Lovely hotel, great service

Beautiful boutique hotel. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the pools and gym are very nice. Two tiny criticisms: The walk-in shower made the bathroom floor very wet and the rooms need artwork. But the service was terrific and they were very accommodating with a later checkout.

Beautiful and relaxing

We enjoyed our very relaxing stay thoroughly. The staff where nice, free airport shuttle available by booking and the facilities where great with 2 nice pools, beach near by, fishing trips avaliable outside the hotel as well as car rental on sight to be able and do day trips to the surrounding wadis. Perfect location for full relaxation. Loved it! The only bad thing was the coffee in the restaurant, but the hotel had an espresso machine in our suite which saved the day.

The stay was great though for each and every food purchase from the restaurant you have to pay immediately. The hotel management doesn't trust it's boarding guests as if they will run away without paying for their food bills which is very insulting...

Peace and quiet at Juweira

The hotel was a lovely and relaxing venue outside of town. It was very modern and the rooms felt very spacious and nice. We went to the other hotels in town and this was definitely a level above the rest! We landed very early and they were very accommodating about an early check in for a small fee. Any of the services we requested was done quickly, the facilities were very nice. The beach access was limited with no lounge chairs but we were able to use the adjacent Rotana facilities which was a good compromise. The room wifi access is problematic as it tends to go on and off but this was very minor. Overall a very nice hotel with super nice rooms and good facilities.

The resort is not close to town, but you should rent a car anyway. The staff is kind and attentive and everything is clean. Don't expect excitement but is a beautiful place to relax and to base your series of expeditions around Salalah.

he did everything he could to make our stay beautiful.
Imelda the receptionist was a super she anticipates the guests needs before even saying them, she is truly an asset to juweira.

Sophisticated hotel perfect for Rest & Relaxation

Lovely hotel, smart and sophisticated, very comfortable, with excellent service. There is a choice of two swimming pools, and a serviced beach area. There are fishing trips and water sports available, or hire a guide to take you out exploring. This is a perfect 'Rest & Relaxation' sort of place, free transport to and from airport, easy to fly to from other cities such as Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Good value for the type and quality in Salalah

During our four day trip around Salalah, we drove around and checked out several hotels around the region. For the money, this hotel probably proved to be the best quality. I will definitely say that none of the hotels in Salalah provide the service quality that you get in Dubai or some other global destinations, but overall it is not too bad. The hotel is in a middle of a large construction site, but that did not bother us since we did not hear too much noise and did not spend too much time during the day at the hotel. One thing that did happen that could have made the trip somewhat problematic was that our hotel room door did not lock and the hotel staff did not manage to fix the problem when they were notified of the matter. Other than that the hotel is new and rooms have a slight odour of wet air, but once you open the doors and windows and get some fresh air, the problem is rectified. Our room was very spacious and in great condition. The hotel is brand new and it is noticeable. WiFi was slow in the rooms, but it did not create a massive issue since connection was quite good in the lobby if required. The biggest disappointment is that the hotel is located next to an amazing beach that stretches about 30km all along Salalah cost, but there is no access to the beach unfortunately...

Nice hotel; close to the beach. However, during the period from July-September, accessing the sea and swimming is so dangerous as the sea becomes so turbulent. So being close to the beach during this period is not an advantage. The hotel is so far from the downtown which makes dining and shopping so costly.

More of a 3-star hotel

I believe the hotel is more likely to earn a 3-star rating. That is because although all needed amenities are provided, and the appearance of the hotel is rather nice, with very large and comfortable rooms, no additional services are provided that may EXCEED a guest's expectations, which are normally found with 5-star hotels. The hotel has one restaurant, and is far from any options outside of the hotel. Some minor issues with the rooms include some of the trash can lids that won't operate by the foot pedal, limited hot water for showers, water leaking from the shower faucet connection when used, and other similar minor issues that just gets a little under the skin when considering the hotel as a luxury accommodation.

A great service provided by the hotel is the airport/hotel/airport shuttle, which is free of charge, but must be arranged through a phone call to the hotel prior to arrival.

Very comfortable hotel. Located about 15 km out of Salalah with no public transport so guests really need a car to explore the surrounding area. Clean beach and friendly staff.

Very disappointing

The hotel is very far from the centre of Salalah (approximately £25 taxi ride) and surrounded by a building site. The room was well decorated but there was no patio furniture on the balcony. We had a family room with a kitchen that was very poorly equipped, with no cleaning materials, bowls or wine glasses. There were problems with the hot water so pnly one person could take a shower before the water ran cold. We asked for this to be rectified but this was not done.
The deputy manager was very rude. We were forced to pay for a New Year's Eve dinner that we did not want (it was said to be mandatory). The food and drink at the very expensive dinner were poor value for money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The resort is still under construction. Hence, there is limited access to resort facilities. I have no doubt that it will be an amazing family resort when it is fully constructed. But, as of now, it is a long way to go.

A good experience of a nice place

Location is nice hotel is nice services are pretty good, the Omanis are so wonderful so the hotel's staff. Taxes on hotel local calls are unacceptable so the internet is so sucks. Food is good but way expensive, why?

The hotel is very modern and clean. It is not really a 5 star. On the down side. Very remote. It's practically on a building site some 15 km from Salalah. It will be a beautiful setting when the whole area is developed. That will take a number of years. Wifi is very weak in the rooms and only average speed in the lobby. The breakfast is good but no alcohol available in the hotel restaurant. You can get alcohol at the pool bar. A really positive note is the staff. Extremely helpful and pleasant.

Voksen Hotel

Vi boede for nylig på Juweira Boutique Hotel og havde en virkelig afslappende oplevelse. Allerede fra ankomsten blev vi mødt af et utroligt venligt og hjælpsomt personale – altid smilende og klar til at assistere med alt, hvad man havde brug for. Deres varme gæstfrihed gjorde opholdet endnu bedre.

Hotelværelset var meget rent, rummeligt og havde gode faciliteter, der gjorde opholdet både komfortabelt og bekvemt. Det var også virkelig dejligt at have en balkon med udsigt over vandet – perfekt til en kop kaffe om morgenen eller en stille stund om aftenen.

Noget, der virkelig gjorde oplevelsen ekstra god, var den rolige stemning. Det var faktisk rart at bo på et hotel uden små børn – et ægte voksenhotel, hvor man virkelig kunne slappe af og nyde freden.

Alt i alt er Juweira Boutique Hotel et rigtig godt valg, hvis du søger et roligt, rent og charmerende ophold med ægte gæstfrihed og lidt luksus.

Cortesia e professionalità del personale eccellenti. Grazie a tutti ma in particolare a Rasha della reception davvero molto gentile e il supervisore Ismail che ci ha supportato in occasione di un piccolo problema. La struttura è molto bella, pulitissima, inserita in un villaggio tristi o davvero troppo grande, addirittura enorme. Questo la rende una oasi di tranquillità, con spiaggetta riservata molto bella. Tutto molto bello, solo due note non completamente positive; la piscina chiude alle 18 (perché non un po’ più tardi?) e la politica dell’half board che non comprende nessuna bibita, soltanto l’acqua ma al bicchiere…. Se preferisci la acqua in bottiglia devi pagarla extra… questo non è affatto comodo a mio avviso un piccolo neo per una struttura per tutto il resto di valore . Hotel comunque da consigliare

Das Hotel ist ideal zum abschalten, hat einen guten Service und einen schönen Strand. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Die Einrichtungen der Nachbarhotels Rotana und Fanar können mit genutzt werden. Die Küche ist sehr gut, hoffentlich wird nicht wieder auf das reine Vegankonzept umgestellt. Über den Jahreswechsel wurde wieder für alle gekocht und dies hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind großzügig eingerichtet und mit Balkon versehen. Für Gäste, die alle Aktivitäten, die von den Hotels angebotenen werden, nutzen wollen, wäre eine Infotafel dazu im Hotel günstig. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön. Unser Zimmer groß, sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Pools & Strand einfach nur toll. Abzug gibt’s, weil abends bis spät in die Nacht im Resort live Musikveranstaltungen liefen. Vor 2 Uhr keine Chance auf Schlaf. Wer das mag, für den sicher top. Wir wollten schon gerne nachts Ruhe.

Gepflegtes Hotel, aber kein Boutique-Hotel

Wir waren zunächst eine Nacht und nach einer Wüstentour mit Übernachtung zwei weitere Nächte im Hotel. Das erste Zimmer war im Hauptgebäude, sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die beiden anderen Nächte bekamen wir ein kostenloses Upgrade für ein Apartment im Nebenhaus, das sehr groß war und einen vom Schlafzimmer getrennten Wohnbereich hatte. Nachteil war das ständige Brummen der Küchenlüftung vom Hauptgebäude nebenan.
Das Hotel nennt sich Boutique-Hotel, hat aber viele Zimmer und ein Publikum, das die Liegen an den beiden schönen Pools bereits vor 8:00 Uhr morgens mit Handtüchern bestückt, ohne dann später auch zu erscheinen. Das Frühstück ist gut. Das Abendessen in Buffetform war alle drei Abende nahezu identisch, auch wenn die Beschreibungen vor den Terrinen mit viel Fantasie verändert wurden. Mit den umliegenden weiteren Hotels, die alle zur gleichen Kette gehören, ist es eine typische All inclusive Anlage. Diesen Auftrieb muss man halt mögen, uns hat dies nicht gefallen.

Plus und Minus

Das Hotel ist Teil einer Feriensiedlung.Es gehören 3 Hotels dazu (Juweira,Al Fanar,Rotana).Das Resort hat einen echt tollen Rad/Joggingweg u. ist für einen Abendspaziergang ideal o. für einen Drink bei den Restaurants/Bars die es gibt.Hatte 1 Marina Suite im Juweira.Die Suite ist geräumig u. einfach aber mit Geschmack eingerichtet.Das Bad echt groß mit Dusche+Badewanne.Im Wohnbereich gibts ein Sofa u. das Schlafzimmer hat Ausgang auf ein relativ großer Balkon der auf die Marina schaut.Das Bett ist ok.Juweira hat 2 große Pools mit modernen Liegen.Der Strand nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt u. ist echt der Hammer! Unendlich lang u.traumhaft.Es gäbe genügend Liegen wenn es nicht diese egoistischen/doofen Leute gäbe die diese den ganzen Tag besetzt halten u. dann verschwinden! Leider keine Kontrolle.Am Strand generell überhaupt kein Service,Drinks nur an der Strandbar,Essen nur im Restaurant.Das Rotana Restaurant ist übrigens widerlich!!! Juweira Pool ist schön aber das Personal ist echt nutzlos! Helfen nicht wenn man z.B. den schweren Sonnenschirm verschieben möchte.Auch die gebrauchten Tücher werden einfach auf den Liegen gelassen u. man weiss somit nicht ob die Liege frei ist.Tücher+Schirme sind abgenutzt u. haben Löcher.Die Sonnenschirme können nicht der Sonne entsprechend genickt werden.Das Personal im Juweira und Fanar ist sehr nett.Schwerwiegender Minuspunkt ist das Essen.Teuer u. fade.Wifi nur im öffentlichen Bereich! Ok wenn All Inklusive gebucht wird,sonst zu teuer.

فندق هادي ولكن بالدور الثاني مايوصل الواي فاي حتى جلسة كم يوم بدون نت حتى جابو راوتر إضافي ، والسرير غير مريح ملاحظاتي كانت بسبب ال نت والمكيف اول ماوصلت خربان وريموت التلفزيون لا يعمل ،
فوط الاستحمام غالبا غير نظيفه اكثر من مره يكون فيها بقع

Einsame Hotellage mit durchschnittlichem Service

Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb der nächsten Stadt Salalah (und des Flughafens) in einem unfertigen Hotelkomplex, der in den nächsten Jahren umfangreich ausgebaut wird. Es gibt also Baulärm, bereits einige Hoteleinrichtungen (z.B. Shops), die jedoch noch leer stehen und dem ganzen den Anschein einer Geisterstadt geben. Bisher ist auch die Außenumgebung des Hotels etwas lieblos hergerichtet, z.B. die Poolanlage mit wenig Überdachung, keine Begrünung etc.. Die Restaurantauswahl wird nur dadurch gerettet, dass die Restaurants vom Nachbarhotel mitbenutzt werden können. (Im Hotel nur Buffet).
Die Umgebung kann nur mit Taxi oder Mietwagen erkundet werden oder durch die monopolistische Reiseagentur, die im Hotel ansässig ist (Tipp: kleine unabhängige deutsch-geführte Reiseagentur - National Tours Oman - vor Ort kommt Ihren Ausflugswünschen viel persönlicher nach als das was das Hotel und die offizielle Reiseagentur bieten kann !)
