Great location for enjoying waterfront of Naples. Older property but clean and the staff was friendly. Make sure to schedule a transfer ahead of time if leaving after 12am.

Overall ok if you are not a fan of taking a bath. Shower clogged and shower head sprayed water everywhere. Very uncomfortable to take a bath.
Close to restaurants and bay area, but little far from city center.

Perfect place, close to waterfrong

We were very happy with our stay at Residenza Echia. It was clean, we were 6 in two rooms and it was perfect. It was nice to little kitchen area available and refrig.
Just a short walk to waterfront. Lift to use for luggage was plus. It was clean and comfortable. Would recommend and have already.

Close to the sea

Needed a taxi to take us to the accommodation from the station - 20 Euro.
Rosa was our representative/manager who met us settled us in etc. Really nice lady and very helpful. It was self catering and was well set up for this. Ironing board and iron and washing machine down stairs we could use.
Lots of lovely towels and bedding fresh and clean.
The bed on an angle was awkward as it meant there was no headboard to sit and read. I appreciate there was a shortage of space but a headboard could be fitted in.
Lighting dim in the bathroom, difficult to do make up etc. Shower very good.
Would recommend it.

Good location, decent hotel

The hotel was very inexpensive and it was in a great location (near the pier/boardwalk), so the star rating reflects the quality & cost correlation. The room was a good size, but the hot water in the shower did not work although the hot water in the bathroom sink and kitchen sink did work. It wasn't until our last day that we realized if we turned the sink hot water on, then the shower water would become hot too. The street was a bit noisy and the walls were thin so we could hear outdoor noise and neighbor noise. But it was good location and great cost.

The wifi pass code never worked the entire time I was there. The place was totally unattended and they never provided more than the two towels given on day one even though I stayed for three days. Also the girl who came to open the hotel and give me the key had a big attitude problem. She seemed to feel any request was beneath her even making change for a ten euro note to pay the 4.50 room tax. On check out she actually complained she had to change the bed sheets ( after a three night stay). She wore skin tight jeans and stiletto heels and it was no wonder under the tables there were dust balls. She probably couldn't bend over to clean. Also one block away is a strip club and on weekend nights the street was full of bikers. This place is all about extracting money from the guests and giving zero service

Apartment Gem in the heart of Naples

Our stay here really felt like we were living in Naples rather than a patronising any paid accomodation. We organised a private car through the wonderful hotel staff to pick us up from the train station which was well worth it being first time visitors to Naples. I will add that the option for the car was presented along with other transport options (taxi/bus) of getting to the apartment when I enquired and not pushed in anyway, however it was a great option and made connection with the apartment staff a no hassle event. The driver even tried to give us back the small tip we wanted him to have so you can the sure the car service they use is genuine and the price is comparable to a taxi so you'd be mad not to take it up.
The apartments are one street back from the waterfront and next to a street that winds its way up a hill with residences built into the cliff face. The room we enjoyed had a little balcony that gave us water glimpses of the Meditarrean and had lots of windows for natural lighting. The bathroom was a touch on the small side but really what isn't when venturing through Europe. The main apartment area was spacious and the kitchen-in-a-cupboard is a great idea for when you don't want to look at the dishes. For those part time self-caterers like us, there is supermarket about 3 mins walk away with everything got you could need in addition to a grocer and deli.
We had a great stay in Naples and would recommend these apartments to anyone.

This is an apartment complex...which was a nice change from the many hotel rooms we have been staying in. Great location. The property manager was extremely helpful and very pleasant.

One night in Napoli. You can walk to the dock and the castle. Had no problems checking in or out... Keep in mind it is more of an apartment than a hotel.

Cosy apartment in great location

The apartment was in a great location - close to the port and easily reached by the attractions and neighbourhoods of the city. The rooms were clean and quiet and, although a bit small for 4 adults, almost everything you could need was provided. The hot water was a bit of an issue as only one person could shower before going it going cold, however the shower itself was great with good pressure. The wifi was great and the staff was very nice. Overall I would recommend!

Ho soggiornato 3 notti, stanza concessa pulita, non so’ se la pulizia giornaliera era prevista, ma non l’abbiamo avuta considerando che per un B&b 120€ a notte sono una bella cifra.
nell’ ascensore si sentiva molto l’odore di muffa del palazzo .
Competente la governante.

Consigliato solo a chi ha il sonno molto pesante. La struttura è difronte all’uscita di servizio di un grande hotel tutte le notti camion nettezza urbana e dalle 6 del mattino consegna su carrelli rumorosissimi della qualunque domenica compresa. Infissi inadeguati alla location.

posizione strategica, ma appartamento rumoroso

posizione centralissima a due passi da castel dell'ovo e a 5 minuti a piedi da piazza plebiscito, con l'autobus151 a 500 m dallastruttura si raggiunge in 20 minuti la stazione centrale. il residence ha solo finestre dal lato strada e quindi la posizione è molto rumorosa di notte e di giorno si sentono i rumori della strada che è molto trafficata. l'appartamento che ho abitato al 2 piano era vivibile per 2 persone ma piccolo per 4, pulito e bel messo, letto molto comodo, però camera molto rumorosa anche a finestra chiusa

Buon compromesso

B&B in ottima posizione appena alle spalle del lungomare, a 10 minuti a piedi da piazza del Plebiscito. Il servizio è limitato all’accoglienza che risulta comunque buona. La camera è in realtà un mini appartamento, buono lo spazio a disposizione anche se il bagno risulta piccolo in proporzione.

Appartamento a 2 passi dal mare e dal centro

Abbiamo soggiornato a Residenza Echia lo scorso weekend. Posizione ideale soprattutto se si hanno dei bambini piccoli perché si è a due passi dal mare e da Piazza del Plebiscito. Appartamento molto curato e pulito. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Eventualmente c'è anche un servizio di transfert da e per la stazione dei treni. Consigliatissimo.

Tolle Unterkunft. Eher vergleichbar mit Ferienwohnungen als mit einem Hotelzimmer. Sehr großzügig geschnitten und mit eigener Pantry und kleiner Terasse, die gar nicht in der Beschreibung stand. Kein Reinigungsservice, aber dafür sehr privat - man hat echt seine Ruhe. Ruhige Gegend aber sehr zentral. Top!

Nossa estadia no Rezidenza Echia foi excelente. Apartamento confortável, grande, iluminado, com cozinha, incluindo fogão e microondas. Essencial para tomarmos aquela quantidade de café que todo brasileiro gosta. Não é um hotel convencional, logo não tem arrumação diária do quarto. Na verdade, nas cinco noites, não tivemos troca de toalhas,nem nenhuma forma de limpeza. Não foi exatamente um problema para nós, pois conseguimos manter as coisas em ordem. Mas fica aí a nossa dica para hotel, para incluir e/ou reduzir o prazo para este tipo de atendimento. Wi-fi perfeito. A localização é perfeita, a uma quadra da beiramar, com vários restaurantes e atrações. A poucos passos do centro histórico e de chiaia, que também é magnífica. O acesso na portaria é através de código. Ali tem também uma máquina de café e livros.O hotel oferece também bicicletas sem custos. Muito simpático. Recomendo.

Non Unico neo il servizio di navetta che ha praticato un prezzo superiore a quello concordato, ma credo non ci sia responsabilità della struttura ma dell’autista. Ottima sistemazione ne cuore pulsante di Napoli

Ottima sistemazione in miniappartamento dotato di cucina attrezzata. Si trova a pochi passi dal lungomare all'altezza di Castel dell'Ovo. Dotato di tutti i confort incluso aria condizionata. Non c'è la reception 24 ore ma il personale può essere contattato telefonicamente ed è stato estremamente disponibile. In 10 minuti a piedi si arriva a Piazza Plebiscito e in 15 minuti a Piazza Municipio. nelle vicinanze numerosi ristoranti e pizzerie.

近海濱，在Napoli較安全地段，近出島碼頭，步行15分鐘便到。步行至市中心亦近，約10-15分鐘。房間1房1廳，較適合2人住，4人需打開上下隔梳化床較迫。房間及大床整潔，但浴室燈上有蜘蛛網，去水亦有點問題，需時較耐。以4人入住，價格尚算合理。

Uncomfortable stay.

Well, it is uncomfortable to stay here. The elevator is very narrow and old. It makes a kikkik sound when it operates. There is no slipplers in the room, and I walks in the room with naked foot. TV monitor is very small, and I didn't turn on the TV. Air from A/C heater is very dry, and I didn't use it. Shampoo in the Bathroom is very poor, and it makes my hair very sticky. Generally, it is not good.

Bello! Un'ottima relazione qualita'/prezzo

Siamo stati solo per una notte, in un breve viaggio di piacere a Napoli.
Il posto e' confortevole, tranquillo, sicuro, la stanza molto accogliente.
Ci hanno dato la chiave all'arrivo (gia' alle 1030 di mattina) e poi abbiamo gestito il tutto autonomamente, la residenza non ha una concierge.
E' attaccato a Castel dell'Ovo e al Lungomare.
