nothing like the pictures they provide in Expedia site, room is very very small size, we pick 3 beds in a room , the picture showing nice area and space between beds, it is ended up that they add a bed between 2 beds in the walking area instead of the table , there was no chair in room can't walk between beds very tight, if we get food we have to eat on our bed because there is no other choice , we keep asking stuff to move to bigger room or to book another room for one person to move there , they refuse and there was no other option, it was long stay 15 days , bad experience.

I am downgrading the rating to 2.5 stars after staying there for 4 nights.
As they claim, its definitely not a 4 star hotel. Something remotely close to 3 star i would say.
First things first, the check-in experience was pretty bad. They just handed over the key to me and I had to carry all the luggage myself. I booked a triple bedroom. But when I entered the room, it was a double bed room with no windows. Then they led me to a different bed room with 3 beds and i realized that all the rooms are of same small size, just the no. of beds varies.
Another issue i faced is with the service. They don't clean the room, just take out the trash (there was only 1 trash bin, that too in the washroom) and arrange the bedsheets and no toothbrush/ paste in the toiletteries.
On the positive side, the location is really nice. Around 200m walk to the nearest tram station and that will take you to all major attractions.
The staff were courteous. Towels and beds were clean. Breakfast was ok, though its kind of sad to have the same bland stuff every morning.
Overall, wouldn't recommend. Not worth it.

The is located historic distinct of Istanbul approx 15 minutes walk to major historical area. Close tram. Breakfast did not have whole a lot of obtains. Equivalent of 2 star hotel. Rooms are very small and very basic. Over priced differently not 4 stars. However staff speak English and friendly.

We enjoyed four (cold) days in Istanbul and thought the Venera met our needs quite well. There weren't too many restaurants close to the hotel so that meant going for an evening walk after a full day of sightseeing.

Hotel is very central and convenient, in the middle of the fashion district. The rooms were well maintained and elegantly designed, but utterly tiny. Our luggage barely fit in the room. The breakfast was awesome. They keep a large turtle confined to a fish tank in the breakfast area, and i found this rather inhumane for the creature. I wrote to management about that already.

the hotel seems to be for transient visitors as everyone seemed to be moving in and out all the time. It probably wouldn't be enjoyable for families with children but very suitable for business travellers and tourists.

Located close to tram and walking distance from major Instanbul sights and attractions. Hotel staff vey professional, cleanliness excellent. Very good breakfast and restaurant also good for lunch and late dinner. Good view from roof top bar but expensive.

При заселении мне дали номер без окон и очень маленький, после скандала предоставили номер 617 с окном , но под окном находились 3 блока от кондиционеров, которые дули мне в окно горячий воздух и сильно шумели.
Номер маленький, кондиционер дует прямо на кровать. В номере все старое, грязное! Отель 4 звезды, а не тянет даже на 3!!! Ужасный!!!!

De hotel ligt in de kledinggroothandels buurt en is moeilijk bereikbaar per taxi tijdens de dag.De lobby is duister en geeft een gevoel van \"wat doe ik hier\". Receptionist is ok. Kamer is zeer klein met zicht op een muur. (Fotos beschikbaar). Badkamer is super mini, kleinder dan dat van een Ibis. Restaurant op 8e verdiep heeft mooi uitzicht maar personeel aanzie je als storend voorwerp. Ontbijt is k en zeer uitgebreid. Koffie is nauwelijks drinkbaar. Minibar in kamer werkte viet en werd niet herseld. Airco werkte enkel op verwarming, interessant als het al 26°C is in de kamer. Hotel organiseert taxi transfer naar luchthaven voor 20* maar geen ontvangstbewijs.

То, из-за чего выбрал отель-фото панорамы стамбула из ресторана- не работает на завтраке как шведский стол, а используется помещение поменьше и с видами значительно похуже. Откройте его для завтрака и цены вам не будет. А поужинать сам бог велел где-то в городе около моря. Хотя , на удивление салат, заказанный в ресторане, под крышей, был достаточно вкусный, хотя цены и не демократичные.

Отель хороший, расположен в районе где кругом оптовые бутики одежды, в розницу Вам мало что продадут. Если это не смущает или ваша цель оптовый шопинг - то добро пожаловать. Номера чистые, все выглядит как на фото, все работает. Завтраки мне понравились. Ресторан при отеле на 4ку. Хамам так и не работал в течении 5 дней. Но бассейн и сауна были доступны. Бассейн небольшой.
