Nice sized room and super clean. Shower and bath were in their own little room.
Didn’t get to use the pool as it rained everyday I was there but no fault of the hotel. Easy 5min walk to monorail which takes you to the airport.

Our stay here was lovely. The room was clean and cozy. The area is perfect, steps away from the action and great eating spots. We stayed on the very top floor and did hear some music from the street below at night, something to know if you’re a light sleeper. But otherwise, great hotel.

Room is very small but clean and decent. Room does not have much lighting and I asked for a table lamp. No closet space, clothes keep in your luggage and roll under the bed. Front desk staffs were helpful and courteous. Didn’t get to use the pool as very windy & raining but sure looks inviting (May10-11, 2nights). Great location for shopping and dining.

I had to iron my clothes while I was there. I discovered that the rooms didn’t have individual irons and you had to borrow an iron and board from the front desk. Other than that, stay was great.

Location is excellent, close to all transits, shopping, restaurants and convenient stores. The beautiful easy entrance is located on the ground floor. We love the breakfast buffet. All staff are very helpful and friendly, especially when we had trouble to take a taxi to airport during peak hours, one of hotel staff came out to help us to get on a taxi. Our room is clean and big enough to open our luggages. We swam in the swimming pool but we hated some young men played in the pool. We will stay if we go to Okinawa again. We both love Okinawa♡

If you are looking for a pleasant hotel to stay at, this is the one. The staff is super helpful and the pool and facilities are clean. Added bonus if you have tattoos, you can swim or go to the public bath which is rare in Japan. It is super convenient for the train or bus lines, if you rent a car: they have parking available for a fee per night. The pool bar also hosts evening events, if you just want an easy going night that is a good option as well.

Honnêtement pour le prix payer je ne m’attendais pas à cela, cet hôtel dépasse mes attentes. Bien situé, propre, personnel accueillant, bon petit déjeuner, tout était parfait.

Facile d’accès avec le monorail à partir de l’aéroport.

Mention spéciale aux employés du restaurant le matin sont vraiment gentils.

La prochaine fois que je reviendrai à Okinawa je vais certainement choisir cet hôtel.

Overall a great hotel with fun pool vibe, great breakfast options, and nice amenities (public bath, laundry) the bed was very firm, which is expected at many Japanese hotels, but too firm for me. However everything else made up for it and I would definitely go back. Parking is in a different area, two options. They didn’t provide adequate instructions the first time and I parked first in the wrong lot and second in the right lot but did it incorrectly (you need to tell them explicitly you are staying at that hotel). Also received incorrect information about picking up the car. But the staff are kind and still helpful.

Add on the breakfast. There was a wide variety of Okinawan cuisine as well as other foods that would be familiar to a western palate.

The staff were extremely helpful. They helped us get taxis to various places, and answered questions that we had. They had staff that spoke English.

It was very clean. They also had coin operated laundry facilities. It made our 2 week stay very enjoyable and convenient.

I loved this hotel. It was a pleasant one week stay for my husband and I. Starting with the reception staff, they were professional, helpful and cheerful.
Then came the room. We stayed in room 720 with a beautiful view.Watching the lively Kokusai dori from our windows was a delight. So colourful at night and always busy.The room was spacious and well appointed with three windows that we could open. The beds that were of Swedish style, were really comfortable. I slept so well. Then the onsen.It was modern, very clean. Working well. I enjoyed it mornings and evenings.The breakfast was another success. Very delicious food and a good variety.
The staff was simply nice and helpful. There were good vibes there. Location wise it is close to the Monorail and a bus stop. I would gladly stay there again. The other thing that I liked was the water dispensers on every floor and art displays.

I only stayed one night after my flight schedule was jeopardized. The hotel room is very old, tiny, overrated, although it gives you a convenient access to the Kokusai dori. The breakfast buffet from the local supplier was great.

We loved this hotel. We stayed in the Ram wing. Beautiful clean rooms, comfortable beds. The pool area is unique, just off Kokusai Dori but feels like a mini resort. Spent a very leisurely few hours there.

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating, we felt at home.
The breakfast buffet had a lot of stuff we hadn't tried before, it was very tasty and nutritious. The whole vibe of this hotel was great. We wished we were staying longer and will definitely return on our next trip to Okinawa.

Best location if staying in the Kokusai Dori area in my opinion. So close to the Heiwa Dori, Don Quijote, Tsuboya Yachimun Street and Makishi Station. Stayed in the newer RAM Tower during this trip. Nicer room. Staff were the most accommodating and their breakfast buffet was delicious as always.

Not exactly the best place for younger children…other than the pool ( which only allowed for kids’ swim up to 8pm, the hotel doesn’t offer anything to entertain the kids. Afterwards, it’s a bit of a drunkards’ oasis. Otherwise, we were pleased with the friendly service and satisfactory breakfast selection. I will not likely stay there again with the children. 7/10.

Man ist direkt an der Shopping Street. Und vor dem Hotel war ein Markt was recht nett war. Restaurants sind kein Problem, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns mit UBER fortbewegt. Die Fähre ist 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, achten sie nur auf den starken Verkehr. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Aber alles sauber.

シングルに２泊しました。ゆいレールの牧志駅から至近で国際通り沿いに立地していて大変便利でした。部屋は広くはありませんが、ベットは快適で、浴室は広くてバスチェアを備えていてゆっくり入浴出来ました。また大浴場やプールも備えていてロングステイにも向いていると感じました。レストランは朝食対応のみですが、その分朝食の準備に力を入れているようで毎日美味しくいただきました。スタッフの対応も良く、是非リピートさせていただきたい。

楽しみにしていた沖縄でいつも利用しています。ですが体調崩して半分はホテルにこもっていました。そんな中、朝食にお粥やヨーグルトやその他必要なものを持って来てもらったり、クリーニングの方にも優しく声かけしてもらったりして、観光はあまりできませんでしたが、何とか帰れそうです

値段は1泊3万強浴室リホームした感じです。部屋には何も無く各階にサーバーが有りそこに水を取りに行く、氷は2階にしか無くわざわざ2階に取りに行かないとなりません。それよりエアコンがものすごく臭くて本当に耐えられませんでした。3泊しましたがエアコンの臭いにやられました。エアコン清掃お願いします。

Great location on Kokusaidori, close to the monorail and several bus stops. Because it is in a central hub it can be a little loud at times (sound from the pedestrian crossing, sirens, etc) with sounds from the pool bar being added to that. Decent breakfast with a Japanese focused selection witch is great if you want to try new things. The staff is very nice and welcoming.

牧志駅から徒歩数分、国際通りを朝から夜まで満喫できる立地です。特に良かったのは朝食です。品数は特に多くはありませんが、それぞれの料理が手をかけて調理されていると感じました。また、朝食後少し時間があったので、壺屋のやちむん通りへの散歩コースも教えていただきました。那覇へ来た時には、またステイしたいと思います。

最近、沖縄で良く泊まるホテルです。立地と浴場が付いているところがメリットです。たぶん　ホテルのオーナーが琉球への愛が強くて、フロアーごとにテーマを決めて、絵や仏像などの飾りつけがあることです。

2回目の宿泊です。
国際通りの中心にありすごく便利です。
部屋も広く清潔で温泉もあり充実しています。
朝食会場が立地的に少し狭いですが回転が良くスムーズでした。
朝食も美味しかったです。
国際通りに面しているとあって　駐車場だけが満車になり停めるのに苦労しましたが、
次回もまた泊まりたいと思います。

客室が清潔で気持ち良かったです。設備も新しく快適でした。シャワーとお湯はりを同時にしても勢いよく出てました。
また、立地が神でした！国際通りの中にあって、周りにはコンビニ3つ。カルビーショップまで1分でした。
部屋のカードキーが不思議で沖縄らしさがありつつもハイテクでした。
もちろんフロントさんも気持ち良かったです。フロントを通らないと部屋に行けない作りなので安心でした。
今回弾丸だったので、またゆっくり泊まりたいです。
