The hotel itself is adorable. Unfortunately, there were some very, very loud guests making a lot of noise between 11PM (23:00) and 1AM (01:00) and it didnt seem like there was an easy way to contact the hotel about addressing it. Otherwise, it's super cute, cosy, comfy, and clean.

Wonderful place by a lake - not very common in Germany I think. We stayed just one night but the hotel is suitable for a longer stay with different kind of water activities and hikes. Very quiet and peaceful place.

The restaurant is excellent, with probably the best cuisine in the area; but do note a buffet is served on Mondays and Tuesdays - which is also good, but not quite the same experience as the a la carte menu on other days.
The rooms are good, but basic. This is more than made up in the lakeside views and peace and quiet - at night all that is heard is the nocturnal stirrings of dreaming geese!

Charming hotel. Having said that there were some problems that we encountered on our rather short stay. We arrived late in the evening and unfortunately they started drilling in the wall in the morning waking us up. Wifi was unstable going off all the time and staying off 10-20 min before coming back. There was also no pingpong table as advertised. Otherwise very charming in a lovely location but You will need a car to get in and out as it is in the countryside.

We stopped here to break a long car journey. Moments after arrival, our child was exploring the grounds, playing with acorns and discovering novelties in the gardens. We walked to the cafe and pottery nearby for cake, and enjoyed a lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant. Service at dinner was attentive and considerate, and again at breakfast, including for a small child who isn't always quite so well-behaved as the parents might like. There were beautiful views from our spacious room and from the restaurant, and on the whole it feels pleasantly removed and peaceful. We hope to return.

A nice priced hotel turned out to be a surpising place. A Michelin 1 star restauarant was not what we expected to fine. The rooms however, more ordinary - but absolutely a nice place, but certainly on th country side alongside a nice lake.

The hotel is ok and so is the service but on the clear negative is that our room was dirty and there was no gym despite saying so in the description. The restaurant is a good plus, if you stay here we would recommend eating here. Overall we would rate this as a three star hotel

Sehr schön und ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Großzügiges Zimmer mit gutem Bett. Nicht so gut fand ich, dass das Restaurant plötzlich nur 1 Menü anbot, statt der kompletten Karte. Vor allem, weil man das erst beim Bestellen erfahren hat. Und es könnte mehr freie Steckdosen geben. Die vorhandenen waren fast alle schon durch Lampen usw. belegt.

Meget flot sted. Morgenmad halter meget... masse af flyver rundt omkring de frisk frugt salat. Der var ingen kød (pøsler, pålæg), ej boller (rundstykker) eller wasa brød. Dog mand kun lave sin egne frisk appelsin jus og speciel kaffer. Ost ser gamle ud, hvorfor ingen blød eller hårdt kogt æg? Kun 1 type yogurt.. men make your own waffler, men hvem gider det? Disse tinge var problematisk begge morgen.

Vi havde booket en enkelt overnatning ifm ferie. Da vi ankom, var der bryllup og vi kunne derfor ikke være på terrassen, hvilket vi ikke var blevet oplyst om. Vi spiste i restauranten om aftenen. Maden var ok, men dyr. Lækker stegt laks - dog med dåseærter som tilbehør.. det var helt til grin, at en børneret, som bestod af tre-farvet pasta med smør, kostede 12 euro!! En flaske vand kostede 7 euro. Uacceptabelt. Morgenmaden var til gengæld suveræn! God seng og fint værelse.

The sauna at the lake is wonderful, the breakfast is delicious. The food at the restaurant, especially the corn-rips, was a little too healthy for our taste. But the service was always very friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!

Super hyggeligt hotel - middagen blev serveret i et lille opvarmet drivhus - helt perfekt både til en romantisk middag men også når man har børn med som ikke kan sidde helt stille.

Idyllische Lage
Das Hotel ist von der A7 gut erreichbar und liegt idyllisch an einem See. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig. Das Abendessen im Hotel war sehr gut und das Frühstück ist überragend. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die fehlende Milch für den Kaffee, der ganztägig kostenlos angeboten wird. Hier hätte ich mir mehr Entgegenkommen gewünscht. Aber über alles gesehen ist das ein TOP Hotel, welches ich wieder besuchen werde. Das gilt für den nächsten Business Trip wie auch für eine Urlaubsreise.

Wir haben uns für das Töpferhaus entschieden wegen der bekannt guten Küche und dem Wellness.
Das Essen war spektatkulär und alleine eine Reise wert.
Wegen dem guten Essen, Die sehr idyllischen Lage und dem sehr gepflegten parkähnlichem Set up der gesamten Anlage ist das Töpferhaus bekannt als Hochzeitshotel und ist hierfür perfekt mit der tollen Restaurant Terrasse, dem Seeblick und dem persönlichem Service.
Insofern ist der zweite Teil, der Wellnessbereich für das Hotel eher tertiär. Was schade ist, denn da liegt ein ungelschliffener Diamant.

Dårlig service, god morgenmad
Hotellet er smukt og har mange gode faciliteter mod ekstra betaling - fx kano. Havde desværre en virkelig dårlig oplevelse der på trods af de smukke omgivelser. Havde betalt for stort værelse med vandudsigt. Fik et forholdsvis lille værelse nede i et hjørne af hotellet, hvor man kun lige kunne skimte vandet, hvis man gik helt ud til siden af vinduet og stod på tæer. Synes det er ærgerligt at betale ekstra for noget, man ikke får. Sagde det til receptionen, der virkede meget ligeglad, selvom hun godt kunne se, at der ikke var vandudsigt fra vores værelse. Sengene var vanvittigt bløde, så man sank helt ned i dem og nærmest ikke kunne vende sig - og jeg plejer ellers hellere at ville have dem for bløde end for hårde, men det her var for meget, og gjorde at nattesøvnen blev elendig. Næste dag var der bryllup på stedet, hvilket betød, at vi kun frem til midt på dagen kunne benytte os af hotellets faciliteter - virkelig ærgerligt fx ikke at kunne ro i kano, uden at vi på forhånd var adviseret om det. Morgenmaden var exceptionel god, en af de bedste vi nogensinde har prøvet, hvilket trak meget op i den samlede oplevelse.

We stayed there in July but the food was like it was September. Overcooked root vegetables instead of all what nature produces in July. Why?
We will gladly return, when they raise the quality of their kitchen. This hotel deserves better food.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das einzige was ich zu kritisieren habe, ist dass es im Restaurant nicht mal einen Keks zum Cappuccino gab und vor d em Hauptgang fände ich es angemessen, etwas Brot zu servieren. Das wäre bei den Preisen bestimmt drin.
Ansonsten schöne Anlage mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Leider gabs den Billard Tisch nicht mehr Schade .

Sehr gutes Frühstück, trotz Corona keine (Essens-)Einschränkungen, gut gelöst. Ein Gast ohne Mundschutz am Buffet, müsste vom Personal besser beobachtet werden. Frühstück kann auf einer herrlichen Terrasse eingenommen werden, wenn man nicht vor den vielen, sehr aufdringlichen Wespen flüchten muss...

Idyllisk perle med god beliggenhed. Alt på badehotellet var pænt og rent. God mad. Dejlig sø vi kunne bade i. Vi købte en sommer event pakke hvor vandaktiviteter, morgenmad, frokost, aftensmad, softdrinks, øl og vin var inklusiv. Vi havde købt morgenmad da vi bookede hotellet, så det var bare ærgerlig sagde receptionisten. Vi spurgte om de ikke kunne trække prisen fra sommerpakken, det blev så til 8 EUR pr. Person vi havde betalt 18 EUR pr. Person hos booking bureauet. Da vi tjekkede ud var der en regning på 26 EUR på den rødvin vi havde drukket til aftensmaden, som var med i sommer event pakken. Det endte med at vi betalte 10 EUR for den. Der mangler virkelig noget information på skrift og en bedre service fra noget af personalet. Vi vil gerne besøge stedet igen.

Dejlig lokation med en dejlig udsigt til søen. Værelset var renligt og i god stand. Morgenmadsbuffet var ligeledes lækker og indbydende og der var et godt udvalg af forskellige ting.
