、わざわざ着替えて出て行ったのにちょっとガッカリする内容だったのが残念でした。

予約時にリクエストした事項が叶えられなかったのは仕方ないが、フロントで一言が欲しかったです。
また、ココガーデンはこれまで十数回宿泊していますが、チェックインでは、「初めてですか」と聞かれ、常宿と一方的に思っていただけだったのかと淋しい思いをしました。

9月２９日から１０日間、夫婦2人でお世話になりました。
台風11号の迷走の為、天候がすぐれずホテル内で過ごす毎日でした。
連泊でしたのでココガーデンクラブの対象となり、ルネッサンスリゾート内の朝食、昼食、夕食にレストランと施設が利用出来たので、ココガーデンとルネッサンスリゾート間のシャトルバスを利用して退屈せずに楽しむことが出来ました。
ココガーデンからタクシーで5分の場所に大型のショッピングセンターがあり、スーパーマーケットや飲食店街テナントとして営業していて便利でした。
またルネッサンスリゾートから徒歩で8分の場所に「おんなの駅」があり、土産物屋や沖縄泡盛を豊富に揃えた酒店、屋台があり沖縄の食材や郷土料理を食べることができて楽しめます。
那覇空港とルネッサンスリゾートを運行するリムジンバスや、直行便バスもあり約1時間で行き来できるようになっていて移動が大変楽になっていました。
ホテルの食事やスタッフさんの対応はとても良かったです。

ここしばらくは沖縄滞在時に利用しています。毎回滞在期間が長くなるほどお気に入りです。条件付きですが、グループのルネッサンスリゾートオキナワのサービスも利用できます。コスパはかなり高いと思います。ココ周辺にはレストランはありませんが、近くのスーパーで地元惣菜などを購入して部屋で食べるのも楽しいです。リピーターが多いのも納得できる施設です。

残念なのは価格がリーズナブルのお部屋やお風呂場の臭いが気になりました無料アロマの貸出しがあるのですが、部屋の電気を消すとアロマも同時に消えてしまいます
そして夜のレストランは中華のみで撰べないのが残念です

2度目の滞在でした
妻と二人で10泊しました。
子供連れの方が居なくて、とても静かで、暮らす様に滞在出来ました。
ルネサンスリゾートオキナワの施設利用が出来るので快適でした、軽石の影響はまだ続いていて、ホェールウォッチングは中止してました。
　この時期に、プールの改装工事を行なっていて、プールサイドのテラスでくつろぐ事が出来ず残念でした。

2021年11月7日から15日まで滞在しました。
「うるま」には2度目の滞在でしたが、口コミを読んで緑に囲まれ”のんびり”と過ごす旅行に向いていると思い予約しました。
エクスぺディアのポイントを利用してお得な料金で滞在する事が出来ました。
那覇空港からバスを利用して、系列の「ルネッサンスリゾートオキナワホテル」まで行き、ホテルのシャトルバスで「ココガーデリゾート」に到着、スタッフさんに迎えられてチェックインした後、カートに荷物を載せて頂き、予約した「デラックスツインガーデン」の部屋に案内していただきました。
部屋はとても広く、居室とバスルームは分かれており、トイレも独立しており、洗面は二つあって便利です浴室は広く浴槽の隣には広い洗い場があります。
居室にはシングルベッド2台と、ソファー2客とテーブルがあり、部屋ではくつろぐことが出来ます。
朝食ビュッフェは中華レストランの「マカンマカン」と系列のルネッサンスリゾート内にある「セルフィッシュカフェ」を利用でき、料理の内容も素晴らしく、景観にも癒されて、毎日飽きずに美味しくいただきました。
ルネッサンスリゾート内には、お土産と生活雑貨が買える店舗があり、沖縄の名産品が豊富にあり覗くだけでも楽しいです。
疲れたら、「山田温泉」に入浴して、その後に「ラウンジ」で待ち合わせして、サービスで提供している飲み物でのどを潤す、この組み合わせ最高です。
昼食も夕食もココガーデンとルネッサンスリゾートを利用で出来、シャトルバスが7:00～22:00まで運航していてとても便利です。
帰りは、リムジンバスがルネッサンスリゾートオキナワから乗車でき、チケットはフロントで購入できます。
スタッフさんはとても親切で、予約の変更を何度もしても嫌な顔をせず、支配人さんは毎朝フロントに立ち笑顔で対応していただけます。
系列のホテルが金沢や伊豆にもあり、ぜひ利用してみたいと思いました。

快適、癒される滞在

4泊しましたが、快適に過ごすことが
できました。朝食やランチ食が利用
出来たのでお財布にも有難いでした。
山田温泉♨️にも利用出来たので、
心身癒されて、夫婦で喜んでいました。
また、機会あれば滞在したいです。

部屋は古いが清潔感があり快適に過ごせた。食事に関してはオーダ式のブッフェで味も大満足です。
しいて言うなら昔からこちらのレストランは利用していて、オーダーしたいが従業員が巡回してる訳でもなく、こちらから呼びに行かないと注文できないのがやや不満。
ファミレスの様に呼びボタンがあればいいが、ファイブスター系列のホテルには到底無理は承知してますが、誰かしらフロアに1人は立たせるなどしてもらえれば気軽にオーダーできるので考えて頂ければなと思います。
スタッフ皆さんのサービスなどとても素晴らしくまた利用したいです

白いヒートテックが部屋の中で紛失しました。多分シーツ交換の時に、一緒に回収されたのではないかと思うのですが、フロントで調べてもらいましたが発見されませんでした。ヒートテックは何処へ旅立ったのでしょうか？

緑に囲まれたアジアン的で落ち着いた雰囲気が素敵です。ホテルのお食事は飲茶が評判で、期待どおり大満足でした。

コテージに滞在、チェックイン時に連泊の特典があり説明を受けました。
①朝食、昼食が無料
②カクテルタイム無料
③その他の割引とラウンジの使用カード付き
④コテージの前には無料パーキングスペース
あるので、御家族での旅行など便利かと思います。

反面、エクスペディアのステイタス特典は皆無です。

朝は素晴らしく美しく、朝日側に建つホテルならではで朝食も工夫されて楽しめます。
昼食や夕食のチャイニーズレストランは地元でも人気で、特に飲茶はおすすめです。バイキングコーナーにあるお茶コーナーでポットで好きなお茶が淹れられるのも良かったです。

大変だったのは、傾斜した斜面をパンプスでは歩けずカート移動のため道はさらに悪く移動が不便でした。

靴の問題が無ければ、木立の中を歩く気持ち良い空間です。

※アップダウンの多い敷地にあるメインの低層建物にもエレベーターが無いため、バリヤフーをお求めの方には向かないホテルです。

良いレートで泊まれればコスト・パーフォーマンス抜群

4泊以上するとランチが無料。このランチが日替わりのセットメニューでなかなか良い。またこのホテル以外にルネッサンス・リゾートで朝食及びランチを取れるのもよい。ちなみにルネッサンスのランチはビュッフェ・スタイル。その他チャレンジ・クーポンで無料で船にも乗れるし、山田温泉も無料。ただしいづれも4泊以上の「ココ・クラブ」の場合。良いレートで泊まれる場合には満足度は非常に高い。ただし部屋はフィリッピンあたりのリゾートのような感じでちょっと寂しい。バス・タブ、金庫、冷蔵庫、スリッパ、パジャマも部屋にある。

직원들도 아주친절했음- 밤10시넘어서 체크인했는데
안내데스크 직원이신 40대 넘으신 남자스테프분이 무릎까지 꿇고 체크인서비스를 도와주셨음, 부담이 많이되었지만 아주 친절해서 감사했어요, 호텔도 퍼실리티가 오래되었지만 그래도 깔끔하고 마치 숲속에있는 별장처럼 주변환경이 잘 조성되어있었음
