A traditional, attractive, Italian styled building, located in the centre of Trapani. It is surrounded by ancient buildings, shops and restaurants.
We are near to the beach, the ancient Phoenician harbour - considered a strategic point in the Mediterranean - and the Egadi Islands. We offer a car valet service (check our website for rates), free wireless internet, laundry service and a continental breakfast provided in a nearby restaurant (8€ per person, 4€ per child).
Airport shuttles, car and bicycle hire, guided tours and cooking classes can be arranged. The rustic apartments have air-conditioning, satellite television, tea/coffee makers, safes, hairdryers and fully equipped kitchenettes.

What a truly amazing location. We enjoyed the cafe, museum and fruit market that was right next to the hotel. Walking the historic streets of Trapani really neat and the near by park has a Theater (Teatro Giuseppe Di Stefano) that hosts Opera during the summer and we were lucky enough to attend!

Perfect place in a perfect Sicilian town
This was a lifetime memory my wife and I will never forget. First we got hopelessly lost *somewhere near* the place so we called and unbelievably, Ornella, the owner, walked to us, helped us get legally parked then walked to the beautiful hotel. We grew to love Ornella and Giovanna and hated to say/hug our goodbyes. Although there is no breakfast served, there is a bar which serves great food/coffee within 1 minute easy stroll. Comfortable, quiet and very clean. Highly recommend!

Ornelle and Giovanna greeted us as family, very welcoming, friendly and always with a smile.
Directions provided to the hotel were good, small and narrow roads for Americans, but after driving it once a piece of cake. Checking in was easy, and Ornelle gave wife and I a nice cup of espresso coffee - freshly made while we checked in.
Our room was on the first floor, up one flight of stairs. Great location, excellent and clean room, nice big bed as well. Doors and shutters open to a small balcony overlooking the street/small square and the pastry across the street. Definitely a place to eat at the pastry shop. The baker was very welcoming, spoke English, and a master with his pastries!
Parking is a short 5 minute walk, and is free. Best to walk through the park, very nice and relaxing to the car park.
Ornelle and Giovanna had recommendations for dinner, and made reservations for us each evening. Dinner is not served until after 8PM at retaurants in Sicily/Italy.

The hotel allowed us to leave our luggage for three days while we went to Malta.when we returned we were on a tight schedule to catch a bus to Palermo. One of the staff met us at the hotel at 8:00 am to pick up our luggage and we were able catch our bus to Palermo on time. We were very appreciative of their help

This hotel was very hard to find by car. Then once we got there, we had lots of trouble parking. The staff helped us, but it was quite difficult. My recommendation would be not to have a car in this location. The location is in easy walking distance from the center of town and all the attractions including the many delightful restaurants. Because I found some black mold in the shower, I rated the cleanliness of the hotel lower.

The location was very centrally located which is mainly a positive thing, though obviously slightly noisier. The Hotel staff were great and very helpful with finding parking for our car and tips about what to do in Trapani, which is a very nice town.

The street address was hard to find and then a note on the locked door said go to their other place, Alie Due Residence. I was offered a upgrade to stay there and the room was very good, right in the interesting historical /shopping zone.

San Domenico Residence could be a gem in Trapani. Unfortunately, our bed was not comfortable at all (maybe too old), and the residence was a bit noisy. The person at the reception is extremely nice though.
Our bedroom was big. Location is perfect.
I’d recommend to change beds (at least ours) for something more comfortable, as it is bending in the middle.

Ottimo Residence a Trapani
Con una coppia di amici abbiamo prenotato 2 monolocali. Entrambi gli appartamenti erano ampi, ben arredati e puliti. La posizione del residence è centrale e non serve l’auto per muoversi. Per la colazione si possono comprare i dolci (squisiti) nel laboratorio di pasticceria davanti al residence.

Etablissement bien situé. Proche du centre historique et des restaurants. Pas de parking propre mais possibilité de se garer sur un parking public proche et peu couteux. L'accueil y est adorable. Seul bemol notre logement en rez de chaussée etait sombre et sans vue puisque ouvrant sur une cour. Comme le logement dispose d'une kitchenette, l'établissement ne propose pas de petit déjeuner mais a un accord avec un bar sur une placette a 100m et pour 5€ par personne on peut donc dejeuner sans problème

Accoglienza splendida. La signora Ornella e il suo staff alla reception è di grande disponibilità. Ci ha dato una serie di consigli e abbiamo usufruito grazie a lei di un pass per le funivie di erice che ci ha fatto sorpassare la grande fila della settimana prima di Ferragosto. La posizione del residence è centralissima e puoi parcheggiare la macchina in piazza vittorio emanuele a 10 cent l’ora e andare a piedi per tutta trapani. Lo consiglio vivamente.

difficile de s'y retrouver dans le dédale des petites rues, de garer la voiture à proximité sans parcmètre (même le dimanche !), de porter ses (lourds) bagages par les rues très étroites et au 2ème étage sans ascenseur.

Grazioso residence, al centro di Trapani.
Siamo rimasti una notte in questo residence a due passi dal cuore di Trapani. Staff molto cordiale, camere spaziose e con tutti i comfort. UNica pecca il parcheggio nei dintorni, a causa delle ztl era impossibile arrivare in Auto. Per il resto tutto è andato bene e lo staff era particolarmente gentile.
