I stayed in this hotel twice because hotel is connected with Akita station, everything was accessible.
Very quiet and great amenities. Especially the breakfast was great variety of food and added akita traditional local food .
I enjoyed staying this hotel and satisfied with services
I happily recommend this hotel to everyone.

After a couple weeks of typical small business hotel rooms in Japan, I was surprised to find a spacious single room waiting after check in. Excellent location as well, steps from the station entrance (can even walk inside, although it’s a bit of a maze through a shopping mall)

I was totally impressed by the varieties available at the buffet breakfast. Since my stay was for 1 day only, able to try all types of local delights was certainly a treat. Akita's folk songs were played to enhance the ambiance, I enjoyed with my ears while filling up my dummy happily.

The room was a twin room with an extra bed for the 3 of us. The toilet was rather big but for some reason they chose to include a glass window to see into the toilet with a curtain to cover it.

Pleasant hotel close to the station. Good shopping nearby. Difficult to converse with reception staff as l don’t speak Japanese, which makes it my problem, really.

Plenty of food options nearby.
Within walking distance of a lovely park, Senshukoen.
I had intended Akita to be simply a place to sleep for one night but was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed my day there.

My teenage son and I had a comfortable stay here at Hotel Metropolitan Akita when we had a pilgrimale to our Lady of Akita. It is located few steps away from the Akita Train Station and from the bus station. So may restaurants also around the area.

Really great hotel staff, superb location right between the train station and the main city park. Very clean as you would expect. So much to do in Akita, dont miss the art gallery, possibly the best tea and cake with a superb view over the park entrance.

Badezimmer war auf dem neuesten Stand, Personal war freundlich. Frühstück war lecker.
Wenn man mit wagen kommt sind genügend Parkplätze das kein Thema.
Negativ: Möbel war schon abgenutzt und sind viel unnötiger Dekoration was viel Platz wegnimmt von der Raum meine Meinung nach. Kandelaber steht sehr niedrig ich habe jeden Tag mein Kopf rein gehauen und ich bin nicht 180 cm.
Für die Zukunft muss das Raum neu eingerichtet werden.
Was mir auch aufgefallen ist, dass zu wenig informiert wurde bezüglich Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants.
In Hotel sind 2 Restaurants. Eine ist morgen geöffnet und die andere abends aber wenn man möchte abends essen gehen ohne Reservierung geht es nicht. Leider diese informieren steht nicht in der Broschüre was man in den Hand gedrückt bekommt.
In das Broschüre steht nichts dies Info. Ich vermute wurden schon lange nicht mehr aktualisiert. Ich fand das richtig verwirrend.

ノースウィング館なので新しい？室内はとても綺麗でしたが、フロントや朝食レストランは本館なので時間は余裕を見る必要があります。
朝食はバラエティに富んだメニューですが、ブッフェの食材周りが狭いので渋滞気味でした。（座席には余裕があるのに）満席だと取りに行けないかも？？

ノースウィングに宿泊しました。バストイレ別で過ごしやすかったです。水回りも部屋も清掃が行き届いていました。
朝食もぎりぎりの時間に入ってしまいましたが豊富な種類があり、秋田のご当地ものが多く嬉しかったです。
当日は天気は悪くありませんでしたが、駅から直結でアクセスもとてもよいです。
また秋田に来た際はこちらを利用したいと思っています。

客室は新しく、清潔で、ゆっくりと過ごすことが出来ました。洗面台や浴室が広くて設備が使いやすかったです。大きなバスタブに用意されていたバスソルトを入れて、気持ち良いお風呂に入る事ができました。窓が大きいので、明るくて良かったです。

昨年、どこかにマイルで初秋田。とっても良かったので今度は妻と一緒にやってきた。昨年泊まったこちらのホテル。お部屋の満足度はもちろんだけど、プランでついていた朝食が予期せぬ満足度で「もう一度来たい」の動機の一つになる程の豪華さ。
ただし、料理自体は美味しいのに「補充の頻度が少なくするために大皿で大量放置。食べる頃には時間がたってクォリティダウン」という指摘をしたら「掲載保留」になったり、、、いや、間違ったこと言ってなくて良くなってほしいから書いてるのに汚い手を使って無きものにするのはどうかと。。。
でも、概ね満足だからまた来るんだよ！良くなってほしいって思って書いてる意見こそ大事な意見だと思うんだけど。。。
天候が悪そうだったので横手に1泊せず秋田駅周辺に2泊する事にした。2泊同じ朝食ではつまらないので1泊目はANA、2泊目は本命（のはずだった）こちらに。。。まず、味や内容に関しては前回同様、美味しくて品数豊富。ただ前回指摘したことは全く改善なく、開店前に造られた料理が山積み状態。せっかくのごはんもジャーの蓋にくっつくくらい詰まっていてプレス飯状態。比べるものが無ければそれなりに豪華だし美味しい味付けなので去年は満足したのだが、今回は前日のANAクラと比べてしまうから全然心躍らない。そして一番の問題はサービス。人がいないわけじゃない。ずーっとスタッフの1名が（何してるのかな？）席の後ろ３ｍ程の所に立っている。ちらちらこちらも見ているのに中間バッシングに一切来ない。(# ﾟДﾟ)
退席後バッシングしてリセットするのは作業。バッフェ提供しているレストランで空いた皿を適宜バッシングするのはサービスなのだ。なぜ何もしないで立ってるのかな？写真の通り、これだけ重なってもほったらかし。これはフルサービスのホテルのF＆Bとしてはありえない話だ。仮にビジネスホテルの無料朝食などのように「返却口」まで自分で持っていく仕組みにしてくれたら、そのレベルのホテルだと認識して何の不満もなく強力はするのだが、フルサービスを装ってバッシングすらしないというのはちょっと信じられない。秋田のローカルルール？？いや、昨日のANAクラのスタッフはタイミングよく気持ちよくバッシングしてくれたし、その機会があるからスタッフとの会話が生まれて満足度も上がる。
前回は1人だったけど、2人掛けの狭いテーブルに座らされてバッシングもしないとなると料理取りに行けない。原価対策でそうしてるのだろうか？？なんとも不愉快極まりない朝食だった。
