The stay was ok.
Staff were friendly and was always ready to offer assistance. And garden was maintained and cleaned.
Beds were comfortable.
Rooms were clean but could require more attention to detail.

We stayed during christmas season, and understood that it is the busy season.

When we arrived, one of our rooms were not ready yet and have to wait an hour after expected check_in time. It was ok, however, we were tired after a long flight. And waiting for a room that you would expect to be ready by checkin time was disappointing.

Rooms need some refurbishing.
air-conditioning in the loft was not working well.
The towels needs replacement as it was looking too old and despite asking for fresh towels, the towels have an unpleasant smell to it.
Sink in bathroom was not draining well
Cleaning needs more attention.
Room was booked for 4 occupancy but only set up for 2 (aside for beddings and towels) i.e. only had 2 cups, plates and not enough cutleries for 2.
If you want to use the kettle, you have to unplug the microwave and its not easily reached.

Despite those, the stay was comfortable enough for the 9 nights.

A Rare Find

The Banyumas Villa suited my requirements perfectly. Centrally located, well maintained and very friendly staff.
The poolside restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices with lovely smiling staff.
Overall a very good stay, the only down point is the bedlinen which was old and grey, so not very inviting. Otherwise the rooms are large and clean, and very quiet.

I stayed here only because the street nearby full of street foods. The place itself very clean, love the swimming pool area, you can sit and order foods there, foods are fantastic. They also have the best smoothies!!! Mango tango and strawberry smoothies are my fave.

A quiet place when you arrive from overseas

A charming boutique hotel with beautiful garden and friendly staffs.
A nice pool and a good restaurant - the room was modern, clean, and confortable.
But you need to take taxis to go to the beach or a tourists attraction

Quiet and relaxing

This was a great place to start our trip to Bali. Nice and quiet place to unwind after a long trip. Pool area was beautiful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Oasis in Denpasar

If you need a place to stay in Denpasar this secreted oasis is the place.
Staff are incredible, you don't need to leave to eat as their food is excellent, it has a great pool and comfy rooms at a great rate. Look no further.

Gem of a place. Exceptional staff-family friendly vibe. Great pool, dining area. Good food at budget prices. Only downside is location. Cab ride everywhere. Courtesy vehicle available. Far from picturesque surrounding area-actually it is is surburban Denpasar. Nice home base. Best staff I've experienced anywhere. Location only downside.

Excellent ground customer service

Great value, the only decent hotel near university in denpasar. Located at the outskirt, still travelling by car package made the trip to kuta,ubud, jimbaran like a breeze.
The room cleanliness can be improved though. reception staff, santini is very helpful and attentive.

great 2 bedroom great price far from beach

Only one night but very comfortable stay and one of the cleanest rooms in Bali so far. We did have an issue with the hotel but is was quickly resolved by the manager. Nice relaxing pool and common area. Perfect 2 bedroom unit for a young family of 4.
Far from the beach but a shuttle was offered.

good environment

This is my first time staying at Banyumas Villa. The area is away from main activities area. Nonetheless it was a very good villa, quite environment and pleasant room. Improvement can be done on it's breakfast menu and the dining area. Would be better to extend the toilet and bathroom area and reduce the pantry area. Overall I'm happy with my stay and highly recommend Banyumas Villa.

Lack of a bed

Pretty good although we flew in to Bali late at night and arrived at hotel at about 10:30. I had requested a rollout bed via my booking on hotels.com as there were only 4 beds in the room. Unfortunately upon arrival, we were advised reception was closed and we could sleep 3 in the king size bed - sorry but we didn't think that was good enough!!

The overall hospitality of the employees working there made it all worth the stay. The receptionist and fellow employees were so kind.. and I mean genuinely kind. You can tell the difference between when someone is forced to act a certain way or they do it because that's the way they are. Willing to help you with information at any given time. The rooms were very clean and tiddy. The free breakfast was delicious.. not just your \"buffet\" and there's free breakfast. The location? Hmm.. when you turn the street you wouldn't of thought there was a nice villa there. It's inside a very local area. When you step outside the villa the locals see you and start yelling goodmorning. Very nice place! I enjoyed my stay.

Good property...but bad location

overall property is well done, rooms are big and spacious.
Not much food options...limited menu to choose from...also no restaurants around the hotel
only street side local food. Also all the attractions are far from the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel before and loved it then as well I got a deal and thought that if it was like last time it would be perfect for reading and swimming ,and it is only a few $ for a taxi to the shops . Well I read \"12years a slave\"and then \" snowing in Bali\" about the drug business there both good reads lots of swimming in the pool food was good but needed more French fries(5 or6) just don't cut it when you are a growing boy hehe.liked my stay so much I'm going back on the 29 for another week more reading ,swimming and shopping(RTC) best electronic shopping in Bali

the hotel location is terrible , it is in a very very local small street ... it is not that far from kuta but it is still not near , the hotel it self and the stuff were super fine and friendly even with their poor english

This hotel is out of the way with no restaurant or shopping near you will need a car. The room only cater for 4 people even though we pd for 5 we still had to pay $15 US for pull out bed a night . Pool great ,food not so good was always cold no restaurant on site 1 poor girl make to order from a menu with about 10 different light meals all similar and bland , same menu lunch and dinner . Breakfast was even less appealing and cold.the bar area was used to cook meals so you either ate in room or seats by pool . The kitchen in room is NOT set up for your own cooking .

The Banyumas bali

They say its a 2 bedroom suite whereas its not. Plus there is only 1 toilet.
Breakfast is simply the same stuff everyday, I.e bread or fried rice!
To be fair, the staff are very courteous, cleanliness is there.
More scope for improvement on the food and and a separate toilet will definitely raise the bar.

Great value - an oasis of comfort !

Great accommodationlocated out of the centre of Denpasar. Nestled in the middle of traditional suburban life Banyumas offered an oasis of comfort. Room was very clean and comfortable and would accommodate 4 comfortably - 1 queen downstairs and 2 singles upstairs in the mezzanine room. Lovely pool with pool bar for breakfast and lunch. Really good value!

It is a nice hotel. Polite staff and comfy rooms. The only issue is that it is located quite far from anything. It's about 50-60 minutes from the airport. The surrounding area is actually a local housing sort of area.

Buyumas xmas stay

My family (2 adults 2 kids) stayed for 10 days in the last two weeks of Dec 2012. It opened 6 months earlier and still have some teething problems. However, the management appears to be committed to improving their service delivery and facilities. On our first night they forgot to arrange the airport pick up.The air con broke down on our fifth night and was promptly attended to the next day. Our unit, comprising a double bed and a mezzanine level with 2 single beds for the kids were very comfortable However, it is not very sound proof. The wardrobe on the ground floor contains a safe the wardrobe itself can't be used as it was very smelly! The bathroom has a generous showers, great water pressure and hot/cold functions and the toilet worked wonderfully. A vanity or shelves would certainly be helpful. The daily housekeeping mean we get new towels everyday (although never the right amount) and the place is kept tidy. There is a microwave and coffee/tea making facilties . The pool is wonderful and a real hit with the kids. It recently opened for buffet breakfasts and dinner. The selection is not extensive. However, the expectation is that the range would expand as the clientele increases.The other downside is the general level English of the staff is very basic so often you either have to repeat yourself a number of times and follow up things yourself. In one instance, we waited for more than an hour for 2 additional meals as they didn't understand our orders were for 4!

Fantastic Experience

The hotel was fantastic and we had a pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful and kind. Even though the restaurant was not best in class it was not bad though. Kids loved the duplex apartment and overall our experience was remarkable. I will defenitely recommend this hotel for any friends planning to travel with their family.

ベッドの上にもハエの死骸がたくさん落ちていた。次はもっと良いホテルやヴィラに泊まりたいと思った。

ドライヤーは部屋になくフロントに頼むと貸してもらえた。スリッパがない。フロントは24時間対応ではなく、両替サービスもなかった。部屋にはハエや虫がたくさん入ってきていた。

ein bequemes Hotelzimmer mit Küche und Klima (sogar mit Himmelbett) am Stadtrand (Denpasar) weit weg vom Touristenviertel (Kuta).

Einige Rezeptionisten (nicht alle) könnten ein Englishkurs gut brauchen.

All the staffs are very kind!

Eventhough the location was not so good, all the staffs were very kind which made us very happy. And the meal's price of the restaurant was very cheap!

Rustig gelegen. Ruime kamers (met 1 of 2 slaapkamers). Prima zwembad met faciliteiten. Uitmuntend (schoon) restaurant. Ontbijtbuffet of a la carte (afhankelijk van aantal verhuurde villas). Behulpzaam personeel. Voor de liefhebber een uitstekende spa. Complimentary pickup van vliegveld bij verblijf van meer dan drie dagen.

Magnifiques bungalows

Des bungalows magnifiques avec lit double à baldaquin et chambre à deux lits à l'étage. Hyper moderne et très clean. Personnel au petit soin, patron charmant, piscine splendide, resto au menu très varié et délicieux. Bref, un séjour parfait. Le service de chauffeur de l'hôtel est à très bon prix.

Gute Idee, aber zu dreckig

Das Konzept wäre sehr gut. Nur leider lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Auf dem Bettlaken war ein großer gelber Fleck und das Sideboard und das Bad waren auch nicht sauber. Das Essen war nichts Besonderes aber genießbar.

Hotel is great, location is far off

the hotel is new and very nice, however the location is far off from anything and the surrounding are is not so nice. If you do not mind taking a cab anywhere anytime - the hotel is good, especially considering the price. small store to by snacks are close.
