Broken air conditioning

The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way!
Breakfast: good
New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying !
We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying. They should have followed up with us and checked. Otherwise a convenient location & clean hotel.

Room 1 was full of dust. Patting the quilt made the dust floating and causing a cough.
Room 2 in addition to dust had hair in the shower and in bed.
Obviously there is the problem with cleanliness. I don’t recommend the place.
Checking in the lady was very pleasant but checking out very incompetent.
Breakfast was nice and a lot of choices but it took a lot of time for the staff to clean the tables.

Comfortable base for exploring Usedom Island

This hotel is conveniently located directly on the main road coming from Usedom, just over the border. It is easy to explore the whole island from it, by bike or car.The room was modern, comfortable and spacious, nicely decorated. Top marks for the breakfast buffet and free parking directly in front of the hotel and welcoming front desk personnel. A line of small souvenir shops selling leather goods, etc, begins at the hotel and stretches all the way back to the German border. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach promenade with numerous shops and some good Polish restaurants.

Måger på altanen.

Opholdet var ok. Men værelset var meget lille pga noget af værelset var altan som ikke rigtigt kan bruges pga mågerne var meget nærgående og at der ikke var terrassemøbler. Morgenmaden var var meget ensformig og kedelig. Og rengøring var nogenlunde men efter 7 dage og stadig samme sengetøj \"kunne vi se pga de samme pletter stadig var der efter endt rengøring\" det var ikke ok. Men byen er hyggelig. Men at der stadig ikke er lager stander til el bil er os gåde når man gerne vil være klimavenlig.

Wir waren aufgrund eines Konzertes in Heringsdorf im Hampton Hotel in Swinemünde. Das Hotel hat nur einen Bruchteil von dem gekostet, was wir für ein Hotel in Deutschland gezahlt hätten, die Qualität hat aber trotzdem gestimmt. Nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat uns auf Nachfrage schnell und unkompliziert ein Taxi gerufen, Check-in und Check-out gingen fix, man hätte erwartet, dass das Hotelpersonal unmittelbar hinter der deutschen Grenze noch deutsch spricht, das war für uns persönlich aber kein Problem, wir sind super mit Englisch weitergekommen.

Bra hotell

Bra hotell dock lite negativt då vi betalad extra för två sängar men fick en fast dubbelsäng med 1 täcke. Vi två stycken kompisar på en mc-resa har inte för vana att sova i samma säng och i synnerhet inte under samma täcke!

Godt hotel ringe service

Jeg synes værelset var fint nok. Og det samme med beliggenheden. Men servicen var mangelfuld. De ville ikke hjælpe. Vidste intet og prøvede hele tiden at pådutte særlige services. Uden at fortælle at de var noget man skulle betale for. Generelt var de sure at se på og arrogante. Men alt det andet fungerede fint.

Der Weg vom Bahnhof zum Hotel ist sehr kurz. Man sollte kein Taxi nehmen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel -abgesehen vom fehlenden Safe und dem Kühlschrank- vergleichbar mit einem 4*Sternehotel.

Bott på hotellet vid många tillfällen och det har alltid varit toppen! Hade ingen aning när vi bokade att det var ägarbyte i januari. Snorkig, okunnig och helt ointresserad av service personal i receptionen, utan erfarenhet, baren stängdes redan kl 22.00 och sur personal som serverade. Ingen trevlig personal vid frukosten som plockade undan, kändes som de var på ett arbetsläger.
Det värsta var att man bytte ut alla sängar till superhårda madrasser, är man normalviktig så var det som sova på en träplanka. Dessa 6 nätter var en pina för kroppen. Bad receptionspersonalen om hjälp, inget hände.
Den FANTASTISKA städpersonalen har ordnat med extra täcken som man kunde lägga mellan, vilket hjälpte lite. Fick köpa egna kuddar då hotellets nya var av något konstigt skumgummimaterial. Ingen ansvarig chef på plats. Efter hemkomsten tog kontakt med deras \"manager\" som svarade att han beklagar och att vi får rabatt på nästa boende, inte intressant. Varför skulle man vilja förstöra en semester till?
Det som var extra dåligt var att man krävde betalning för båda rummen och hela veckans vistelse redan vid incheckningen utan att informera oss om det vid bokningen. Det var en väsentlig förändring då man alltid betalade vid utcheckningen. Man har nu \"låst in\" kunderna som hade troligtvis bytt hotell efter första natten pga sängar och urdålig service.

Leider haben wir anstatt ein Excutive Room ein normales großes Zimmer mit behindertengerechtes Mobiliar wie z.B. Großes Bad, stufenlos in die Dusche, WC mit Haltestange. Betten waren mittelmäßig. Wir werden natürlich nicht dafür jemanden die Hölle heiß machen. Wir waren nur überrascht. Reception darauf angesprochen. Der junge Mann war überfragt und sagte das in den nächsten Monaten die Zimmer umgestaltet werden. Und er hat zu uns gesagt, vielleicht kommt ihr ja wieder. Ach so... Und deswegen zahlt man ein bißchen mehr?^^

Nettes Hotel abseits der Promenade (ca.25 Min zu Fuß). Wir hatten ein schönes, sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon.

Die Begrüßung an der Rezeption war um Gegensatz zum letzten Mal sehr unpersönlich (nicht einmal ein Augenkontakt). Das ist nicht sehr gastfreundlich. Sonst alles gut, allerdings sehr unpersönlich. Ein typisches anonymes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung, sehr sauber und zentral. Frühstück gut.

Die Bestuhlung vor dem Hotel ist anscheinend nicht unter wirtschaftlichen Bedingungen - Bedienung Fehlanzeige.
Wenn ein Hotel ein Abendbuffet anbietet, würde es Sinn machen, dies auch in der Hotelbuchung als \"HP\" mit anzubieten oder unter \"sonstige Annehmlichkeiten\" darauf hinzuweisen - Geld verdienen ist keine Schande.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hat sehr viel Luft nach oben 🙏
