We needed a budget hotel for a quick overnighter in the area. This was a typical, pleasant budget hotel. The decor in the lobby really was quite cute with a Moroccan theme. But the best part was definitely the wonderful women at the front desk who couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. Our original room was a little too close to the main road for us so we asked for a room a little further in. They couldn't have been more accommodating and were always cheerful when we dealt with them. Definitely stay here instead of the IBIS across the street, which we ditched because the staff wouldn't accommodate a reservation change and is closer to the highway and noisier

It was the best place in the immediate area. Saying that, a little maintenance is required. A little tired. Breakfast is simple, but ok. I will use this place again as its the best in the immediate area.

This was an excellent hotel/motel. The accommodation is on 3 floors but ground floor allows disabled access. The staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The twin room was small but sufficient for one night. Shower bathroom was clean and a reasonable size. The restaurant had an excellent buffet, unfortunately we couldn’t try as we had already eaten. Breakfast was expensive at 12€.

I chose this hotel because it was conveniently between Bordeux and the Pyrenees. It was easy to access. The reception were accommodating when I was very late (10.50pm!). The room was clean and comfortable. However, the was no kettle in the room and the plastic key broke. The room was a little noisy, being near the main road.

Understaffed. Receptionist also serving in restaurant at same time. Food uninspiring,bread rock hard. Replacement bread not much better . The buffet was not refreshed and so choice poor later. At breakfast ran out of coffee.... Offered an espresso instead but that is not acceptable for breakfast when you want a longer drink. There was tea and coffee in the room but no kettle. Poor housekeeping. All in all not a good experience.

Have stayed here twice now. It's in a good position to finish a days touring and then start the next. Rooms are standard Campanile, good simple food available in the restaurant. Tea and coffee in the rooms and a decent car park and decent Internet connection

The Hotel chain offers good budget priced rooms. They are clean and tidy and offer good value for money. A convenient stop-over if travelling to Southern France or Spain, situated a few miles off the motorway.

Ideal for what we required in the area
Whilst the hotel was clean,tidy and the staff very helpfull and the food served at lunch and dinner was excellent the down side was that the bar was only available during these periods i.e 12-00 -14-00 ,19-00-22-00 we had to resort to visiting the town centre for liquid refreshment afterwards.The reason for visiting Marmande was the World Long Track racing championship meeting held in the town on Bastille Day eve which is the best on the European circuit teffic entertainment.Only 1 hours drive from Bordeaux airport which is great.

Le personnel est très courtois et aimable, mais la chambre, a mon avis, n’est pas bien entretenu : porte très difficile à fermer aussi bien de l’intérieur que de l’extérieur (chambre 44), interrupteurs dont on ne sait pas ce qu’ils commandent ! Pas de sèche cheveux (que j’ai eu lors d’un précédent séjour, dans une autre chambre et télévision qui montre de grands signes de fatigue !

Nous n'avons pas bien dormi en raison de voitures qui faisaient chauffer leurs pneus sur le rond-point face à l'hôtel. A 23h, minuit et 1h du matin.
Problème signalé lors du petit-déjeuner à la réceptionniste qui était étonnée. Il serait bon de le signaler à la police.

Très bon séjour, petit déjeuner très bien. Je me suis aperçu au moment du départ qu'il y avait des chargeurs pour véhicules électrique. Dommage qu'il y est une baignoire au lieu d'une douche. Autrement nous avons bien aimé le calme et la personne à l'accueil sympa.

Lors de l'arrivée, un accueil très compliqué pas vraiment d'écoute. Chambre très basique. Ne mérite pas la classification 3 étoiles.

J'ai pour habitude quand je vais à Marmande de réserver à Campanile ,donc toujours satisfait.

C'est dans un établissement vétuste, mais propre, que nous avons disposé d'une chambre. Le manque de prise de courant est un véritable handicap pour les personnes connectées. De même le caractère vétuste de l'établissement est préjudiciable à une repos de qualité.
