The room was very comfortable. We booked through hotels.com last minute and so therefore wasn't able to secure the dinner or breakfast meal, so if you do book through hotels.com, call them to try and book the meals.

The public onsen was nice. For the men there was an indoor and outdoor onsen, with plenty of lotion and products for after you get out.

The room we had was very nice! The beds were big and the room was very large. The private onsen was great on the balcony. We were also able to book a 30 minute massage in room. The staff were great!

This time, our family of four (a couple with two young children) stayed on a room-only plan (no breakfast or dinner). Our room had an open-air hot-spring bath with free-flowing water straight from the source, so we could relax and enjoy a soak without leaving the room. In addition to the private open-air bath, the hotel also has a large communal bath, which we enjoyed as well. For dinner and breakfast, we indulged in seafood at local restaurants. The sunset was beautiful, too.

We stayed here for one night and had a wonderful experience! The room was spacious with a fantastic sea view, making it a perfect place to relax. In the evening, we enjoyed playing table tennis, which added to the fun of our stay. The onsen with a sea view was incredibly relaxing—definitely a highlight! We recommend booking a stay that includes dinner and breakfast, as dining options nearby are quite limited, though there is a convenience store within a 5-minute walk.

I like place.it is convient,7/11 and drug store is near.you walk along beach.the air is fresh.the staff is very friendly.the room is clean texcept bathroom,it is clean but they have to clean the molds in the bathroom and there are no slipper in the roon.But the place is very good i will return and recommend to my friends

As soon as we got off the bus, the very nice and attentive staff met up with us at the stop and began checking us in and welcoming us with some delicious tea. We were promptly led to choose a traditional robe robe/yakata and led to our rooms after the tea. The rooms are very well kept and was spacious. The ocean view we had was beautiful. We were fortunate to get a room with a private onsen outdoor bath. It was very refreshing and relaxing. Definitely would recommend anyone or group visiting Japan and looking for a private onsen (kashikiri) for their family or loved ones, check this place out.

The staff here are exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like VIPs with their excellent service and hospitality. Our kaiseki meal was so beautifully plated. Our room was spacious and that outdoor tub with a breathtaking view of Suruga Bay is unbeatable!! If I have a small criticism it would be that the bathroom is quite dated (looks like it was constructed in the 80s). If they update the bathroom then the room would be perfect.

Great service and food

Awesome service and food. Very clean and well maintain. We enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment is that the hotel is right on the main road so we can hear traffic noise in teg open air bath (onsen), which made it less enjoyable. We chose this hotel because of the 1 Michelin star chef. The food did not disappoint!

我們住的是傳統套房，房間是兩個人使用都嫌浪費的大。有點舊但是乾淨的，浴室洗手台和沖澡的蓮蓬頭都是兩個，同時使用不會打架。
戶外溫泉溫度剛好，深度大小都很棒！
我們去時是陰雨天，所以霧濛濛，但晴天時景色一定很美！
這次我們也有安排飯店內的兩餐，不但量足，也很好吃。每位服務人員態度好也很專業。

如果有開車，停車場在飯店外，走一小段但不遠，大家一兩分鐘路程而已。可以先抵達飯店下行李，工作人員會告知停車場位置。

總之是我願意給超高分的評價！

若想尋一處「不被打擾」的日式旅宿，新海遊亭會是西伊豆最溫柔的選擇。

西伊豆・新海遊亭——靜謐無聲的海與溫泉時光

極致靜音，只有海浪與風的呼吸
全館僅12間客室，木造建築的隔音極佳，走廊幾乎聽不見人聲。陽臺直面海洋，夜裡只剩規律的潮音伴眠，連溫泉的流水聲都輕得像遠方的細語。

低調舒適的日式空間
房間沒有浮誇的裝潢，只有磨光的檜木地板、柔軟的榻榻米，以及一扇將海景框住的落地窗。床墊是偏硬的傳統布団，但羽絨被輕暖貼身，意外好眠。空調運轉安靜，甚至沒注意到何時被調至最適溫度。

露天風呂的獨佔時光
最難得的是「無聲的泡湯體驗」。清晨6點的貸切風呂（需預約），只有海鷗掠過水面的振翅聲。大浴場在非熱門時段也常一人獨享，泉質滑潤無硫磺味，泡完肌膚像被海水撫過般柔軟。

唯一的小遺憾是周邊無便利店，需要步行200米但或許這正是旅館的溫柔強迫——請你專注於海、溫泉，和自己的呼吸。

幸せな時間が過ごせました。

家族旅行、子どもあり（未就学、小学生）露天風呂付きの部屋を利用させていただきました。満足のひとことです。部屋から海が見える景色、料理、スタッフさんのサービス、露天風呂全てにおいて満足感でいっぱいです。予約当時、子どもに不向きかなと不安でしたが、むしろ子どもが大喜びし、楽しでいたことが嬉しいかったです。

久しぶりの伊豆旅行。宿は初めての利用でしたが、チェックインからアウトまで、スタッフの方の対応がとにかく親切、丁寧で滞在中、心地よく過ごせました。部屋も広く、館内全て綺麗で清掃が行き届いていて気持ち良かったです。露天風呂、大浴場とも泉質、規模も最良で、食事も地元の食材を提供するなど、どれも美味しかったです。
スタッフも若い方が多かったのですが、おもてなしの心に徹しておられ、最高の宿に出会えたと感じました。また利用したいと思います。

素晴らしいサービス

コロナ前に宿泊したことがあり、今回は再訪です。部屋のベランダに付いている陶器製の露天風呂は大好きです！また食材や料理の全てが素晴らしく、食事は大満足でした。従業員の皆さんのサービスも良かったです。清掃も行き届いています。一方、施設(大浴場や部屋についている浴室など)は、今後改修して頂けるとより快適になるかと思います。この度は、ありがとうございました。

Wonderful Onsen Hotel with private Onsen on the balcony overlooking the beautiful bay. Toi is small and there are not may restaurant options but it is a great location to take the ferry with views on Fuji-san. The hotel has excellent service, the rooms are spacious and when we arrived there was a little welcome drink and sweets. Such a nice touch. Overall great value for money

Personnel très serviable et respectueux. Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit dans ce ryokan dans une chambre traditionnelle spacieuse, bien insonorisée. Futon de bonne qualité. Le onsen privatif sur le balcon, avec vue mer, était très agréable. Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'options de restauration dans le quartier, mais nous avons trouvé un petit restaurant Mimatsu (très bon plat d'anguille laquée) à 20min à pied de l'hôtel. Autrement en face de l'hôtel, il y a un convenience store (7eleven).

所有條件都很好，但要注意房內的露天風呂溫泉水過熱，房內木盤面積很大，很難調校適合的水溫，另外風呂木塊腳踏霉舊，可能長期濕水關係。酒店沒有提供任何食物選擇，早、、晚市也沒有開，只好到斜對面7–11購買食物

The service from staff is excellent, spacious room. Though the area should be remote, we drive so it doesn’t matter.The welcome dessert provided was super nice, unfortunately I am unable book the dinner and breakfast, would pretty much want to have a try. My room type is with a private bath with sea view, which make the stay super worth it.

初めて利用させていただきました。
4階の半露天風呂付きモダン和室。
お部屋はとても清潔で、気持ちよく過ごせました。
駿河湾を望む、部屋付きの掛け流しの半露天風呂は最高に気持ち良かったです。位置的に夕陽が見れなかったのが少し残念でしたが…
食事も丁度良い量で、バランスが良く、美味しくいただきました。
スタッフさんの対応も丁寧で、是非また利用したいと思います。

部屋の露天風呂がおすすめです

部屋に露天風呂がある宿を探していてこちらにたどりつきました。
部屋には駿河湾を望む露天風呂があり、ゆったりと入る事ができました。
夜と朝の食事は二階の食堂にて、夜はひと品ずつ出していただきました。朝も和食と洋食から選べます。味も量も満足です。
建物は改装されていて、廊下や階段など一部に昔の面影はありますが、部屋はきれいでした。全自動のウォシュレットつきトイレもあります。
女性用にメイク落としなどの充実したアメニティもありました。
卓球台もありましたので親子でやらせてもらいました。
全体的に落ち着いた雰囲気で、部屋でゆったりと過ごすにはおすすめの宿だと思いました。

またスタッフの方もいろいろと気持ちよく対応していただきました。おかげさまでとても楽しい温泉旅行でした。大変感謝しております。

以前にも利用して良かったので、2度目の宿泊でした。
露天風呂付きのモダン和室がお気に入りです。
畳の床も広くてとても快適な客室です。
お料理は丁寧に作られていて、とても美味しくいただきました。質も量も申し分無く、前回よりお刺身は量は少なくなりましたがとても良い物が提供されました。
客室と露天風呂は改装されていますが、部屋付きの、お風呂・トイレ・洗面所は昔のままのようです。
洗面所が綺麗で明るければ尚良いと思いました。
また利用したい宿です。

おもてなしが素晴らしい宿

1泊2日の食事付きプランでお風呂付きの部屋に宿泊しました。
部屋は若干古い部分はありますが、キレイにリノベーションされていて、何より部屋の露天風呂から見える海や山の景色が最高でした。強いて改善点をあげるとすれば、コンセントがベッドの側にあると便利かなと思います。
食事はレストランでいただきましたが、静かな雰囲気で落ち着いてゆっくり食べることが出来ました。特に朝食は品数が多く満足しました。
全体的に素晴らしいお宿でしたが、一番良かったのは従業員の方の接客でした。皆さん挨拶をしっかりしてくださるし、おもてなしの心が伝わってきました。お名前はわかりませんが、小柄で若い男性の方はいつもニコニコして丁寧に説明してくださったり、挨拶をしてくださりました。
次回も西伊豆に来る機会がありましたらまた訪問したいと思います。

We were not happy with our stay. After pulling up, the staff told us to drive down the road to park and walk back with our luggage. The room was nice enough, but too expensive for the price we paid (without meals). Nice to have a bath outside, but it was far too hot (47-degrees), so we couldn't enjoy it. Asked to order dinner off the a la carte menu--went with the roast beef for 4,000 yen, but it came lukewarm and certainly not worth that price. The shower outside was annoying to use, but the view was spectacular and the room was very clean with a comfortable bed.

残念だったのは...

料理もお風呂も満足でした。
部屋の源泉かけ流し露天風呂も温度調整さえこまめに調整すれば快適な温度で入れました。
低層階だったせいか、オーシャンビューというよりはロードビューです💦
残念だったのは朝くつろいでいたら従業員と思われる方が合鍵を使って部屋に入ろうとしてきました。
厳重にクレームを入れました。
