The hotel is nice but not to stay at. The bed was lumpy, the mattress had no support. The pillows were flat. The noise from the road outside was so loud, it made it impossible to sleep. Also the walls are so thin that you could hear heavy stomping from the room above and a random ringing type noise went off at 4 AM for about 15 minutes. My husband and i slept about four hours max. I will never stay here again.

The entire hotel is over-fragranced. For someone who has a mild allergy to fragrance I was miserable the entire time. Walking through the hallways from the elevator was awful. We sat in the bar area one night and I had to leave because it was so strong I could taste it! It gave me a bitter taste in my mouth and ruined our dinner. Not to mention the headaches! It’s so bad for everyone and your hotel is the worst I’ve ever experienced. On top of that, our room was shabby at best. Everything in it was skew - from the tv hanging on the wall, to the side tables and the bench at the end of the bed. There was just no care taken or attention to detail.

What shocked me the most was the attitude of the front desk representative, Ariana, during a follow-up call. Instead of acknowledging the situation, she was dismissive, condescending, and mocking. She repeatedly told me that “the hotel does not steal” and accused me of being “disrespectful” simply for describing my own items as stolen. She refused to provide management contact information at first and claimed not to know if the hotel even had a policy for missing items. The tone of the call made me feel belittled and defensive, even though this was entirely the hotel’s mishandling, not anything I did.
I hope the management retrains their staff on professionalism and courtesy towards their guests, this is shocking behavior.

Issues experienced did not have options to address in the survey. There were excessive noise issues including an argument in the courtyard (which wasn't within the hotel's control), music playing in the courtyard up until the time I went down to ask to have it turned off at 12:35am, and multiple room doors slamming late into the night. This propety is more akin to a Holliday Inn than the Four Seasons. Cheap plastic wall base in the rooms where there should be stone or hardwood. The carpet in the 2nd floor hallway makes huge waves when it should be flat. I had a problem with the lights flashing in my room, they said they fixed it but the lights still strobbed, so i had to sit in the dark.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Very nice hotel at a great price! Bed & pillows were comfy. Great shower with soap, shampoo & conditioner on the wall. Good water pressure. Mini fridge but no microwave. They do have a microwave in lobby you can use. 4 different restaurants and a nice bar to relax and catch a game on tv. Nice pool & jacuzzi with a sauna that were very clean. Nice weight room with plenty of cardio equipment. Close to the freeway. Felt safe! Area around hotel was a little dirty but they are doing lots of construction. Overall great hotel!!!

This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The sauna steam room combo plus the heated pool and hot tub are what sold me instantly when I was searching for a place. Relaxing atmosphere in the entire establishment, friendly staff, lots of places to sit and lounge on the main level. Oh and the robes! I loved that. So so enjoyed this I hope I come back some day!

The room was spotless, calm, and beautifully decorated, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The only downside for me was the bed, which I didn’t find very comfortable. While everything else exceeded expectations, a better mattress would have made the stay perfect.

I was very disappointed with the attempted early check-in, having no room assigned for a premium king when I returned that evening, and when I returned, the room that was assigned was located on the 2nd floor above trash pickup, with a 4:00 a.m. wake-up each day. Due to the less-than-stellar accommodations for what was presented on this site as luxury or high-end, I have to share a poor review. I'd compare this hotel to a Hyatt Place at best, and Hyatt Place has breakfast and coffee...

The hotel was full due to a nearby event and it was still very clean and well stocked with free water and fruit. The drink at check in was an extremely appreciated surprise after a long drive. We’re looking forward to coming back just to experience the hotel for the weekend, lounge at the pool and enjoy the onsite restaurant that we didn’t get to try last time but smelled amazing.
