ABSOLUTE HORROR! Bed Bugs bit me all night. Didn’t realize what it was until the next morning. Took pictures of the bugs and my blood, showed staff. Shower didn’t work. A/C didn’t work. There was something beeping in the hall.
The management hasn’t even bothered to reach out after 4 days since I checked out. Unbelievable.

We were lucky to have a large room - executive suite in building 4. However, being on the main road with very poor windows for soundproofing, it was almost impossible to sleep. The traffic is incessant all through the night. The room was adequate though - very big bathroom. Loads of products but no shower gel. Breakfast in the neighbouring restaurant was ok - cold outside though, and the quality of some items was low (many pastries felt a bit stale, boiled egg was extremely over done) but others were “ok”. Considering the restaurant promotes itself to the guests for dinner (with a discount), they should consider a better breakfast to give a good impression for the quality of the rest of their service. Hotel is tiny itself - reception area is tiny. I think other rooms are also quite small as heard guests complaining. Staff were not all that courteous to those people, but for us they were helpful enough. Good location for Naples water front. You can reach line 6 of the metro with a 10 min walk. Walked past some rooms in the hotel being cleaned and saw these famous hot tub corner baths in the middle of the room - they looked like a hindrance not a feature. Really odd! Overall, take ear plugs and book a room upgrade and you’ll have a decent enough location in a safe and clean part of the city.

Excellent staff they are all helpful and very responsive even the gentleman at the breakfast restaurant he is extremely courteous. Great service!

The only thing was the fridge is not too cold and the lighting can be a little warmer than led bright light.

Even the last request to get taxi was up to the expectation. Thank you Partenope Relais. I will come back to Naples I love the city everyone is very nice and has their personality.

Beware if the rooms facing the busy street behind the hotel, very noisy traffic, hinking, etc. The room was large but pretty dated with black colour decor. No coffee in room or near hotel at all.

This property is a motel and not a hotel. I would not stay here again. There was a hot tub in the middle of the room, stains on the carpet outside of the room not sure of what. The bathroom toiletries come with lub??? I regret booking this hotel while doing a tour of Italy with the family. I did not feel safe pulling up to the hotel, very sketchy but so is Naples all around.

The hotel is set up in 2 buildings, the staff is happy to assist with your luggage if your room is in the building that is not where the reception desk is. The rooms are large, beautiful & very clean. Perfect location, just a half block from the see and close to restaurants and shops, including restaurants that are open between 3PM-7PM.

Just to say I visited Naples

The floor where my room was not up to my standards in that the rugs were dirty and they need to be replace like yesterday. The hotel entrance was beautiful, the lobby floor and the stairs were like marble floor but once you got to the floor where my room was, the rugs old, raggary and dirty. The building has an elevator and it felt secured to be there. The area is beautiful with ocean views and lots of restaurants also walking distante to Chiaia avenue. This avenue is shopping area. Overall this place a good choice for me for 2 night stay. The staff was nice and friendly.

Nice hotel by the sea

Loved the location of the hotel! The room was very clean, nice bedding and amazing rainfall shower. Housekeeping staff was great, cleaned our room and refreshed towels daily. We had free breakfast, which was much appreciated. We did not have water views (see pics) which was very disappointing based on hotel’s website description. Had struggles with AC working at night. First night was great, but then kept erroring out. Had maintenance come twice and were told that it doesn’t work at night. Weird. I did ask to switch rooms because we had an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Front desk staff said that it wasn’t possible. That was frustrating. Otherwise, a nice stay as we didn’t spend a ton of time in the hotel room. We did enjoy Naples and surrounding islands very much. A great Neopolitan experience over all!

- Shower Location: In the bedroom, in front of the bed with no door, causing a stale water smell.
- Room Conditions: Uninhabitable, leftover cigarette butts, no air conditioning, strange odor.
- Stay Duration: Left within 30 minutes and booked another hotel.
- Hotel Representation: Not accurately represented on Expedia or on the hotel’s website.
- Hotel Details: Only one floor of rooms (elevator to one floor up), very small lobby (around 25 sq ft).

Try somewhere else. Looks are decieving .

Our room looked fabulous , balcony with water views . But the rest was a let down . Our room was adjacent to elevator & ridiculously noisy all night . We could evehear reception staff chatting below us . Air con had a mouldy musty smell , we turned it off .We had to ask them to lower their voices.
Breakfast was almost non existent with only 90% cakes. No bread except for dry stale white slices. Cafe latte was tepid. Didn't bother after first day .

We were pleasantly surprised how clean and elegant this hotel was upon arrival. Front desk was very friendly, professional and willing to help. Room and bathroom was large, clean, modern and fresh. Area is conveniently located and is safe even in the evening. Hotel has elevators so you do not have to carry your baggage, there’s also a bellhop.

Unlike the other hotels along this strip, this one doesn’t have a grand entrance. Instead there’s a small door on the side street that feels like a hostel. Photos of the rooms are very deceiving. I had booked the executive suite based on an apparent view over the port. The reality was this room was a small dark bedroom with a view of the side street attached to a tiny dark room with a sofa bed in it. We had to downgrade to a standard room to get a sea view - despite paying a lot more. Turns out the picture of the executive room was a close up of a picture on the wall! All rooms are on the first floor and don’t have proper balconies. There are a lot of hotels on this strip. Don’t be fooled by this one.

We stayed for one night in family room 123 , the room had no windows with outside view so any longer than 1 night would have been unbearable. The female staff were lovely, the male not so much. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good, we were early so everything was available and staff make you any coffee you request. Overall a good stay, i would return but book a room with a view.

The room for 4 people has no natural light at all. It is cornered, without a view. The queen bed is not good (very soft). At the time of our stay they were in works, renovating, and didn’t tell us. The rate was not that of a hotel going under renovation bu a full fare one.

If I could give this property a zero, I would. We paid almost $400 for this property for each night. For naples, this is pretty steep. However we were so diappointed when we checked in. The staff did not understand english. We booked for a king bed and were given 2 single beds. The hotel did not look fully occupied, they could have easily accomodated us. The room was so noisy, road noise did not let us sleep all night. The rooms were not at all “boutique”, quite opposite to whag is marketed.
Expedia pictures are from another building but when they give you rooms, it’s in a building behind the actual building so not at all what is pictured there. Parking is $40 euros per night, not $25. Breakfast was terrible. We felt scammed!!!

The rooms are nice and the area is very central and close to the water. The staff seems to think that they belong to some king of exclusive nobility and they simply cannot be bothered with welcoming visitors, smiling, or helping you to resolve any issue you may have.

The hotel has a main lobby and only 1 floor for the rooms. There was ultra loud construction taking place at night during our stay. We didn’t get any sleep. One of the rooms we were offered smelled like fried food. The staff was very nice and tried to accommodate us since we couldn’t handle the smell. They stated the restaurants near by, was the cause for the smell. This was definitely the reason, but we didn’t want our belongings or the bed we slept in to smell like fried food. Again, the staff was kind, but this was not a place I would ever recommend or would return to. In fact, Naples felt unsafe and we were forced to pay high rates for cab fair back and forth from our hotel. It was not a pleasant experience and would never come back.

Having stayed there several times and loving it we were disappointed. The kettle fused all the lights in the room then when the lights were eventually resolved we were left with a bleeping noise for some time during the night. The breakfast was very disorganised with no cutlery and very short staffed. We loved the location but probably wouldn’t return to the hotel.

Already when accessing the hotel lobby it’s clear that the hotel is not what expected. The “reception desk” is pathetic even though the staff is kind and helpful.
The room itself was ok with a wonderful sea-view. What was off putting is the bathroom. Tiny and in absolute need of refurbishment. Taking a shower is almost impossible as there’s no pressure and the water is only dripping. Cleanliness is not what expected. They didn’t wipe the floor, had to ask to clean the room window as extremely dirty, etc.
Breakfast looks good at first sight but is bad quality and staff totally incompetent.
Will not recommend this hotel and won’t stay there again.

Fantastic stopover in the historical part of Naples. Set in a beautiful building set back in its own secure courtyard. Roberta and and the team were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble from arrival to departure. Would definitely stay again when returning to Naples.

Don’t stay here if you want peace and quiet

Sadly the hotel sits below 20+ apartments being worked on, so drilling, hammering and sawing commenced at 8am and went on all day. If your planning to have a peaceful time, you won’t get it here!
Tried to complain to the manager about the noise on three occasions but he avoided us each time!
Also the breakfast service was a complete and utter joke, the service was incredible poor or non existent, along with workman coming through the breakfast area every five minutes and leaving door open, made for a very bad experience.
Male reception staff very good and helpful but female reception staff very unhelpful and poor attitude

Wonderful hotel, amazing views from balcony!

Brilliant hotel with a vast array of food for breakfast, helpful staff and clean rooms. Rooms are comfortable, with a large bed and robes provided. The terrace/balcony area was the best part of our room and it was a lovely place to sit in the afternoon - definitely spend extra on the balcony/sea view because it made our trip!

An excellent hotel situated in the middle of everything!
We stayed for 3 nights, and had booked a partial sea view room, however when we checked in our room was a full sea view! We were obviously very happy with this and enjoyed the small balcony they offered generously looking out onto the promenade.
The room was extremely clean, and we were given fresh towels everyday including a robe and some flip flops that were very handy!

Breakfast had a good range of food, hot and cold, with different coffee offered by polite waiters.
The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, and always waved or said hello/goodbye as we passed.
Around the hotel there were many different delicious restaurants to choose from, which all catered with lovely service.

The hotel was walking distance to lots of sight seeing destinations in Naples, including the sight seeing tour bus, castles, the main shopping street and gardens/parks.

Whilst on our travels we went past a few other hotels that we had considered booking, and realised quickly that we had made the right decision booking Partenope Relias!

A lovely little hotel in a great bayside location. The quirky film star treatment given to all of the rooms (I was Frank Sinatra!) gives it extra star quality. Minor gripes were that the wireless required regular reauthentication (I was using 3 devices so this may have been part of the issue), and a leak in the bathroom that was quickly sorted. Neither took away from the comfort of the hotel or the helpfulness of the staff. I would (and may!) be back!

NO WIFI (knocked out completely one day, practically non-existent other 4 days). Maid service incomplete every time (didn't refill coffee/tea/shampoo etc. consistently). Very mediocre for 251 Euros/night! Staff are pleasant, but some speak no English (two men who work the evenings -- the women all spoke reasonably fluently, although one woman staff failed to provide any solutions on the zero wifi day. I later learned I could get wifi at the place where breakfast is served. Why wasn't I told that?? Useless and frustrating.

The room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated so it was clean and comfortable. We booked an option with breakfast included and it was a great way to start each morning. The desk was very helpful as well. The only criticism might have been the A/C in the room - it would take a while to get the room temperature cooled down so the room was often pretty warm.

I stayed here for one night and found this hotel by accident. It's clean, modern, has a great view, and is in a great location. My room has a view of the water. The rooms are on the first floor of the building so it can be noisy sometimes. Each room has a different movie or celebrity name. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. There's a shower with a rainfall shower head but the water pressure was weak. There was also no door so water splashed all over the rest of the bathroom. The included toiletries were nice though. Overall a good experience.

Great hotel by the water.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a very desirable area of Napoli.. Loved it's Movie Greats theme. Very comfortable beds and nice amenities.. Would definatley stay here again if I was staying in Napoli.

Hotel located on the boardwalk. Breakfast is average but enough to get you full till lunch. Staff is friendly but not all speak English. About 20-30 minutes walk to central street. If you arrive by car, hotel offer parking garage, in 10 minutes walk, for free.

Fantastic hotel, great room, great staff.

Perfect location, beautiful clean rooms and a great breakfast. The staff couldn't have been more helpful with great local knowledge and a friendly attitude. Loved our stay.

Was a little hit and miss for us. The staff member when we arrived was borderline rude and not helpful. The staff in the evening were cheery and recommended a fantastic place for dinner and made our reservation. The hotel view is spectacular and rooms are nice. The WiFi stopped working when we returned from dinner and was unavailable the rest of our stay.
