Would stay elsewhere if it was a personal trip

So-so hotel. Rooms were subpar and mine had ants on the counter with the amenities. Bed was comfortable though. If sleep is the only thing you need in a hotel, this place is alright.

Fantastic value for money

Nice clean room with everything you need for an overnight stay.Breakfast quite basic but fine for us.Staff very friendly and helpful.Would definitely stay here again.

City hotel in Denpasar

Hot water shower is not upto the mark. Every morning of our stay we get warm water only it's not hot at all. If shower in late evening it's little better but still not hot water. Over all good budget hotel.

not well maintained

the hotel is not well maintained. room door is loose and need to wait at least 30 seconds to lock after closing the door. no soap on the sink area and the shower area leaks.

Good business hotel

Good business hotel but not oriented towards tourists as there's no pool and it needs taxis to get anywhere. Rooms are comfortable with good aircon,wi-fi plus cable tv. Good breakfast buffet included in the price. Reception speaks English and is helpful. Overall what you would expect from an Ibis.

Nice hotel at a good rate!

Nice hotel for our purpose: arrived in the evening; did some sightseeing the next day and moved on in the direction of Ubud after 2 nights
Very friendly staff.
They called for a car + driver who drove us around for about a week and all the way to the north coast of Bali (very advisable - even experienced 'Caribbean style' drivers wouldn't be able to cope with this kind of traffic and still enjoy their vacation)

Comfortable and spacious

If you are looking for a decent, reasonably-priced hotel at the heart of Denpasar , then Ibis is for you. It is a trustworthy hotel, away from the tourist belt but within a short drive too from the seaside. Shops and food outlets are easily available nearby. You will have a pleasant experience staying here. Thanks to those who recommend this hotel to me.

If you want to stay in Denpasar, this can be your choice. It's affordable price, and the location is also in the middle of Denpasar. Don't hope too much from the breakfast, breakfast can be improve more.

Good Hotel, bit outside of main attractions though

IBIS Styles was a nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was in need of some maintenance though. Breakfast was alright, nothing special and no provision of omelettes etc.
The facility was good in terms of security.

I have to say the whole Ibis experience was amazing. The facilities, staff and service where the absolute best I have ever experienced. It was professional and friendly and went far beyond my expectations. The staff in particular where incredible, always taking a minute to say hello and check everything was as i wanted. From the cleaner in the corridor to the management team, every single member of staff always looked very smart and always had a smile, it really was a credit to the company. Everyone clearly knew their role and I never saw anyone sitting around chatting, all the staff were constantly on the go. The security on the site was smart, visible and efficient and it was common to see an officer patrolling the whole site ensuring guests were safe, i found this particularly reassuring. My room was very comfortable and a very high standard, it was cleaned daily to a very high standard. The hotel public areas were very tidy, i never saw any litter or a table that wasn't cleared as soon as the guest had finished. Room service was 24 hours and nothing was too much trouble, whatever the time. I would have no hesitation to recommend this hotel in the future. If the standards at this hotel are reflected across the Ibis family, you have definitely won my custom for the future, thank you for everything.

Nice Hotel in the middle of Denpasar

Hotel Staff and Management were very pleasant people but some didn't really understand English. We had a nice quiet time there but please remember there is no pool.

Nice, but... location and cleanliness

The hotel is actually quite good value, but you would probably expect it to be a bit cleaner. Even though rooms are cleaned daily, there are areas in the room that are extremely dusty. Particularly the shower in the room I stayed had at least a year's worth of chalk stains.
However, the staff is quite friendly and for the price, it is a good value hotel.

Be aware - if you have not been to Bali - that Denpasar is just not a good place to locate yourself, if you are in Bali as a tourist. Kuta or Sanur will be better choices.

Good location!!!

We went to Denpasar for half day only , this hotel is perfect for that. You can take a taxi to the downtown for 3 dollars . The buffet for breakfast is good...
The hotel is very good and cheap and also is not far from the airport.

Arrival at Hotel a welcome relief following flight. Rooms were clean and the airconditioning a welcome relief. We were very happy with service and care taken at breakfast. Would recommend this hotel - rates very affordable hotel.

Away From The Tourists

After living in Bali for 11 years, l didn't want to be staying with the tourists.Two doors down Starbucks, 150 mts Supermarket ,across the road a Cake Shop and next door Borneo 8... Probably one of the best local food outlets going.
As l know Denpasar like the back of my hand, getting around was no problem.Only 10 minutes to get to the new Toll Rd, then only 15 minutes more to Nusa Dua...Denpasar is an option to experience more of a local holiday.l only saw @ 10 other tourists the whole time in 9 days staying in this part of town.
Sure no beaches here, but a short ride and at a fraction of the cost of the beach Hotels,it is a great alternative.

good for one night.

Definitely a business-oriented hotel, but for a well-known property, the staff struggle with English (wanted to book a taxi to Ubud and ended up on a long, drawn out tour of all over-priced tourist spots when we took their vehicle- their poor driver couldn't communicate with us well either). Probably would only recommend as a bed to sleep in if flying in late as it's close to the airport.

Very nice!

This is a very nice hotel, about 30-45 minutes from the Denpasar airport (because of traffic). The facilities are very nice, clean, great buffet breakfast. Lots of traffic around it, and I didn't get a chance to walk around the neighborhood. I just needed a place to stay close to the airport, and this more than exceeded expectations. If you are arriving at the airport, go to the taxi counter and buy your ticket there ($85,000 rupiah); the flat fee back from the airport was $100,000) Don't forget there is a $150,000 rupiah departure tax to leave the airport.

However, it's not as nice as I thought it would be from the pictures and reviews. I wouldn't necessarily stay there again. Not a bad hotel though, but there may be better options for a better price

Great value

Beautiful hotel hidden away from the noisy busy streets of denpasar. I love the fish pond in the entrance, the hotel uses bright colours and the decorating is phenomenal. The cafe is delicious with good prices and the morning breakfast is good although I wish they would add waffles to the choices. Room was a decent size, comfortable bed, friendly and polite staff. The spa was also very relaxing and serene, you wouldnt know you were in the city! They had a nice gym with 5 or 6 different pieces of equipment although I did not use. There is no pool but if you are in the city for a few nights or business trip I recommend this hotel. Much better quality then a few other budget like hotels in the area. A+

simple for the cost of your money

The staff were very much willing to assist. Tha breakfast was standard with no change, all Balinese style dishes. Gym is very basic .
It is a hotel for anyone on a quick move.

I would not stay there anymore.

The room kind of small and I think only good for one night stay, the bathroom is not draining properly when I took a shower, its not really confortable. Anyway only good for stay when you have some business to attend in the city, despite the traffic is really bad from any of resorts area outside Denpasar.

Good Hotel in So-So City

Not much to do in Denpasar but this is still a good hotel. It is new, food is good, service is good, staff is very anxious to help and take care of you. Used by tour groups so breakfast can be crowded but it is not a problem.

The hotel is on a busy street about 25-40 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic. Unfortunately they do not include an airport shuttle. If they did, the hotel would be a great value.
Shopping is adequate, but there are no large western-style malls, rather has lots of smaller shops and eating places.
The breakfast buffet was very nice, the rooms were clean, the AC worked well, hot water and shower were great. Rooms were supplied with a fridge and small safe for security. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

worth to sleep there

I had great experience of the hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful, all had good command of English. The my room on the 3rd floor was very convenient, the bathroom was spotless and huge. The room was cleaned every single day. The breakfast was the same variety within 5 days but it was always freshly made.The whole atmosphere is friendly and colourful. I would go back again.

All Seasons Bali Denpaser is new hotel, modern, clean, buffet breakfast is excellent.

Staff are friendly and give excellent service.

The locations is bit far from the beach, would be great if there is a shuttle bus going to Ubud or Kuta. Even for twice a day.

機能的でリーズナブルなホテル

デンパサール中心部からは少し離れますが、最寄りのコンビニまでは歩いて３分ほどと便利でした。
小さなホテルですが、リーズナブルでチェーンホテルらしく必要な機能は収まっているので不便はないかと思います。標準で簡単な朝食がついているのも嬉しいところです。
