Place was in the condition of a Motel 8. The hot tub that is pictured is not there, the hole is filled in and cemented over. The beds are soft and wrinkly. Breakfast area was great, eggs and sausage were good. The juice machine was in bad condition, the ice machine was broke, it looked like they had somebody fixing it. I left this hotel and went to the best western sure stay down the road. It was cheaper and way nicer.

Wanted to let you know that our room was in very poor condition. Bathroom was covered in mold - ripped carpet throughout- beds had dirty spotted bedding. Killed a big spider in room and there was mud all over carpet.
We said something to front desk staff but they didn’t seem to care.

We had to be moved 3 times in order to get a decent room. The rooms had dirty carpets, stained bedding, torn curtains, leaking faucets, stopped up tub, towel rack falling off wall, lamp an tv didnt work, cobwebs, ant hills in window, AC didnt work. Bad patching on walls an ceilings for this type of caliber of hotel was surprised they were getting away with if ever inspected. They did try to accommodate us an do appreciate that after they originally said they didnt have any other rooms available on ground floor.

2nd Worst Hotel of my life. Rating shiuld be 2.7,

Hotels.com rating was 7.2. Perhaps the numbers were inverted. At best, this is a 2.7 rating. The room smelled bad. The windows would hardly slide open, so they only opened a couple of inches. Ripped screens fluttered in the wind. Torn, ripped up carpet entering bathroom. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Patched holes in bathroom wall. Looks like some curtains were ripped down above window, so there are 6 holes in ceiling where curtain brackets used to be. Breakfast was edible and staff was nice. This is the second worst hotel room i have ever stayed in.

Bathroom fan squealed high pitch noises and light kept flashing. Called front desk but said they couldn't do anything about it till later the next day. Curtain covers the AC and the room was hot! Dark red stains on carpet. Called to follow up with manaher and said couldn't do anything about it because booked through Expedia. Not holding my breath to hear from any here either.

The staff was very kind and helpful. However, the hotel is very dated. Room was clean, but very dated. Rooms not very soundproof. Stopped serving breakfast at 9, which is pretty early for a weekend. While I didn't really feel unsafe, I as a little uncomfortable with security. Keys quit working multiple times and had to go have them fixed.

People were smoking pot and we could smell it in our room. The lady at the front desk ignored the bell ringing when we arrived to check in and I had to call the hotel just to get her to come up front. There is no hot tub. The pool area was cold and the pool was warm at best.

I was very disappointed in this place. Stains on the towels and bedding. The room had been quickly cleaned and just hit the minimum for cleaning. Stains on bedding and towels make me think that the linen are not cleaned. The other entry door on the side of the building was not secured. (broken)

Im pretty sure there was a s** trafficking going on 3 doors down. The hotel is older and smells musty. 2nd floor smelt like Willy Nelson lived there. Breakfast wasn't goid, sausage patty weren't cooked. The mirror was broken, and sink wouldn't drain. They did come drain it once.

The staff was rude and disrespectful, the desk next to bed was broke, no towels in the room, the floor in bathroom was cracked. Then when we addressed the rude behavior with the staff and advised we would contact corporate they became aggressive and disrespectful telling us we had to leave and coming after my husband. All because we advised we were going to contact corporate. I have pictures of the room and the things that were broke and messed up.

The room was very dirty, looked like it was not vacuumed for a very long time. All along the edges and under the vanity there was debris. There were big dark stains on the carpet and a gob of glue on the bathroom floor. The dust cover on the bottom of the chair was falling off and there was big paint splotches on the ottoman and the drapes and the woodwork. The room could be nice if they would take care of all that!!
I’d like a refund please.

At first the room we were in looked beautiful. We got a king room with a hot tub in the room. The hot tub worked fine , but the rug in our room had two pretty large spots. The room was huge, but lacked furniture. We wanted to play cards but there wasn’t a good place to do it. We layed on the bed to play and eat or support which was ok, but disappointing given am the extra big room. It was ok but not great.

If you need a clean room, don't stay here. It was so rundown that I went to the store and bought my own pillow and clorox wipes. I booked this hotel for two nights and I canceled my second night because I couldn't take being there longer than I had to. I had chosen this hotel for the breakfast and the pool. There was a sign on the pool door saying it was closed and the breakfast was terrible -- biscuits were frozen in the middle; cereal was stale; juice tasted off; fruit was mushy. I will not be returning.

Carpets were filthy, glass on light fixture over sink was missing, room smelled musty. The breakfast was horrible. Out of scrambled eggs, out of milk for cereal AND the patty sausage was cold. It looked like it was taken out of the bag and tossed in the warmer as they were stuck together and very close to still being frozen.

It was very basic at best. We booked 2 extra large rooms, but only one was available when we got there, they had nothing else to give us so I had to spend almost an hour on the phone with hotels.com to get some money back. When breakfast was almost over one of us went to make a waffle & the manager yelled at her that is was turned off when the other worker said it was still on. My sons went down to grab towels & he grabs some paper plates & spoons & when he grabbed the towels they told him only 2 plates per person. They never cleaned out rooms. This place isn’t worth the price.

One of our two rooms melled of cigarette smoke and curry. No fire escape route on the door of the other room (just empty plastic wallet). No shower curtain. The indoor pool looked decidedly murky with cracks in the concrete floor around it. Breakfast cereal was
Cheerios or coloured Cheerios. People at the next table had booked for 3 nights and were trying to get refund for the 2 not yet taken.

The wifi didn't work, the jacuzzi didn't work, the exhaust fan didn't work, outlets didn't work, some of the lights didn't work, the room was supposed to have a couch but didn't, the room was poorly lit, the blanket had a rip in it that was over a foot long, and the overnight front desk attendant was never actually at the front desk. She was always at a table in the breakfast area doing her homework. I paid extra for a jacuzzi suite that didn't even work. When I checked out, I let the front desk attendant know about everything. He just said he'd look into it.

Starting with the plus, the sheets were clean and the staff, were courteous
Negatives, no one cleaned our room for the 4 days we were there. We found used shampoo bottles and food wrappers in our room, the windows did not close properly allowing highway sounds and smells into the room. The property advertised as having a hot tub, which was not true and the breakfast consisted of stale cereal, a few bagels/ bread, and old apples. I didn’t dare to open the buffet hood that smelled like dirty socks.
Clean enough for one night, but not worth the priicd.

When I booked a hotel in Missouri for $79/night I wasn’t expecting much but wow was this bad. The front desk was very sweet but as soon as you walk in the chlorine is over powering and the hot tub no longer exists even though it is listed as an amenity. There was trash in the hallways, someone started to paint but gave up throughout the place. There was cigarette burns on all the sheets, counters and tub. The smoke detector was ripped out with wires exposed. The box frame was ripped up and exposed. Overall very gross place that needs a lot of work.

Great Hotel with Friendly Staff!

We arrived way before check-in time. The lady at the front desk was more than happy to let us check-in early. She was very friendly & helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, have a mini fridge & little microwave. One morning we came to breakfast a few minutes late. One of the staff was so nice & turned the waffle maker on for my son. We stay there whenever we go to Kansas City cause we know it's a safe area, safe & clean hotel, with friendly & helpful staff & for the most part quiet. They also have a good breakfast.
