B&B Belveliero is in an old Art Nouveau building in the heart of the historic center of Trapani, just 400 metres from the ferry harbour and right in front of the bus stop to the airport. excellent location. Beautiful view of the harbor from the balcony. Spacious rooms. Amenities could use a little upgrade. Giovanni, the hotel manager, was very helpful, courteous, and professional. Beware of parking constraints in the city of Tarpani, in general, if you are driving. I highly recommend it.

Excellent B&B in the hart of Trapani
The hotel is nicely located in a nicest and most historic neighborhood of Trapani. Trapani is little known gem, and we were really impressed with the city and its beautiful territory. The B&B has a lot of character, and it is nicely restored. Some of the rooms have frescos or stuccos and vintage furniture. The room where we stayed was spotless clean. The owner Giovanni is very nice and helpful and speaks perfect English. Our only complaint is that the owner does not take credit cards, and wanted to be paid in cash. I understand that in Italy it is not cheap to have a credit card reader, but any hotelier who uses on Hotel.com for his business should take credit cards from customers. All together we had very satisfactory stay, and we recommend both the city and the B&B to travellers to Sicily

this hotel has charm and character. It is simply but tastefully decorated. breakfast was good - coffee was great. The hosts were helpful and friendly. it is right on the port so if you are doing a trip to the islands its perfect. Two minutes walk from the stylish old town

Giovanni is a wonderful host and we felt very welcome. Great views from the room over the harbour. Walk to many restaurants and attractions. 3rd floor rooms experience road and harbour noise, easily blocked out at night by closing windows and shutters and using air con.

Not what we booked!
I booked through Hotels.com a room with en suite bathroom and seaview with balcony but we ended up with a room with a bathroom in the corridor and a view of high walls and scaffolding! Room was clean but not what I booked! The bathroom was small, stuffy and very hot.
I did mention this to Giovanni and I guess since we were only there for 1 night he probably had longer staying guests in the nicer rooms. I wound have liked to be told though so we could have looked for an alternative. This was the only downfall on an otherwise fantastic 2 weeks holiday in Sicily and Tunisia.
I go to Sicily at least once a year but will definitely not return to this place.

Merci à Giovanni pour son accueil dans son établissement avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le port et les îles Egades. Très confortable, spacieux et calme. Et très bien situé pour découvrir la magnifique ville de Trapani, qui est méconnue.

Giuseppe ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gab uns unmengen an Tips für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten, bat uns auch an Ausflüge zu organisieren etc. Das Frühstück ist immer frisch vom Metzger und Bäcker, einfach mehr als der italienische Standard!

Vietimme kaksi päivää Trapanissa ja sen lähistöllä. Alueella on historiallisesti erittäin kiinnostavia paikkoja, kuten lähistön merisuola-altaat ja Ericen kaupunki. Trapanin ruoka on maininnan arvoinen. Majoitus oli erinomainen ja varustelutaso oikein hyvä. Sijainti erinomainen rantakadun varrella, aivan kävelykeskustan tuntumassa. Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä, tuoretta lähiruokaa. Kaiken kaikkiaan vierailusta jäi miellyttävä vaikutelma ja suosittelen lämpimästi.

Hôtel très bien situé mais sans parking contrairement à l'annonce, il y a 2 places prises d'assaut par les habitants du quartier, le grand parking gratuit est à 1,2km c'est faisable)mais la gentillesse de notre hôte, il nous a emmener chercher les valises au parking en voiture. Accueil en Français. Petit déjeuner délicieux et frais. Les chambres sont propres et jolies. une bonne adresse.

Es ist eine sehr gute Unterkunft nahe des Hafens in Trapani. Die Altstadt ist nur etwa 200m etnfernt und bietet Leuten auch abends noch ausreichende Möglichkeiten für einen drink oder kleinen Happen.
Durch die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war der Aufenthalt umso angenehmer. Giovanni, der Gatgeber, ist sehr freundlich und bemüht sich alle Fragen zu beantworten. Kleine Tipps hat er auch für jeden!
Wir werden demnächst wiederkommen, es war eine tolle Reise in einer schönen Stadt und sehr guten Unterkunft!

Lokalizacja w bardzo dobrym punkcie, praktycznie przy przystanku AST, więc dogodny dojazd i przyjazd z lotniska oraz z innych miejscowości. Jeżeli okno jest z widokiem na port ma się wspaniały widok (a przy zamkniętym nie słychać hałasu z ulicy). Bardzo blisko do kompleksu restauracji w starej części miasta i do większości zabytków oraz wodolotów na wyspy. Profesjonalna i bardzo miła obsługa anglojęzyczna, bardzo czyste i stylowe pokoje, czysta łazienka z kosmetykami. Śniadania bardzo smaczne na miejscu (nie tylko rogalik i cappuccino). Nie było problemu z bezpłatnym depozytem po wymeldowaniu, winda. Obok pizzeria i bary. Polecamy !

Un super séjour! Un très bon accueil même si l'entrée n'est pas évidente à trouver. Il ne faut pas hésiter à demander de l'aide. l'endroit est idéal : arrivée des bus de l'aéroport, départ des bateaux pour les îles Eglades, vie nocturne juste à côté, literie impeccable, excellent petit déjeuner,... Rien à redire!!!

Då vi kom dit mitt i natten med buss från flyget så var det gott att hotellet låg så nära busshållplatsen och Giovanni kom ut och mötte oss, - så omhändertagande! Bra läge vid hamnen och färjorna som går ut till Egadiska öarna. Frukost serverades i deras lilla kök med tre bord så man fick ibland vänta på att få sätta sig till bords men gjorde inget. Väldigt hjälpsamma med info om sevärdheter mm. Kommer bo här igen om vi åker tillbaka :-)

The Belveliero is situated overlooking the port, very near the historical centre of Trapani. The airport bus stop/Palermo bus is just 15 mts from the B&B. our host Giovanni and his assistant Gaspare provided their assistance and useful tips as regards restaurants and tours.

Vi overnattede på hotellet ved ankomst til Trapani og 12 dage senere ved afrejse fra Trapani. Vi fik en flot modtagelse, selvom det var meget sent. Værelserne er pinligt rene og meget store. Den ene nat fik vi et værelse med en fantastisk udsigt over havnen. Desværre var vi mindre heldige anden gang, hvor vi vendte ud mod en indre gård. Morgenmaden er for dem, som elsker det søde.

Perfekt beliggenhed
Belveliero ligger helt nede ved havnefronten og viste sig at være ganske nem at finde, da vi sidst på aftenen, i bil, ankom til Trapani. Giovanni, værten, var behjælpelig med at finde parkering på en nærliggende sidegade og sørgede i det hele taget for, at vi var velinformerede om Trapani og de omkring liggende attraktioner. Belveliero ligger centralt i den gamle del af Trapani og uanset hvor vi befandt os, var det hele tiden meget nemt at finde rundt og tilbage til B&B. Det gamle fyrtårn og Domkirken er et besøg værd og ligger i gå-afstand til Belveliero.

Bra läge
B&b Belveliero har ett mycket bra läge. Det är nära till flygbussen och bussen till Palermo och även till båtarna ut till öarna. Ägaren är mycket tillmötesgående och kan också lite engelska. Rummen är fina, men just vårat rum hade fönster mot ett ljusschakt och det egna badrummet låg i korridoren. Det saknade också TV. Priset på drygt 50 euro per natt är prisvärt. Frukosten är hyfsad för att vara italiensk.

Perfekt beliggenhed, man kan gå til det meste i Trapani. Meget hjælpsomt personale, både med transport og spisesteder. Dejligt med adgang til et lille tekøkken, man kan benytte. Vi vil gerne bo her igen en anden gang.

Dejligt og originalt B&B ved havnen i Trapani
Dejligt lyst og venligt værelse beliggende midt på havnefronten. Store værelser og meget gæstfri vært, og morgenmad i mindre køkkenlignende lokale. Værelserne er beliggende i alm. opgang, med elevator, og med højt til loftet, de fleste med balkon mod havnen, spørg værten per mail eller ring; han taler og skriver udemærket engelsk. Kan absolut anbefales til en voksenferie.

B and B bien situé avec accueil très sympathique
Giovanni qui parle anglais mais non français, nous accueille avec beaucoup de gentillesse et donne des renseignements très judicieux. Les chambres sont situées dans 2 bâtiments joints tout prêt du centre historique. La nôtre était dans El Capitano.Les volets ne peuvent pas rester ouverts à cause du vent et de l'appareil de climatisation. La salle de bains sentait un peu l'humidité, dommage... Le petit déjeuner était correct sans plus. Wi-fi et parking gratuits très appréciables.Nous avons pu laisser les bagages à l'hôtel pendant notre visite à Erice ( à voir absolument). Une bonne étape pour partir ou arriver en Sicile.
