Fabulous stay! The room was super clean and HUGE. The value for the money was excellent. The pool was large and had so many chairs. Beautiful bathroom complete with a large tub and tons of drawers in the vanity for storage. The bed was super comfy and I loved the screened in porch. There was a slight mildew-y smell in room upon entrance but definitely not overwhelming. It was a bummer that the tv wasn’t a smart tv where I could access my streaming subscriptions, but that’s definitely not enough to make me not return. Highly recommend!

Walked in the first room after a 12 hour drive to a complete mess! Wasn’t cleaned after the last guest. Took an hour to get a different room and that one wasn’t much better. Mildew in the shower. Floors nasty. Trash in the cans.

To begin is not what I expected, the check in wasn't welcoming, but the check out was the worse, the staff not friendly at all.
The building were we stay smelled old, the room was cleaned, spacious, bed not comfortable at all, and we have a black hawk in our bathroom, terrible noise.
I won't stay at this property anymore.

The room exceeded our needs. Everytime was great the only complaint I have was it was really crowded trying to leave after checking out. The elevator was crowded about 3 times and we had to split the family to be able to go downstairs. Not an issue if you’re on the first or second floor. We left on a Sunday so expect heavy traffic

We were given a room that was already occupied by other guests, which put us in a very uncomfortable and unpleasant situation. Later, we were assigned another room, but the shower wasn’t working, so I had to bathe using the bathtub. Also, there was a very strong smell of chlorine throughout the entire apartment, which was overwhelming.

The positive side is that it’s located 10 minutes or less from Disney, and the rooms are actually large, full apartments that are very spacious and comfortable.

Last time staying. The only pro is the building is well constructed. You don't hear your neighbor on other floors. I don't know if it was just my party. Staff wasn't friendly at all, nothing wasn't explain. It was like here there you go. No bands, no activities, nothing about the stay. The room was dirty this time around, had to clean it. Never again. I couldnt be refunded so i had to deal with it.

Wonderful property! Only complaint is there was no soap or shampoo/body wash in the bathroom anywhere! Had to wash hands with dish soap found under the sink. Only stayed one night so didn’t bother to go to the lobby and asked. Tried calling once but was on hold forever.

The staff is great and the rooms are clean. There is security personnel in golf carts keeping the property safe for single travelers like myself. And I love that they have a parking garage with plenty of spaces! That is a rare find at hotels in the area. 2nd booking and many more to come! Highly recommend this place.

Misleading listing

I booked this expecting a normal hotel/resort. It turned out to be a timeshare-style property, which I didn’t mind—but it should have been disclosed upfront.

I called ahead to confirm a late arrival and was told my room would be ready. When I got there around 10–10:30 PM, the property was clearly at capacity. After waiting, I was told there was no room ready—even though I had just confirmed it.

What really bothered me is they charged a $150 deposit before confirming a room was actually available.

After another delay, they found a room—but it wasn’t what I booked. I reserved a large two-bedroom unit and instead got two separate one-bedroom units connected by a shared entry.

They also said the room was recently remodeled. I don’t believe that—there was visible mold in the toilet. I even have photos.

The bed was comfortable, but I was so exhausted it’s hard to judge fairly.

Right after check-in, we were directed elsewhere for a parking pass and “gifts,” which felt like a timeshare pitch. I declined.

The next day, I raised the issues with a different staff member. Everyone was polite, but there was no real resolution—I was told to take it up with Expedia.

We paid for two nights but lost a big portion of the first day due to the delayed check-in.

The room was livable but very basic—minimal towels, toiletries, and supplies.

Overall: misleading listing, no room ready after confirmation, deposit charged without availability, and cleanliness issues.

I chose this property because it had an 8.6 rating with over 3k reviews here, and--that can't be real. It was awful. I feel utterly betrayed. Do not stay here. It was miserable--at least if it's just one night and you don't have a car.
1. Check in at 8:15pm after being dropped off. Front desk tells me that I am in building 10 and must take a shuttle because it's too far to walk. He tells me to wait outside.
2. The shuttle does not arrive. I go back inside after 15 minutes and ask if I can walk to my room because I am exhausted. No. Ask if I can have a closer room. No. They tell me the shuttle will come.
3. Shuttle finally arrives. My room is perhaps a mile from the front desk. My suitcase crunches around in the back of the shuttle like a brick in a rock tumbler.
4. I arrive at 8:47pm to find that my room is being cleaned. I am told to come back later. I can't go to the front desk for help; it's a mile away!
5. The couch in my room won't fold up. They call in 3 more guys to wrestle it back into place. At 9:10pm I am finally alone in my room.
After all that, the room was filthy. There were hairs and strings everywhere. The temperature was set at 68, would not go lower, but the bedroom stayed around 72 degrees; I sweated all night. The fridge screamed like a dying cat. They knocked on my door at 9am and woke me up.
To check in at 8:15pm and not get into your room for an hour after a long day at Disney is a disgrace. I nearly cried sitting there, waiting. What a horrible place.

Hair in the bathroom and sheets had a stain or two that just should have been bleached out. Fitness center is a little lacking and there were alarms going off in my building most of the stay along with fishy smell on the first floor and water leaking all over. Not bad for the price, easy to access everything, parking got full but the parking garage was nearby. All in all would stay again

The resort is huge with many amenities. Including splash pads and pools in almost every joining building. The icee machines close early on weekends which was sad. Also in our room specifically building 16 the hot water is disgusting. It was not hot at all and the shower will have a sewage smell after the sprinklers would turn off. I had to cover the keyhole of the main door it looked like multiple time someone tried to look inside.

The pictures in your advertisements make things look much larger than they are particularly the pools. The rooms are also very small in comparison to the way the pictures appear in your website. As far as staff and or housekeeping/check-in, etc. we never laid eyes on a person other than when we did in fact check in and then we had to ask questions to find the people we needed. It was not explained to us that if we wanted any semblance of housekeeping, we needed to call and ask for it never saw anyone nor were we ever given any clean linen during our one week stay
On a positive note, the room was well equipped with kitchen supplies with the exception of the fact that the coffee filters that were provided were much too large for the coffee pot provided, and therefore coffee grounds were in the finished coffee every time which made the coffee not drinkable it would have been nice to have a central location somewhere to be able to go and actually get coffee in the morning if not throughout the day
The couch that is to be a pullout second bed in the one bedroom unit is absolutely one of the most uncomfortable things I have ever slept on while traveling
The door to the little balcony is 90% glass, which is wonderful during the day however for the person who is sleeping on that pullout couch in the living room there are lights around the pool as well as on other units that are on all night and the sunrise comes early and is excessively bright

The good: the room was okay for the price. It was clean but had a smokey odor to it. There's a fridge, stove, living area and dining table.

The bad: On our first night, another couple almost entered our room. They were given the same room number and their key worked for our door. The only reason they didn't was because they saw the lights on and called out to see if someone was in there. I assume they had to go back to check in to get a new room and key and with the way these properties are you have to either drive to check in or have quite a bit of a walk. On night two, there wasn't enough parking near our building so we had to park near another building around 7 minutes walk from our building. It's not a big deal but just something to note that there isn't enough parking in front the building. Additionally, by the time we got up to our room (around 1AM) our key did not work for our door. We called the front desk and they stated someone would be over soon. 10 minutes later, no one had come so we had to call again. Eventually, security had to come and open our door with a fob and new keys were delivered while we were sleeping.

If everything had been routine, I would say it was decent value for money but given all the hiccups, I personally would not want to return.

Great property, especially for the proximity to all the themes parks w/o paying the exorbitant prices. Only complaint, if that, is the lack of hot water in the shower. Luke warm at best. Otherwise, great family friendly resort lots of extra amenities, including a shuttle to certain theme parks.

This place was absolutely beautiful. It looked just like the advertisement and had plenty more hidden gems. We literally discovered something new everyday that we were there. One of the BEST part was they complimentary shuttles. They take you everywhere you need to be for all the necessities that you need or just shopping, dining out or just have a little fun. I came for my honeymoon and they definitely just gained a new loyal traveler.

If you're looking for a hotel in Orlando, this is it. Perfect stay from start to finish. Rooms were bigger than expected and super clean. The kitchen and washer/dryer were so convenient, especially for a longer trip. Check in/check out took minutes. 10/10, would stay again and highly recommend to anyone!

It is an apartment-hotel style complex, so not all of the rooms are located in the main building; there are about eight buildings in total. The units are efficiency-style an equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and a bedroom. The only downside is the parking; at night, it is very difficult to find an empty spot.

This was our second time staying here, and it was not the best experience. We arrived to check in around 11pm, and after 45 minutes waiting in line we were finally given our keys. There should be a separate line for guests who properly check in online, because once I got to the counter, it only took three minutes to hand me the room keys, and sign for incidentals. When we got to the room, on the surface it appeared “clean” but once we began walking around we felt and saw the floors had not been swept, the counters were not properly cleaned, and the bed sheets had stains all over. The room was not clean at all. It did not resemble our first experience at this hotel.

We had such a great stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to relax after a long day.
