We had an excellent time, our service dog was very welcome.

The breakfast was nicely arranged.

The staff where nice, helpful and pretty amazing!

Be advised: Italians have a very special schedule of eating times and they freeze to death when it’s under 68°F, so restaurants may be closed and the A/C boils you to do death.

This property no longer has a restaurant on site, and has been partially turned into a hospital/occupational therapy rehabilitation centre. We had expectations (based off the photos) of being able to sit on the beach with a couple of drinks, however with no bar or restaurant this was not possible.

Big disapointment

Was excited to spend a day on the beach with access to a pool in the middle of an active Italian vacation. The checkin was easy but the resort is extremely dated, the pools are occupied by elderly and infant swim classes with access for only a couple of very inconvenient hours during the day. The property is very dated. The bathroom had a lot of mold; towels were unpleasant grey and shower had broken parts. Beds are uncomfortable. The experience does not correspond to the class of the hotel described and to the relatively high price point.

Overall, it was a perfect spot to access the beach! You have to rent sun chairs and umbrella, but we spent the whole day on the beach which is what we needed during this point of the trip.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. The bathroom seemed clean however there was mildew/dirt in some areas. The downside was access to restaurants was not ideal, and not all kid friendly. A lot of seafood dishes (I'm allergic). To access the cruise port, you still have to take a taxi (anywhere from 80-90 euros) and plan ahead to the port as there are limited taxis.

It’s a stellar three star hotel no more no less. Served its purpose. The rooms are clean but need some maintenance. The bathrooms need caulking, some cabinets need fixing. My family spent a week there and we basically mostly spent the nights there because we were traveling during the days. We went to see San Marino in a rented car, Ravenna mosaics, Bologna, Venice by train. The vacay was a success. The rooms were well conditioned, the breakfast had freshly squeezed juices, eggs, bacon and baked goods, the beach was great. For the price we paid, it was a great choice. Keep in mind, Ravenna is not a very touristy location and even on June we had a problem getting a taxi from the train station at 11 pm.

Two nights here while visiting nearby Ravenna. This property is waterfront so it was cooler than in Ravenna. The desk clerk Federica was very nice, friendly and helpful: a great example for the hospitality industry! The room was good, room enough for the two of us, but could use a couple of mirrors. The shower sent some water on the bathroom floor in spite of our efforts. Breakfast was very good and served in a room with a nice view of the sea. Good value.

Nice beach resort. Frederica was wonderful and so helpful. No restaurant on site but there are many in the area. Many require reservation so plan ahead. They do serve the most delicious breakfast I have ever had. Fresh and large selection of everything. Read the instructions on the safe first and give a trial run before placing your belongings in. Trust me on this one!!!!

No restaurant and none at walking distance. While it is close to the cruise port, taxis are not easily available and costly. However, thanks to the taxi driver recommendation on our way to the resort, we took the bus and the ferry to get to the cruise ship and it was very easy. The reception desk staff was not informed on what was available for transportation, but she did search and found the information we needed.

Or the price we spent for 2 nights, the overall experience was disappointing. He room was fine but a little outdated. Our mini fridge didn’t keep anything cold, the beach chairs with umbrella were 25 Euros a day, and it’s not close to any stores. The restaurant was okay but the prices were high compared to what you got. The staff were very nice and helpful however.

Overall, don’t feel I got what I paid for.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are lovely and big and very quiet. The pool is shared with the local community though so there are only a few hours a day that hotel guests can use it which is a shame as the pool is why we stayed at the hotel! Luckily we also had the option of the sea, so it wasn't a big problem really.

Great Beach for kids.

It is a long way from downtown, and not close to other resorts and shopping. The beach is great for kids with the giant sand pile, but it blocks the view from the room. You can go up to the deck, I guess. The restaurant is only ok, and doesn't open until 7:30.

Quiet resort and extremely relaxing.

Setting was perfect. Set on a beautiful sandy beach which was regularly maintained and kept clean. There was a boarded terrace overlooking the beach which was also used as the breakfast area. Quiet and tranquil. Our room was to the back of the hotel and overlooked the car park. Not the greatest view but quiet. It was a spacious room with ample storage and facilities. Room was cleaned daily and staff were accommodating and helpful at all times.
The spa facilities were always busy and it would appear people travelled some great distances to benefit from the varied services provided.
We discovered across the road a pine wood forest which provided beautiful quiet walks into either Punta marina town or the other way to Marina Ravenna.
Overall a pleasant and peaceful place to stay.

Amazing stay at a gorgeous Adriatic coast resort. Inexplicably, the resort and beach were virtually empty during our stay in late May, but so much the better for us. Easy access by bus to the important landmark churches and monuments in Ravenna city, and a memorable stay on all counts.
Desk staff extremely accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was awesome on the roof deck, too.

Lovely, spacious, modern rooms. All very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast choice.Typical Italian beach resort, so it was fairly quiet in May. No restaurants open within walking distance, but the on-site restuarant was very good and quite busy.
The ONLY disappointment, but a big one, was the swimming pool: it's only open to hotel guests for one-hour slots: early morning, lunch-time and dinner time. It's mainly a spa centre and the pool is used for lessons and physiotherapy. The sea was a bit too cold in May.

Everything was really nice, and the hotel staff was outstanding! They spoke perfect English (great for US travelers), and we had the sea view room which opened right onto the beach! There was a private table and chairs, and for a small fee we were able to have dinner served right outside of our room, which was so nice. We woke up early to see the sunrise over the sea, which was amazing. Overall this was a great stay, however we thought the attached spa was a bit strange. They seemed to have a rehabilitation clinic attached to the hotel, which may be normal for Europe but not for the US. However, this was a great place to stay and I would recommend to others.

Seaview room was great with a verandah with table and chairs right on the beach. Rooms are modern and clean. Staff were not very good dealing with a problem. We booked a twin room and it was too difficult to divide the beds. They did after we complained 3 times. The restaurant in the hotel was closed Sunday so we went to one on the beach a few hundred metres away called Wave. It was fabulous. Great service and lovely food. complimentary bikes to ride into town was great. Easy ride takes about 10 minutes.

Klasse Beach-Hotel zum Ausspannen

Das Hotel liegt direkt am seicht abfallenden Strand der italienischen Adriaküste, unweit von Ravenna.
Unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Strandzugang buchen! Vom Zimmer aus hat man über die „eigene“ Terrasse und dem dazugehörigen Strandabschnitt mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm (privat & inkludiert) direkten Zugang zum Meer.
Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Zimmer völlig OK, und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders das moderne Bad mit einer „Doppeldusche“ ist hervorzuheben. Wenn man bedenkt, dass es sich um ein Strandhotel handelt, sind eventuelle kleine Unzulänglichkeiten zu ignorieren.
Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist gut, viel frisches Obst, Kuchen, etc., aber auch Rührei und Wurst/Käse (italien style).
In der Vor- und Nachsaison findet man in direkter Nähe zwar viele Bangos- die meisten bieten aber nur Mittagessen an. Abends muss man doch in die beiden Dörfer ausweichen. Ein hervorragender Radweg führt an der gesamten Küste entlang, Leihfahrräder können gebucht werden. Außerdem fährt in der Nähe ein Bus nach Marina Di Ravenna und Punta Marina.

Un piccolo Hotel sul mare con zona terme. La piscina termale è piccola ma va bene per passare mezz'oretta. Camere grosse e pulite però, secondo me,non si può più accettare la presenza della moquette. Bagni puliti ma un pochino datati. Bellissila terrazza sul mare, noi l'abbiamo usata alla mattina per la colazione e la sera per chiacchierare fumare un sigaro e berci qualcosa. Alla sera non è presente il servizio bar. Nel complesso direi che tornerei sicuramente in questa struttura. Le ragazze della reception GENTILISSIME!

Smutsigt nedgånget hotel! Dålig frukost!

Tyvärr var vår hotellupplevelse en stor besvikelse. Fanns inte mat att äta i närheten av hotellet mellan 14-19. Man kunde få ofräscha mackor eller frusna pizzor men det var inte intressant för oss. Rummet var smutsigt, det var fin inredning men illa skött. Badrummet var fullt av smuts och mögliga fogar, hotellets skick var allmänt nedgånget. Vi hade planer på att träna ett kvällspass och morgonpass men gymmet stängde redan 19.00 och öppnade först kl 10.00 dagen efter så ingen träning för oss…Riktigt dåligt med tanke på att det är ett avlägset och trist område där absolut inget händer. På rummet fungerade inte vår TV. Frukosten bestod uteslutande av socker i form av kakor och annat sött! Inget hälsotänk! Detta är ingen resort! Läget på stranden är fint, stranden är fin men vattnet var smutsigt och det flöt ofantliga mängder med plastbitar och skräp i det! Äckligt och absolut inte inbjudande till bad.

Hotellet har en enorm potential om de som driver det hade haft förmågan. Otrevliga och trötta människor som jobbade på restaurangerna omkring. Finns betydligt trevligare ställen längs kusten. Vill tillägga att vi rest till Italien de senaste 14 åren och har lång erfarenhet av olika hotell och är väl insatta i den italienska hotellstandarden. Väldigt ofräscht ställe! Inget jag skulle rekommendera någon!

Ausstattung ist reduziert und karg. Man merkt, dass es für die Übernachtung ausgelegt ist. Sollte es regnen, wie es bei mir der Fall war, gibt es kaum Sitzgelegenheiten (im Zimmer ist es das Bett, die Terrasse ist beispielsweise nicht überdacht.
Frühstück ist wie angegeben ein süßes Frühstück, das sollte man beachten. In wenigen Fahrminuten ist allerdings ein Supermarkt erreichbar.

Strandurlaub pur. Die Zimmer mit eigenem Patio und Strandliege sind nur wenige Schritte vom Wasser entfernt. Das Meer und der Strand sind super. Lage direkt am Strand, Zimmer mit Strandblick haben auch direkten Zugang über Terasse zum Strand. Kostenlose ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten. Zur Innenstadt von Ravenna 20 Fahrminuten. Zimmer nicht sehr groß, aber ansprechend eingerichtet und sauber. Frühstücksangebot nicht üppig, aber ausreichend mit schöner Terrasse. Restaurant hat lediglich Bar-Atmosphäre. Rezeption war bei Fragen zu Ausflugszielen wenig hilfreich. Indoor-Schwimmbad kann zeitlich beschränkt genutzt werden; Spa-Angebot wird gesondert berechnet. Insgesamt für einen Strandurlaub empfehlenswert.

Séjour hors saison
