The outdoor pool area was great. We spent lots of time out there, and they did a movie after dark one night in the pool. The room was okay. Having a full kitchen was the best part, but the bed was HARD as a ROCK. Water pressure in the shower was amazing, washer and dryer were a treat. Overall a great stay with a couple small issues that didn't ruin the trip.

We loved the location and how convenient it is to get around. The hotel has a shuttle that takes you anywhere in 2mi radius and most things you need is within that radius. The shuttle also takes you to the parks! The property is absolutely massive and the vibes are nice.

The room was really spacious and clean, we loved the balcony

This is gonna be our go to hotel when we go to Orlando again

This was a horrible experience. The chairs in the room were dirty and not clean at all. The towels looked like they were used and re-folded. This place has bugs! The manager was understanding. Since then, no one checked to talk to me regarding the issues. Overall, it’s the uncleanliness for me. Definitely Wouldn’t recommend.

I would have to say we had to change rooms when we first checked in due to the room not being cleaned. In the second room I had to change the sheets due to hair and what looked like dog hair in the bed. They had to change the shower head due to the water spraying outside the tub and the tub would not drain. That fixed it all of that but I felt it should have not been an issue. The property was clean, we had an okay time.

My family and I stood here for 5 days and everyday was just beautiful there everybody was friendly clean so much to do love the rooms love the way we rented two rooms and we got them side by side they were able to keep the doors together cuz we had a private entrance to our rooms definitely definitely recommend this place and we were definitely be back here again soon.

The rooms are clean, the items you need in the room are seemingly all there. Patio table and chairs are old and broken, very unstable. The check-in process is smooth until you need to go to another desk to get a parking pass. I don’t wanna be sold on a timeshare, so I’d rather just get my parking pass with my keys and be done with it. The pools are very clean, but there is no one policing rambunctious behavior, so they go unchecked and essentially force people away from the pools. We have stayed here a number of times, but this was the worst case of groups totally taking over pool areas and doing whatever they want to do.

This is like our fourth time staying at vacation village booked through Expedia not as a timeshare. We love it because it has been pet friendly. We are used to the units that we stay in. I love the split condo concept if you take family with you. My only issue is the extra fees that they tack on when you check in. I understand you get the incidental fee back once you check out a couple of days later but the resort fees and if you do have a pet the pet fee all have to be paid at check-in. I would prefer these fees to be included when I do the booking so I can budget it into the overall cost not be told I owe an extra $300+ at check in. As far as convenience it is super close to Disney if that’s what you’re going there for the property is clean multiple pools very close to restaurants and shopping. We definitely recommend and we do plan on returning.

The \"room\" was way beyond any expectations. Full kitchen with everything needed to live there. Jacuzzi tub for two. A wonderful view. Quiet, huge bedroom. Two TV sets. Large living room and dining room, washer dryer. Can't say enough... All for less than a hundred dollars a night.

The resort overall was good. However, one issue stood out: the balcony was extremely dirty. The floor, table, chairs, and even the walls had noticeable dirt and buildup. This significantly affected the experience of using the outdoor space, which is an important part of the room. Addressing this would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Overall, our stay was decent, though there were a few minor drawbacks. The lobby was undergoing construction during our visit, and the coffee area was quite small—though the coffee machines themselves were excellent.

The only real issue we encountered was finding a cockroach in the drawers. We notified the manager right away, and they kindly offered to switch our rooms, but since we were checking out the next day, we declined. Being in Florida, I understand these things can happen and that bugs can easily travel in someone else’s luggage.

Aside from that, the room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool view, and the overall cleanliness of the facility—including the pool area, parking lot, and other amenities—was impressive. Despite the hiccups, it was a good experience overall!

There was NO cold water in the kitchen sink but not a big deal didn't even report it the ice maker didn't work and again NOT a big deal nor did I think they would get it fixed so I didn't report that either. Maybe it didn't work because the cold water was off at the kitchen sink? The room was nice and large plenty of space. As mentioned by others the electric burner thing was OK since it didn't have a stove that and the microwave but we were able to cook what we needed. The shower and whirlpool tub were both nice along with the pool and hot tub and always plenty of very nice pool towels to be had the staff was nice and friendly the whole time too.

My family and I stayed here for a whole week.
I found a roach in our room and I reported it just to make them aware and they offered to get our room changed but I never heard back from them so I called the next morning to at least get some clean sheets I was told I would get them sent but I never received them. The elevators also were always breaking down so it would be a long wait to try and get our stuff up and down. Also bathrooms had mold in the shower.

The apartments are spacious and clean. Very comfortable for a family vacation. Kitchen is very well equipped and it has a washer/dryer that after a soccer tournament came very handy. Pool area was nice. We couldn't enjoy all the other amenities. We will definitely come back.

The room for the most part was clean but old. The suites were surprisingly spacious. The washer and dryer on the floor were clean, updated, and free. There was an odd stale smell each time you entered the hall of the room to then go to either the A or B suite. The kitchen sink leaked some, there were hairs sticking to one of the bathroom doors, and the awful smell of onions filled our room when another room either in our hall or above us was cooking breakfast. The bathroom sinks were small. The check in process was strange that you went to a completely different area and line for your parking pass - why not get that all in one place? We heard the guests in the room above us each time they moved chairs to sit at the table or when the kids were running or laughing. We shouldn’t have to hear those sounds or smell what someone else is cooking. We needed maintenance and housekeeping but had to use Google Translate to communicate with them. It was difficult to lock the sliding door to the balcony. Definitely a safety concern if our kids were younger. We left a day early.

The complex is huge and the buildings towards the front are newer and nicer and resort is located close to Disney. Plenty of space and a washer and dryer in the room which was nice. Our pool experience was not so great. Not enough seats or umbrellas. Someone was blasting their own boombox at the pool and the pool towels were itty bitty. There is still a deposit hold on my credit card after a week of checking out. Also be aware that when you get your parking pass, you have to go to another desk to \"validate\" it and they try to sell you time share or attraction tickets.

We booked this hotel for a long weekend for my son's soccer tournament. I briefly looked through the description and photos when I did my research. I was looking for location, a pool, and a room that accommodated 6 people. to my surprise, it was more than I could have expected. I honestly thought it was going to be too big rooms and the living areas. it was actually two suites. this meant more privacy for my teens and more space for my younger two. The pool was large and there was a kids pool and a hot tub as well. My kids enjoyed those very much. The rooms were spacious enough for our family of 6. The staff was professional and the staff always willing to help. Anyway, I recommend this hotel for large families the amenities it offers are very family friendly.

Overall, we had a good stay at this resort. The room was very clean, the price was great, and the location was excellent and convenient for everything we needed. The staff at check-in was fine, and overall the property has a lot of potential for families.

However, the main reason I am giving 3 stars is because of our experience at the pool and the lack of supervision and control around the property.

There were many children and families at the pool, yet no staff member seemed to be monitoring the environment. A couple appeared to be intoxicated, acting loudly and inappropriately in front of children, making many families visibly uncomfortable. At one point, the woman was walking around the pool area carrying a bottle of tequila, while the man was interacting and playing with children he did not know, which understandably made several parents uncomfortable and caused many families to leave the pool area with their kids. Unfortunately, no staff member stepped in or seemed present to supervise the situation.

Another major concern was the strong smell of marijuana throughout the property. Although smoking policies appear to exist, there seemed to be little enforcement. Hallways, outdoor areas, and common spaces frequently smelled strongly of marijuana. For a resort with many families and children, this created an uncomfortable environment.

This resort has great pricing, clean rooms, and a good location, but better supervision, stronger enforcement of property rules.

This is the third time we've stayed at this property, it s a huge multi building hotel complex, not very new but correctly maintained. The rooms are very spacious, have a kitchen washing machine/dryer, really large bathrooms, nice balconies. (only note here: Mattresses could use an upgrade). The place is soo conveniently located easy access to the main highways to get to most of the parks, plenty of dinning options nearby, pharmacies, supermarkets, shopping, all what makes Orlando fun. This is such a big place that they have tons of people working the front desk at all times so checking in generally is very easy. I dont think there is any other place in Orlando with this kind of value, will continue to stay here, when coming to the parks.

We’ve always had a great experience at this hotel, which is why this past trip was pretty disappointing. As soon as we checked into our room in Building 9, we immediately noticed several issues. The room was very outdated, had a strong musty/mildew smell the moment we walked in, and there was an awful urine smell coming from the sofa area near the phone. It honestly felt uncomfortable from the start.

Thankfully, we called right away and the manager, Maria, was very understanding and quickly moved us to a room in Building 10. The second room was a much better experience and we had no further issues during the rest of our stay, so we really appreciated how promptly she handled the situation.

That first room, however, was definitely not acceptable, and I genuinely hope it gets addressed before another guest is placed there. Overall, this hotel can really be hit or miss depending on the building or room you get. You do get what you pay for, and while it may work fine for a quick, budget-friendly Disney weekend, I personally wouldn’t recommend it for a longer family vacation without being cautious about room placement.

Check in was easy BUT I arrived hours early since we drove in from SD. The lady behind desk was training someone so it was a training moment. It was smooth

We will definitely get a building up front which is quieter and less hustle and bustle since we don't have kids. But next time DEFINITELY will get the very top floor. 3 nights of listening to people above us sounding like they were rearranging furniture till about 1AM.

We stayed before but 1 night, stayed this time 4 nights and plan on staying again!

Only stayed for one day and had to sleep in a hot box.. when we arrived the thermostat was set to heat so we gave it time to get cool while we got food just to come back and it’s still hot..just to find out AT CHECK OUT that “the circuit breaker” tripped and they gave no accommodation for it…was very unsatisfied.

My reservation once again showed up in their system incorrectly. They claimed I did not book a deluxe room. A manager was required to correct it, taking even longer than their usual lengthy check-in. Staff always seems confused when trying to get them to fix things. They act like customers are lying or stupid, and they won't even look at the email. I did finally get the sectional sofa, however was disappointed to realize there was no jacuzzi tub. Deluxe isn't really an upgrade if you're just swapping one feature for another.

This vacation rental stay was nothing short of amazing!!! Why you see is what you get!!! It was everything! Couldn’t ask for a better stay! Effortless, welcoming and amazing staff, loved the entry security measures!! I definitely would book whenever I’m in Kissimmee. It met expectations! Loved the amenities per building lot and the other amenities like the bbq and spas that were available and open to all guest! Didn’t have to leave unless you wanted to shop!
