Room was not clean and was very worn out, rusty and gross. There was supposed to be a refrigerator and wasn’t. Room smelled weird as well.

AC worked fine after we pinned back the curtains that hung over the AC vents. Room smelled awefull from the deoderant bomb they used to cover up some other pungent odor. Could smell it on our clothes the next day while driving in the car. Breakfast was such low quality we went to a restaurant for breakfast. Lobby and eating area floors were left wet after 7AM mopping. Bathroom shower had black hair on various surfaces. Would have canceled but made mistake of making res through Expedia and couldn't get 3rd party refund. Got up earier than planned due to noise from room above us at 6AM. Wouldn't have usedit anyway but swim pool was closed. No reason given.

It was clean and safe. We were driving from Chicago to Dallas and needed to stop for the night. We didn't check out any of the amenities. We did grab a little breakfast before hitting the road again.

I have never stayed somewhere that I had to ask to have my bed made or room cleaned. I also found the graveyard person that was just ending her shift 7-8am was not very helpful and seem to begrudgingly take care of issues and service. They did have a nice pool I used most mornings and evenings.

The thing I couldn't believe about this property is that there is no elevator to the 2nd floor. We were not traveling lightly and the front desk clerk offered to help carry our things upstairs. It was very nice of her but really, why isn't there an elevator?

The front desk gentelman was awesome, he made sure to give us a room near the door since we brought our pet with us! He was even there when we went down for breakfast. He was making sure everything was well stock. They had hot breakfast foods along with cold. Will definitely stay here again on our back from TX.

Property is in need of a lot of maintenance. In our room the desk mirror was cracked, the gfi outlet by the sink was partially pulled out of the wall and the paint was chipped on the walls. That was just in our room. Not up to par with other Quality Inns we’ve stayed in.

There was a VERY strong smell in the lobby when I checked in. I assume some sort of deodorizer. It was just as strong in the halls and my room. I woke up many times during the night due to the smell which almost made me nauseous. The smell remains in my clothes.

The rates to this property was good. The room was ok. The tv did not work. The breakfast area was very small and the supplies for breakfast was not stocked at all. When they were told about it , it took them a long time to come over to look. We had to go else where to eat.

i always check beds before sleeping on them. i checked them and they don’t have bed bug covers and the sheet under the mattress hadn’t looked cleaned in a while. it was covered in dirt and lots of hair. The rooms don’t have fridges or microwaves, so we had to keep our food cold in the ice bucket they provided. since the room didn’t have a microwave we had to use the staff’s microwave. The lobby is very nice but could be upgraded. When we first got there the main floor smelt of marijuana. the breakfast was also horrible and had little to no variety. The staff was friendly and very helpful for the few things we asked for, but i definitely will not be staying here again.

Pool was closed for repairs or something. the sheer curtains were ripped to shreds, it looked like a cat tore them up with their claws the bathtub had a repair done and the just cut a hole in the back wall of the tub and did a crappy repair job. The breakfast was really poor. three slices of bread for toast, biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were so dry i couldn't eat them, even with a large amount of gravy. the gravy had barely a piece of sausage and was very bland.

6 night stay while visiting family. Quiet and comfortable overall. Pool out of service. Breakfast started an hour late one of the days. Coffee was awful, breakfast was mid. Chose this hotel over others for the pool and breakfast so a bit disappointed. Several days it smelled badly of cigarettes in the hallway which was gross. But room itself was clean, quiet and comfortable for us to rest. Very convenient location. Staff was nice. Parking lot is close to building and safe. Can’t complain for the price. Would consider staying again.

We stayed the night on a longer trip. A little older hotel but nice anyway. We couldn’t figure out the trick to turn on the shower but outside of that the stay was great. Would stay there again

The room was very musty, and the Carpet was damp. There was a hole in the shower and the curtains were ripped. I would not recommend staying at this hotel ever.

Very basic. Run down. Breakfast choice was limited. Out of waffle batter. Repairs needed. Bathroom fixture hanging out of the ceiling. If you need an inexpensive place to just sleep for a night I suppose it is okay.

Got to the hotel and tried to check in. Hotel could not find the reservation. Staff accused me of being in the wrong spot even though address and hotel matched. Took my phone from my hands and opened Hotels app to chat with customer service. After 20 minutes the staff member gave up and just made an on site reservation.
When I finally got to my room, the recliner was broken, there were rodent holes in the sheets and the sink was clogged. The toiletries were already open and partially used and the bath had a ring of dirt in it. Overall, a slightly run down and dirty hotel with poor customer service.

Property needs updating and spider removal! We stayed here 3 years ago and thought it was nice considering the price. Our rooms this time were on the other side and needed work! Front desk staff was great! We do not plan to stay here when we return.

Breakfast is a nice option. While we didn't expect the Ritz, we thought this property would be nicer than it was. We stayed here 3 years ago in a room on the opposite end which was nicer and bug free which is why we chose to stay here again but next time we will choose a different hotel.
