The room and reception were wonderful, and the staff provided excellent, hospitable service.
However, the shuttle bus service from Yugawara Station was very disappointing. I waited for 15 minutes at the instructed location, but the bus never stopped. It drove through the rotary so quickly that I didn't even see it coming and had no chance to board.
A tip for future guests: To avoid this issue, I highly recommend calling the hotel on your travel day to reconfirm the exact shuttle pickup time and location. Given how fast the bus was going, you may also want to ask them for the best spot to stand so the driver can see you clearly.

初めて宿泊しました。日帰り温泉の露天風呂と宿泊者専用の内湯があり、両方とも広くゆったりとして気持ちよく入れました。夜の懐石料理は金目鯛1匹の煮付けや釜飯、朝の種類豊富なバイキングに大満足です。機会があればまた泊まりたいと思います。

女性ひとりでも安心して気持ちよく泊まることが出来ました。朝食のみのプランにしました。夕食は軽くていいやと思って喫茶のような食事処で軽くうどんにしたのですが、しっかりと食べたい方は夕食付きプランにした方がいいかもしれません。（お刺身定食はありました。）駅弁のようなものを買って来れば良かったと後悔しましたが、すぐ近くにコンビニがあるので、あとからお買い物に行きました。

シングルユースで利用しました。部屋はルノべされておりとても綺麗です。冷蔵庫もあり便利。露天風呂は源泉かけ流しで大きいです。朝食の海鮮丼は食べるべし。

朝食時には、自分のテーブルのシートに前の人が汚したままの跡がそのままにしてあったので、驚いて担当の若い女性スタッフに注意したら、「じゃあ、隣りのテーブルに変更してください」と言われて、朝から馬鹿にされている気分になりました！また、その女性スタッフは衛生的にゴム手袋をして片付け作業をしていたが、ご飯をお代わりしたら、その手袋が持ってきたご飯に触れていても平気でした、怒鳴りつけようと思いましたが、朝から、これ以上、気分悪くなりたくなかったので、我慢して、そのご飯食べました！
その後、チェックアウト時のカウンターの女性はマスクをしていたが印象を良くする為に、笑いながら接客され、また、滑舌が悪く、何を言っているのか聞き辛く、最後にまた、腹が立ってしまいました！
