It was amazing stay at this time. The facility, food, room, location all are very nice.

I want to say “Thank you” to Mr. Pollard who welcomed us with the great smile and politely, Mr. Nijat, Ms Nazrin, Mr. Asif, Ms Yenigul, Ms Sabina, Mr Rahim and lastly our most favourite, most beautiful “Ms ILAHA”.

Qafqaz hotel in good location, Baku.

Our second stay at this hotel, as previous, the hotel is immaculately clean with friendly front desk staff. In fact, the friendliness was spread out amongst all the staff. Magnificent breakfast and clean rooms at a very affordable price. Excellent hotel!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was vast and had more than enough options. Warm and inviting! Conveniently located near a bus stop. Affordable restaurant across the road. Would stay here again.

quiet room with sound proof windows, comfortable bed, large rooms and very polite and friendly staff.
We check-in early and check-out very late which it was very pleasent.

Fantastic!
We stayed at the hotel during our flying visit to Baku, hotel room was very spacious, clean and boasted a big double bed.
Would recommend. Unfortunately we did not dine in the hotel restaurants nor visit the hotel spa or gym facilities, so therefore cannot comment on those amenities.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Overall the property was well presented but is showing signs of age and wear. The bed springs are evident in the beds room 1203 but lovely pillows and bedding with good shower and towels.

5 Star Hotel at 3/4 Star rate.

This is a very nice Hotel with all 5 star amenities except a swimming pool. It’s about 15 mins drive by Cab to the downtown. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Hotel.

I filed a complain to Expedia pending action about this dirty place. Way below standard. Non educated and rude staf. My check in was 30 min before check out. I would not recommend this hotel to be on Expedia web site.

Breakfast options were ok. The gym was much better than other hotels in the same price range. The equipment was all relatively new. 24 hour access would have been better but 7am to 10pm is not bad. More English channels than just BBC and Al-Jazira News would have been good. The lighting in the room was not the best, pretty dark. Traffic to and from the hotel is a nightmare.

Nice place to stay for few nights.

We ordered non-smoking room but was offered with a smoking on. But after hotel change our standart room for superior room which was big and clean (compare standard room) for free.

Good restaurant on the top floor with open terrace. But it was summer time and unfortunately they didn't have open pool that's was pity.

This was an extended business stay and my first trip to Baku. The front desk staff was extremely helpful throughout the stay and very friendly. Food in the bar was good. The main dining room was good but could add more local dishes as I enjoyed the local food that I found outside of the hotel on my trips.

Nice hotel for business trips

Nice hotel not far from the city center, quite clean and new. Nice restaurant with good food and moderate prices. The only one issue is that you have to take a taxi to get to any place of interest.

Nice hotel and friendly staff

I did not get a chance to walk around the neighborhood, but I was impressed with the hotel. My room was very nice, pleasant environment. The staff was very polite and helpful. I have to warn though that at the check out they could not run my US-bank issued card, so plan on bringing cash or check with the booking site if you can pay online. Free WiFi was a must have for me, and the quality of the signal was good. Breakfast is ok, nothing special.

Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. Room service and cleanliness were too bad. We booked one room for 3 persons (3beds) but when we got to the room, there was only two beds and after we complained they added one extremely uncomfortable bed. Taxis in front of the hotel were so expensive and charged us almost 3 times higher than the real price. We booked airport transport service which had delayed about 1hour and 45 minutes. Hotel didn’t pay any penalty or gave us any discount and we had to pay the complete cost. The only thing that we got as a compensation was some fruits and cookies in our room.

İş için 3 gece kaldım. Kahvaltı ok. Servisteki arkadaşlar ve Guest Relation daki arkadaşlar gayet yardımseverler. Tepede alakart restaurantın yemekleri çok iyi değil. Bu yüzden dışarıyı deneyin. Ama otel güzel temiz ve uygun.

Otel genel olarak çok iyi, ancak sanırım idare zafiyetinden o otele yazık ediliyor.2014 yılında gittiğimde çok beğenmiştim. Bu seyahatimde ise hiç memnun kalmadım. Bir tek Lobide çalışanlar ve hizmetliler çok güler yüzlü ve çalışkan görünüyor. Oda çok kötü bir durumda yatak çok eski berbat bir uyku sağlıyor. Yatağı değiştirin dedik, derhal dediler ancak yatağın üzerine yorgan eklemişler, buna da şükür. Banyonun yağmur duşunda ve giderinde problem var. İkram neredeyse yok, sütlü bir kahve koyuyorlar, sade yok mu diye sorduğumuzda onu para ile alabileceğimizi söylüyorlar,2 adet su var, su ısıtıcısı plastik ve çok kötü. Kahvaltıda taze ekmek hiç yok, yiyecekler özensiz, meyve suları berbat ve sürekli makinanın dibinde ve hijyen neredeyse sıfır. Çay akşamdan kalma, sallama çay ile idare ettik. Wifi süper. Çok fazla trafik gürültüsü var, korna sesleri...

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji. Czystość i urządzenie bez zarzutu. Na śniadaniach niestety ogromne przeludnienie, obsługa nie wyrabia z nakrywanie stołów, których brak. Bardzo brudno na sali oraz na bufecie. Mimo, iż do zakończenia śniadania była jeszcze godzina, jedzenie nie bylo dokładane. Ruch był ogromny i trzeba było czekać na stoliki oraz w ogromnych kolejkach do stanowiska z omletami.

Cost-effectiveness was good before

I stayed here three times including this visit. I visited this hotel 2 years ago last.

When I come here again. I'm so disappinted because this hotel is not proper for businessman anymore.

When I came out from the room in the night, Lobby was full of plenty of arabian tourist group. They were always noisy and picking up the girls. Sometimes I saw guys picking up girls who just came out.

There was always traffic jam around the hotel.

For this reason, no more reason to choose this hotel for price-effectiveness any more.
